Rick was great while diagnosing my computer problem. Thorough, very knowledgeable about components, and made lots of great suggestions even though he was providing a free diagnosis.

We've used them twice for our iMac computers at work. Only person in the area that does hardware work on Apple computers that we could find. Did a very good job. Told us how to back up our info for future issues and did it at a great price!

Rick is great at what he does. He's honest, fair and friendly. I've sought out his services since 2018 and I'm always pleased with the stellar service. My kiddo loves hanging out too, checking out all the fun gaming software. We'll definitely keep Rick as our computer expert go-to!

Friendly and knowledgeable, the staff handled issues with my laptop in very short order. After the repairs were completed they were very willing to answer my questions and provided all of the follow-up support that I required due to my own lack of experience.

i came to rick told him i wanted a gaming computer and i told him my budget and he had one built in a few hours. months later i was having issues with a game crashing and he told me he would squeeze me in that day just to make sure it wasn't my computer. he for sure know how to run a business and he knows computers. i wont go to anyone else after my experience's with rick. He is friendly and knows his stuff. He took apart the computer while I was there and showed me what happened. He then diagnosed it right away so that I could see what went wrong, and then repaired it in less than 24 hours. He also gave me good advice on which router I should buy next. A lot easier than dealing with Best Buy. I highly recommend his services.

The gentleman knows his computers. Fixed my 10+ year old computer with a very reasonably priced hard drive, transferred all my files into the new hard drive, and printed out a list of all my programs. Quick turnaround and when I had another problem getting the keyboard to work, he installed the software I needed for free.

Stopped down to upgrade my son's desktop, he had everything I needed in stock at fair prices. Picked up a sharp looking RGB case and CPU cooler, along with a big SSD. My kid is going to flip out, the case even has a remote to switch the LED colors. Thanks again.

Extremely helpful! Rick knows anything and everything when it comes to computers and their components. Has helped me multiple times with installs on gaming PC- today he stayed 5.5 hours past closing time to help me try and figure out issues with my graphics card; literally tried everything possible to help! Offered to pay for his time but didn't charge me anything!

My name is Kevin Daughtry and I live in South Beloit, IL. I have been involved with computers in some form or fashion since the early 1980's when DOS was the operating system of the day and you had XT computers with 20MB hard drives and only 512K RAM. Rick the owner is one of the best computer guys in our area that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. His customer service is awesome and he goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy and well informed. His knowledge of the industry is unsurpassed.

I went there to have my son's laptop repaired. It is an older Acer machine and needed a new keyboard and some additional memory. Not only did Rick have everything in stock, he installed the new parts and had the machine up and running better than before in a matter of minutes. I saved over $100.00 from other computer stores that had quoted me pricing on the same project. Then we spent the next hour exchanging stories about the differences between the old and new technology.

Many of the computer stores in our area try to over sell you or make you feel uncomfortable with their condescending attitudes and terminologies. Rick is not one of them. Rick was very knowledgeable!! I was going to purchase a new laptop, but instead I brought my old laptop here first. Rick fixed my laptop within minutes for a reasonable price. I thought I was going to have to drop it off, but I was in and out with my fixed laptop!! Thank you very much for your time and help Rick!!! I would highly recommend him!

My computer was running slow then stopped working altogether. I called JR Computer Service and Rick told me to bring my computer into the store. I did and I am very happy! He was able to fix my computer in a few hours and for a reasonable price. It runs as if it were brand new!
