The staff at Bell Lexus has a 5 Star rating for a reason, and let me explain why. Earlier this year during the COVID-19 lockdown, I purchased a beautiful vehicle (which was maintained for the past 16 years at Bell Lexus). The sales representative, sales manager, service manager, and service consultant were AMAZING. Not only did the sales manager drive the vehicle (mind you it was a 16 year old bargain) to my home for me to review, but he also provided all the paperwork for the purchase. The additional cosmetic requests were also addressed and taken care of without a question. The sales team was professional and I was treated with the same respect and dignity as someone who would walk in and purchase a much more expensive vehicle. (This is a quality that is scarce to find, so I knew this was the right dealership for me to purchase my vehicle.)

Due to COVID19, I had not driven the vehicle very much and the friver's door lock stopped working with the key FOB - without any issues, Nick Amar in the service department escalated the issue to be repaired at no charge. When I tell you that he went above and beyond to help me, I truly mean it. Nick will ALWAYS be someone that I will trust to be truthful and helpful when you need it. So, 5 Stars for my first experience with my consultant, Nick, in the service department.

I cannot express further the exquisite atmosphere, the cleanliness, the kindness, the hospitality, and overall exceptional experience that I had at Bell. In my lifetime, I have never had this type of experience and I will be a forever customer - the impact and dedication to excellence is beyond belief.
