My wife and I had a great experience with Bell Lexus thanks to Amy Dudley (our sales/product specialist) and are very happy with the RX 450 Hybrid. As background, we have had cars from Mercedes, BMW and Jaguar over the past 10 years and for the most part have been happy with them. We decided to explore Lexus and were extremely impressed with the thoughtful and straightforward manner in which Amy and her team were able to share information and be flexible on all aspects of the purchase process. This dealership is way better (I mean it) than any of the other car dealers we have worked with on both the east and west coast. Amy's knowledge of the RX450H was incredible which enabled us to truly appreciate the SUV beyond the nice ride and comfortable interior. Also, her low key personality and responsiveness made the process easy. I would rate her as "the" most knowledgeable sales/product support person we have ever met in 30 years of buying or leasing cars. It has been 6 weeks since we got the Lexus and can honestly say it is a great car that has exceeded our expectations. Thank you Amy and Bell Lexus.

Meh. I ordered a part for my vehicle and received a damaged box which was missing a critical piece. Upon discovery of the missing component, I had to travel back to the parts department to retrieve. Bell Lexus didn t offer to make the situation right for my having to return to the dealership. Disappointing service from a reputable, luxury company.

Man, it is not often that buying or leasing a car is made simple, straight forward and pleasant, but my experience with James Valentine at Bell Lexus was just that. As a busy professional myself, I don't like wasting time haggling over price or playing the back and forth game. We went in, explained to James what we wanted, he wasted no time in finding EXACTLY what we desired and provided us with the best possible deal right up front. We had been shadow shopping for some time and had a good idea on prices and features. We walked in about 30 minutes before close, but guess what? Nobody rushed us or made us feel pressured. From James through the process into finance and out the door, we were treated with respect. They stayed late to get us out of there.

I had a great experience working with Jim Harrison at Bell Lexus. I recently leased a Lexus cross-over SUV. Jim and everyone else at Bell Lexus treated me professionally and courteously. No hard sell tactics, and they understood when I said I had to think about the deal overnight. Most car dealerships would have insisted the deal was for "today only" to get me to commit on the spot. This was the best new car experience I have had - I really enjoyed being treated like a smart professional!

The worst dealership in the phoenix tucson area. Worst purchasing experience ever from any dealership. Unwilling to provide a quote through email and unwilling to provide any assistance whatsoever during the purchasing process. Took 2 weeks of negotiations before i received my fist quote with a VIN number. DO NOT enter the dealership unless you have a set price and even then shop around first. Contact Arrowhead or Earnhardt they are more helpful and provided me with very aggressive pricing. They beat bell easily.

Do NOT purchase from Bell: worst sales team ever, not aggressive on their pricing at all (all other dealerships chandler, arrowhead, earnheardt beat the price from bell by alot), They were just plain terrible

We recently leased a 2018 NX300 FSport from Bell Lexus. Our advisor was Gary Williams. We originally came in to just look, meet Gary and see what decisions we may have to make. Gary did a great job in understanding what we were looking for, absolutely no sales pressure, wasn't sure they had the car we wanted, but it was there and we drove home that night very happy. Gary did a great job and we would highly recommend him for anyone thinking about a new Lexus in the Scottsdale area.

My husband and I had just flown back into town from our destination wedding and I knew I had to get a new car as I was in need of one for work. I was having issues with my current vehicle at the time and had been holding off making a decision on whether to lease or purchase a new car. Amy, Normand and Kevin at Bell Lexus in North Scottsdale were all so accommodating and took great care of us as we began to navigate through our options. I'm very impressed with the service we received and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. I'm very happy with my new Lexus!

I went to this location with my husband to look at...

I went to this location with my husband to look at their SUVs. We were immediately welcomed by Nevenka who showed us a few vehicles. We were introduced to her partner Tyler who took us on a test drive and we were sold. The vehicle was beautiful just what he was looking for. The process was rather easy and quick.
While we were there, almost all of the other sales people or staff greeted us and asked if we wanted anything to eat or drink. Very Classy.

Worked with Cameron Fisher as my sales consultant. He did a great job of listening to our needs. We told him how we wanted the transaction to go and he listened to our wishes. There was no high pressure. No program selling. We got a fair price and purchased our NX-300 from him. We are extremely pleased with all the aspects of the dealership from sales to financing to service. I highly recommend this dealership.

My daughter who just graduated from college bough...

