Richard Von Braun was the salesman my husband and I dealt with when my 20 year old Lexus needed repair work that was more than the value of the car. He was very professional and low pressure. We were given all information we wanted, choices of options that were available to us at the time. He took us on test drives for the 2 final choices that made the most sense for us. He was patient with us while we tested and asked about both options. He gave us the time we needed to consider our potential purchase decision. We were very happy with Richard and our new purchase of our Lexus LS 500.

My husband, Bob, and I could not have had a more wonderful experience when we bought our beautiful Lexus from Jim Harrison at Bell Lexus in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The first time we met Jim we stopped by Bell Lexus briefly just to take a quick look at a new Lexus I had seen driving around in traffic the week before. Jim showed us the car and could not have been more helpful from the start. We told him we could not stay but that we would call him and make an appointment. We felt, immediately, that Jim was experienced and knowledgeable about his products and, definitely, the salesman we wanted to work with.

We called a few days later to make the appointment; however, I had to cancel that appointment twice due to health reasons. Jim could not have been more gracious and understanding. Finally, the third time was the charm and we arrived at Bell Lexus thinking that that day we would find out all about the RX350L, return home and think about whether or not we wanted to buy a new car. We stayed at the agency for several hours and during that time we found Jim to be extremely truthful and very well informed about the car I was falling in love with. We never felt any pressure of any kind from him. It was an entire pleasure to work with Jim and everyone we talked to at Bell Lexus.

When it was time to leave, we drove out in my brand new white RX350L!! I was so very thrilled and excited and grateful. I had just turned 80. What a magnificent 80th birthday present my gorgeous new car is.

Thank you, Jim, for making that day one of the most special in my life.

I had the oil change service done here for my 2007 Lexus LS460. While I waited for the vehicle service to be completed I was able to have a quick breakfast muffin and coffee at their bar inside the showroom. They have very friendly staff as well.

This is my second Lexus purchase and my first at B...

This is my second Lexus purchase and my first at Bell Lexus. The facility and staff were top notch. My sales rep, Gary was able to answer all my questions and allowed me to drive the models i was interested in and helped me narrow down to my eventual decision. Like my previous Lexus experience the purchasing process was straight forward, no BS,, no pressure, I was reasonable and so were they.

Once I pulled the trigger I was driving my new 300h within a couple of hours.

This was my first experience working with this Lexus dealer, in conjunction with a GX460 purchase. Working with Brad Burnham in sales, information gathering(via email/texts) was responsive. Upon arrival at the dealership, you will be impressed. State of the art facility - large inventory, excellent wait area, and highly rated service facility. Car was prepared for showing - and we were not rushed during test drives. We decided to purchase -trading a Range Rover. Brad and his management honored their "hassle free" motto. Give and takes yielded a win win deal. Business transaction was smooth/quick - following by a brief "get to know your vehicle" training session. Bottom line great experience - and my first Lexus experience.

This post is to acknowledge the clearly outstanding attention to detail and service shown to me while leasing my new Lexus SUV. Several weeks ago, my wife and I visited Bell Lexus in Phoenix to discuss getting a new car. We were met by a very attractive and bright young lady, named Micah Range, who was both a product specialist and sales rep. She listened very carefully to our questions as well as our thoughts about acquiring a new car. During the ensuing conversation, I was impressed with her under-standing of purchase/lease options, technical specifications in the new 2018 models, and overall attention to our interests.
We went home to discuss the matter, and decided to take the car. I called
Micah, set up an appointment and returned to the store. The car was ready, paperwork was completed and she spent time clearly explaining
all the operation and features of the new car. I am a senior who has
purchased a number of cars throughout the years, but never have my wife
and I been so pleased with an automobile transaction. Micah is a true
professional, with a wide breath of knowledge in her job (and product),
with a wonderful attitude and desire to be of service. Bell Lexus must be very proud to have her on their staff.

I have purchased five new Lexus cars from Bell Lexus through sales representative Kevin Wilson. Every time the experience has been fantastic! It is low pressure and professional. I have never had to negotiate a price, the dealership has offered very fair pricing. It doesn't stop with sales, the finance and delivery departments work in concert with sales to provide a seamless experience. I also use Bell Lexus for all of my service needs, the service department experience mirrors the sales/delivery experience. Fantastic!

Technically my experience isn't over yet...as I was told my car would be ready for pickup, and it wasn't. First they had to find the car, as the service tech who checked me in was not there, still. 2nd, the techs who checked me out had to go check on the status of the car once they found it was still in the workshop. This was my first service at this Lexus dealer and I had expected so much more. I've owned multiple luxury and other vehicles and the one thing I've always felt sure of was the service level I received and the work that was needed and done were actually needed and completed...I left my car at the dealer so thry could wash it, and make sure all services I was charged and paid for were actually completed. Love the Lexus brand, but service should go along with it...and Infiniti and Acura gave me a much higher level of service.

I have been a long-time Lexus fan and owner. My most recent 3 Lexus cars I bought and serviced with the Bell Lexus team. I have been loyal to them for the last 15 years.

Recently, I had a problem with one of my vehicles -- the ABS was malfunctioning -- and so I brought it in for a diagnosis. I was taken care of by a Mr. Gary Kreutz, who held my car for one day, so that he could conduct the diagnosis. even though other Lexus dealers were able to diagnose this same problem in under an hour.

After one day, I received a quote from Mr. Kreutz that the repair would cost me $3,800. The price was much higher than anticipated, and so I informed Mr. Kreutz of my decision to reach out to Toyota in an attempt to ask for a reduction in the price, so that I would be able to afford it. Mr. Kreutz insisted that he would call Toyota on my behalf, and that I would not have to worry about it.

After another two days he called me back saying that with Toyota's contribution, the cost of the repair would now be $3,200. At this point, I reached out to Earnhardt Lexus to get a second estimate on the repair. To my surprise, not only did the diagnosis take under an hour, but I was quoted a repair price of only $900.

I would urge people to avoid this location -- the service and cars are both significantly overpriced relative to other Lexus dealers. So much for taking care of loyal customers.

They make you feel comfortable and are equipped with all of the amenities to do so (coffee, tea, treats, couches and a store). They always service my vehicle promptly and have a loaner available for me. What else can you ask for from a dealership? If you are able to pick your service rep, choose Martin he s the man!

It could not have been a better experience thanks to Richard and the others at Bell Lexus who helped transact our purchase.

Throw away any stereotypical " car salesman" image you might have. I can't imagine being treated any more professionally if we were buying a brand new luxury car.

You may want to reconsider if thinking of a Lexus....

You may want to reconsider if thinking of a Lexus. Lexus, like others, has gone to non adjustable suspension alignment on all but toe and maybe rear camber. The front camber and caster are not adjustable.

I had the unfortunate experience of buying a RC350 f-sport with the caster not high enough on the right side vs the left side. This causes the car to pull to the right. A vehicle should not pull to either side. If it does, the alignment is off. And it's non adjustable!

The bad thing with this dealer is, they just went oh well, we can't fix it, to bad. The service manager even said "I test drove three other cars and they all pull to the right" as if to mean if three others do it, it must be right! To much. 4 wrongs don't make a right. It means you have three others with the same defect. That kind of remark really makes one question his integrity and if he should even be in such a job. Especially at a higher end dealership. Now not higher end. Now we are in a NCDS case over this.

So do yourself a favor. When you test drive a vehicle, be sure to test on a straight road at about 50 - 65 mph for pull to one side or the other. If it does, try another.

I would also suggest a different Lexus dealer as this one has not done me right.

Kevin worked with us over a 9-month period while waiting for our new car to be built and shipped to Bell Lexus North Scottsdale. Our order was placed right before the COVID pandemic and that closed down all assembly. Kevin kept in touch to let us know the status until the car was eventually built and ready for owner pickup - 9 months later! During this time we interacted via email to prepare for final choices and financial details which made the transaction easy. We would gladly work with Kevin again for future purchases.

Here is a copy of the email I sent to Ms. Weaver of Bell Lexus regarding my very unpleasant experience at the dealership.