My daughter who just graduated from college bought her first car from here. It s a used car, within the first 24 hours we had to take the car back for a check engine light and for the emissions test they forgot to do. Our sales guy was very nice and they said the check engine was due to a hose being lose ( said it could happen with getting the car washed) anyway we said ok and drove away that night we noticed the car making a noise when you turn. We took it back in, they said it was ball bearings that were making the noise that it s not a safety issue and we could replace them... for $630. My daughter gave the go ahead. I find out and I said wait what. We have not even had the car for 72 hours really less than that if you add the time we left it at the dealership and have to pay 600 plus dollars already. I m not happy to say the least I go back with her to the dealership mind you it s a 40 min drive each way for us to get to the dealership I ask her sales guy hey what the heck, is there noting you can do about this we didn t haggle on price Now we have to pay to get this fixed. His response was that it isn t a safety issue therefore they don t have to do anything, he than got a manager who was nice but said the exact same thing. I m in shock! For being the number one dealership this is sure not how I would expect to be treated. It s my daughters first car and I really feel she was takin advantage of. I tried to get her to just give them the keys and say never mind but she decided it was ok and just use the 1000 dollars She has been saving up to pay for it. Anyway
It just doesn t sit well with me so I Wanted to share our experience. Updated to your CS response. You obviously didn t read the review I wrote as I stated my daughter was ok with it, she should of given the car back. You say safety was not an issue and it was checked... well it wasn t checked that well as we had to drive it back because you failed to do the inspection. Another note, ball bearings can be safety issue, a dealership of all places should know this. And Our experience and your comment reflects the fact you don t deserve to be rated anywhere near the top as you still don t get it..
Update 2 took the car we bought into get the door codes from ford, ford said the car needed an update on its system that it hadn t been done another $300 and than we took it back to Lexus as the sound Lexus said it fixed the ball bearings, now they say is not the issue that the struts need to be replaced! So again so much for doing a thorough inspection on this car! I guess it s time we take all these issues to someone at Lexus who cares! As this is all so very wrong!

I was impressed that he remembered this detail and contacted me in April when an all- wheel drive became available. I was not in Phoenix when I purchased this car which made it more challenging but Saul ensured the execution went smoothly. He became involved with all the details from purchase to shipping.

The dealership has a lot of inventory and the sales team is committed to helping an individual find the right car!

My wife and I were in Scottsdale for our annual Mayo Clinic visit and happened to meet John Easter at Bell Lexus one evening after dinner. We are always on the look out for a great Lexus trade in. Well the next day John not only alerted us quickly that just what we were looking for was coming in but he drove it out to Mayo during our appointments so my wife could see it and we'd be sure to have the opportunity to purchase such a great find. . Obviously, we recommend that if you know exactly what you are looking for in a preowned lexus and have access to Scottsdale....JOHN EASTER is your man!! Could not have had a better experience with their service department...the lot attendant greeted me promptly, and the service advisor worked quickly to get me on my way! Picking up my car was just as good, and I received my vehicle back clean! The Lexus experience blows away Mercedes service, handsdown!

The customer service was great until my wheels got damaged here. Now I have a tire pressure sensor light that comes on and off every day. Don t understand why my vehicle was driven for 3 miles for a battery change and now no one wants to own up to the damage. Just sucks because this was one of my preferred dealerships to come to.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of it's features. The vehicle was ready within two days of my initial contact with Bell Lexus. This is a top notch dealer and is the only one that should be considered when shopping for a Lexus. They have dedicated, professional employees who go out of their way to exceed their customer's expectations. They significantly exceeded my expectations and will become a lifetime customer.

I would like to emphasize how much I appreciate the straight-forward, no haggling process that I experienced during what I expected to be a long/laborious lease negotiation. The salesman (I think his name was CJ?) assigned to work the deal came in with the bottom line and respected our time, recognizing that we'd already done thorough research regarding pricing. We believe that he gave us a fair deal. We had just come from Audi of North Scottsdale with a bad taste after their sales personnel showed how rigid they were in refusing to work with us to get a good lease deal. They would not even budge, which is ridiculous in this day and age in this economy where having a luxury vehicle is becoming less the norm for certain households. Our experience at Lexus could not have been in more contrast to Audi. Even though I liked the body of the Audi Q5 better than the Lexus RX350, I chose to make a deal that evening since it was so easy rather than drive around the valley shopping around at the other Audi dealers.

Bought a used car from Bell Lexus for our college daughter about a month ago. They told us that the car was in great shape, their service center looked it over and that they would never sell a car not up to their "high standards". Felt really good about buying it due to the dealership being "family owned" and the salesman's assurances. After owning it a week we found the car needed $2k of work. Sent numerous emails to them to just let them know our frustrations and see if there was anything they could do and we never even got a response. Very unhappy with the level of service once the car was purchased. would not buy from them again.