To date, I have not received a reply. I did attempt to call Ms. Weaver and could not reach her. The receptionist assured me, Ms Weaver would return my call but so far no return phone call. So I decided to send you my concerns. I have been a Lexus customer for 12 years. I have never been treated in this manner. I think every one should be aware of my experience and steer clear of this dealership. The people there are not honest (at least the ones I dealt with). There is never an excuse not to return a phone call from a customer for nearly a month.
Dear Ms Weaver:
I had made an appointment to get two new keys reprogrammed at your dealership last Thursday. Upon my arrival, I was escorted to a service representative. When I waited in that office where the service representative was not present, a few minutes later a representative arrived and wanted to know what I was waiting for. When I told her what I was there for and she looked it up in the computer and told me I was in the wrong office!. Of course she was polite and took me to another office of Mr. Martin ..... I guess that should been a warning for me but I decided to overlook this.
Martin told me he would be able to assist me and then he promised to do a courtesy safety check on my Lexus LS430. Then I was escorted to the waiting area. After some time, he came up to me and stated that he noted that the water pump had not been changed and that it needed to be done. I told him "Thank you; I will schedule another time to bring it back to the dealership to get the work done". Martin told me he could get it done today (Thursday) by 6 PM. I told him that I had a very tight schedule and really would prefer to set up another appointment. He insisted that I get it done and assured me once more it would be done before the end of the day and he would arrange for me a loaner car whereupon I reluctantly agreed to get it done. He soon brought me the paperwork for the repairs as well as the loaner car and after I signed the documents, he stated, "It will be done today but worse case scenario would be by Friday morning". I was unhappy but had already signed the documents.
He also assured me he will call me around 3 PM to give me update. 3 PM came and there was no phone call. I had to call him around 3:15 PM and he told me at that time, that my car would not be ready by the end of Thursday. I was not happy. I indicated to him I had repeatedly told him that I would make another appointment but he had insisted that I get the repairs done that day. At this time, he got very defensive and insisted he had told me it might not be done until Friday. He insisted I was being unreasonable since he had provided me a loaner car. Martin then assured me, my car will be ready by 10AM Friday.
I then tried to call the service supervisor/manager one Mr. Braxton. I was informed he was in a meeting and she would have him return my phone call as soon as the meeting was over. I did not hear from Mr. Braxton Thursday. I did not hear from Mr. Braxton Friday morning either. I did not hear from Martin Friday at 10AM. When I tried to call Martin, I could not reach him. I got his voice mail stating that he was busy and for me to leave a message. Then the announcement came that his voice mail box was full and could not accept any more messages. Why was that? The customers could not even leave a message! This is Part 1. Read Part 2

After many months of test driving different model SUV's my wife and I decided on a 2019 RX 350. We had a 2004 RX 330 for 15 years so many things have changed since then but the one thing that remains in the Lexus quality and reliability. We worked with Cameron Fisher who explained all of the new features during the test drives. He was very knowledgeable and a easy person to talk to with. Thank you Cameron!Also a shout out to Nick Fjerstad (Sale Manager), Cheryl Hagen (Finance Manager) and Carly Rose ( Technology Specialist) for making the process as smooth as posible. Just traded in my 8 year old car for a new Lexus. I was very impressed with the amenities this Lexus location offered. There's a cafe with free food and drinks (for buyers and service customers). Area designated for kiddos to keep them entertained (plus popcorn). Even a shopping area with lots of merchandise like purses, clothes, hats, etc.

I'm new to the Lexus brand, so our sales guy, Gary Williams was very patient in explaining everything to us. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, I'd highly recommend Gary if anyone is ever in the market for a new car.

I really liked the way I was treated by my salesman Duarte Oliviera..
it was no pressure, he was very clear with answering my questions. Test drive was fun and pleasant.
I got beautiful Lexus and because I want it only white color I got upgraded sport version with no extra charge.
The process was easy, fun and not long.
I loved to sign papers with financial guru Mark and got educated on all the features by Tony..
Thank you Duarte for a great experience..
And let your sale manager know, he need to smile more :)))

This was my first time purchasing a Lexus. Our sales associate was so courteous and helpful. She was extremely personable. She texted and emailed me to keep me posted during the sale and service of my vehicle. Even though I purchased a "pre-owned" I was treated like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot by both the sales and service depts.

We had a very positive experience at Bell Lexus most of it because of sales person Jake Diehl. He listened, had a 'not rushed pace' and understood what we were looking for. He found almost the exact car on the lot that we could purchase that day! Made me feel that if I had any questions or issues I could contact him.

Our first experience at Bell Lexus was more than we could have asked for. Gary Williams made sure we selected a vehicle that fit our needs. His experience and brand knowledge gave us confidence that we made the right choice. The entire process from the moment we arrived until we left with our new NX300 was fluid. Everyone from sales, and finance to the technology and delivery specialist were personable. We are already enjoying our new Lexus and hope the relationship with Gary and team lasts for years to come.

Gary (sales man) was super pushy and very rude and I would never ever want to buy a vehicle from them. Went to look at a pre-owned vehicle. It was either Gary's price or you get thrown out. He was upset that I didn't agree with him on the price and didn't even open the door to let us out. My family has been in the car buying industry (car dealer) for over 30 years. Definitely needs to be trained on customer service skills. Will not return here