The staff at Bell Lexus has a 5 Star rating for a reason, and let me explain why. Earlier this year during the COVID-19 lockdown, I purchased a beautiful vehicle (which was maintained for the past 16 years at Bell Lexus). The sales representative, sales manager, service manager, and service consultant were AMAZING. Not only did the sales manager drive the vehicle (mind you it was a 16 year old bargain) to my home for me to review, but he also provided all the paperwork for the purchase. The additional cosmetic requests were also addressed and taken care of without a question. The sales team was professional and I was treated with the same respect and dignity as someone who would walk in and purchase a much more expensive vehicle. (This is a quality that is scarce to find, so I knew this was the right dealership for me to purchase my vehicle.)

Due to COVID19, I had not driven the vehicle very much and the friver's door lock stopped working with the key FOB - without any issues, Nick Amar in the service department escalated the issue to be repaired at no charge. When I tell you that he went above and beyond to help me, I truly mean it. Nick will ALWAYS be someone that I will trust to be truthful and helpful when you need it. So, 5 Stars for my first experience with my consultant, Nick, in the service department.

I cannot express further the exquisite atmosphere, the cleanliness, the kindness, the hospitality, and overall exceptional experience that I had at Bell. In my lifetime, I have never had this type of experience and I will be a forever customer - the impact and dedication to excellence is beyond belief.

I owned 2017 RX350 6 months Back (Bought from Arro...

I owned 2017 RX350 6 months Back (Bought from Arrowhead BMW Showroom) and i'm happy with my vehicle. However i faced bad experience with two Lexus Dealer (Bell Lexus and Arrowhead Lexus in Arizona). Below are the Key Points i want to highlight where Lexus should think about and improve in Arizona.

Incident 1 with Arrow head Lexus - Gave me a False Commitment to attract Buyer and when i go to face to face, they came up with a different number and wasted my time. (Un Trustworthy Sales Team from Arrowhead Lexus)

Incident 2 with Bell Lexus - While i'm trying to purchase RX350, they Hold me for almost 4 to 5 Hours in the name of price negotiation and keep on revising the price for the same price and Doesn't care about Customer Time and keeping them waited for long time and i'm ended up with Zero benefit.

The next day after Bell Lexus i made a visit to Arrowhead BMW and i got a great deal Price Reduction of almost 5K with good add Ons (Took 2 Hours to finish the deal) . More important they gave a good confident that they are listening to the me and really made me to feel that they are really working on the numbers. Finally i got the 2017 RX350 fully Loaded (Luxury Package with Running board, heads up display) Top notch model for 40K. (Where Bell Lexus didn't made any price negotiation on the same 2017 RX350 and really didn't care abt the Customer) - (Circling back the same number between 43 and 44K - this is Excluding the running board, heads up display)

Now i'm pretty nervous to give my Car in this showroom for the service. I'm thinking to give my car to Toyota Dealer for service as they can do better care rather than this two dealer.

Please try to improve the customer care and make competitive Deals for the customer.

I gave this 1 star, Otherwise i cant submit this Post.

Just helped my good wife select her new RX350. Whew, she must have thought she was trying on shoes the way she put Mike through his paces of fetching model upon model so that she didn t have to wade through a labyrinth of models. That was good but my point is he did it so willingly. He is plainly a nice man who takes his time. After my wife made her selection including a test drive Mike has a quiet and comfortable desk space where we finalized the paperwork and horse trading. We were delighted with the final price when Mike got up from his desk, excused himself for a few minutes then returned with the news he had just saved us another thousand dollars by working his magic on his sales manager. Altogether our most pleasant auto purchase ever. It s two months now and our new RX continues to please. Thank you Mike and thank you Bell LEXUS you ve taken auto sales to a new and higher level.

I was very disappointed in the service representative Tracy Fhrenbruch. Picked up a nail in a tire. I m out of town just bought my Lexus in Omaha And in my travels picked up the nail. I have the wheel tire paint windshield insurance and she wanted to see the document. The salesman from Omaha emailed a copy of it. I called her and left a message on how she wanted to proceed and she never returned my call, I went to Earnhardt Lexus and had no problems. She made me feel I wasn t good enough..

I recently purchased a new 2020 Lexus RX from Richard Von Braun at Bell Lexus in North Scottsdale. It was a great experience. I visited three times before making my final decision. Mr. Von Braun spent the appropriate amount of time with me - answering my numerous questions - as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. buyer be very aware.I bought a 2018 es 350 from bell lexus, I asked and was told this car had the luxury package, this was not true. the morning after the purchase I found information in the glove box that showed this car had been damaged and a door repainted. bell lexus was aware of this since it was a corporate car owned and used by bell lexus but since they repaired it inhouse no damage report showed up on carfax. very slick! steven s Tucson az
