I had the unique experience to BUY 2 cars in an 8 day time period! I traded in my BMW for a darling NX 300 sport SUV...I realized after a few days, I needed/wanted a bigger version. I called my sales contact and he was absolutely WONDERFUL! Not only was he great, funny, NON-PUSHY, intelligent-all-things LEXUS, he was just as great 8 days later when I was quite stressed out! I traded up to the RX 450h and now LOVE this car. Kevin Wilson had to be the BEST car salesman I have encoutered in my many years of buying cars. HE IS NOT the typical "car salesman"--just a complet delight to work with! Speaks volumes for Lexus to hire such fabulous people! Enjoyed the experience--twice!!

I just purchased a 2018 RC450 Hybrid Lexus from Richard Van Braun at Bell Lexus. It was an all around excellent experience. The dealership is clean, comfortable and there is NO HIGH PRESSURE sales approach. Richard zeroed in on my "cut to the chase" approach, brought down a car for me to test drive and I bought - as simple as that. Richard has been around the business for years and knows what it takes to listen and adjust to his customer.

I was in a car accident that totaled my Lexus NX FSport 2017. I was devastated but thankful to have come out with minor injuries other than whiplash, I believe the airbags saved me and was determined to buy another Lexus. I met Mike Green at Bell Lexus and was instantly impressed with knowledge of all Lexus cars. He showed me a few cars but Lexus stopped making the 2.0 NX sport. We then got a call that a 2019 that was like mine but a 3.0 was available. We went down and looked drove car and it was exactly what I wanted. Mike was the main factor for us to purchase this car. They worked with us as we were waiting on insurance money to come in. 2 days later we paid for car and took it home. It had a few more bells and whistles than my 2017 which was a HUGE selling feature. Apple play is amazing. Mike was versed on all features of car and took time to let us know how 2017 changed to 2019. I felt so lucky he was the one that I met first. I would buy a car from Mike Green again in a heartbeat, lucky for us we will have our Lexus for a long time, but I recommend him highly if you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and kind and compassionate when buying a new car. Not your upscale sales person, he truly cares about his buyers. Thank you Mike for getting us the car we are so happy with

I have been a happy Bell Lexus service customer for several years. It was time to get a new Lexus, and we were fortunate to work with Jim Gillentine who I had met previously when looking at cars during routine service. We truly enjoyed working with Jim. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, respectful of questions, and low pressure. He showed us many cars and SUVs. We looked at cars with him on two occasions and ultimately purchased a 2020 RX350. This was our best car purchase experience ever and hope we can work with him again one day.

Purchasing my LEXUS 450h was the easiest and most exciting vehicle purchase I've ever experienced! Sales Consultant, Doreen Fischer, was warm, knowledgeable, passionate, AND compassionate from the second I walked thru the doors at Bell Lexus North Scottsdale! I love my new LEXUS more every time i drive it! I'm not planning on buying another vehicle anytime in the future, but if I do, or have any friends or family who are looking for a luxurious, yet economic, vehicle, I would recommend they ask for Doreen Fischer to assist them with ALL their needs and requirements!

My wife and I went to Bell Lexus to look at a loaner car that they had that I was interested in. I contacted the dealership and they gave me a time to come in.

I was greeted by Kevin Wilson at the front door where we went to check out the car. Kevin gave me my space and answered any questions that we had about the car. We then took the car for a test drive and I knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle.

The process was so smooth and easy and there was no additional pressure to buy extras or up sell me on things I didn t need. Working with Kevin was easy and I d recommend it to anyone looking to get into a new or certified used Lexus.

In addition, working with Dan in finance was very straight forward. Again, no pressure to purchase additional products, just recommendations and the why behind them.

One week after I drove off in my new Lexus, a rock cracked my windshield. I was able to team up with Gary Kreutz the service consultant and Eric, their in house glass tech and get the issue handled. Gary pointed out that I had a ding on one of my wheels and they got that fixed within the same timeframe my windshield was being replaced.

I have had nothing but great experiences and will continue to give Bell Lexus my business as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

Stopped by this dealer for some assistance w/ my LX570. I had spent all night trying to figure out how to get the 3rd row seating back into my truck so I could take the family on a road trip. (Lack of )Service Dept REFUSED to spare a tech for 5mins to see if there was a malfunction. The excuse I was given was: "Its Friday."
Went down the street to the Jag dealer and bought an iPace. Havent brought my 570 in since. Dealer AND Lexus lost a customer.

5 stars due to the great service I have received w...

5 stars due to the great service I have received when ordering parts here in the past. Because of the great service, I made a big purchase. This is not Bell Lexus fault, but Fedex damaged my part as well as my replacement part. Bell Lexus was able to have me send back the replacement, as well as ship me out a replacement, so thank you for that. But each time I call, the parts guy (whom I will not name) has come off extremely rude. I let it go the first 2 phone calls, but the 3rd phone call, I let him have it. I can't even get a question in during the last phone call. The other times I call to ask questions, the level of disrespect I receive from the same guy is uncalled for. If you were hesitant to ship large heavy items, then take it off of your website, or ship freight and charge accordingly on your website. If you called to notify me after my purchase, I would have been glad to cancel it as well. This review is not because of Fedex damaging my parts, but because of the attitude of the parts guy. I expect more professionalism from a Lexus dealership.

Update: After seeing the review The service manager reached out. I am pleased to say the situation was resolved satisfactorily with the great level of service one would expect from Lexus. We had great communication during the repair process.

DO Not take your vehicle here for service! We took our 350L for a sensor recall and left with a broken windshield! The service consultant Martin Nadirsha took the time to note small blemishes on our wheels and a small scuff in our bumper when the vehicle was checked in. When we picked up the vehicle and saw the ruined windshield his response was to file an insurance claim. He went on to say that we must have had a rock chip that the heat and the car wash caused to spread. WE DID NOT have any damage to our windshield before we arrived. The dealership refuses to take any responsibility for the damage.

After speaking with Normand a couple times, I came up from Tucson to see what they had. Great experience with both Normand Neal, the sales Manager and Micah Range my sales person! Micha was very patient with me about questioning about the different features as we test drove two different cars and searched around the HUGE inventory searching for the color I wanted. She and Normand found my perfect car and without any " haggling", I drove out that day with I know the best price I could get anywhere. They even made arrangements to get my other car back to Tucson. Amazing customer service!!

Never have l had such a personable knowledgeable individual to work with not only during the process, but well into the ownership, Gary continued to follow up. Very sad and disappointed with my experience at Bell Lexus. I don't think I have ever felt so disrespected and degraded by a sales associate in my life. I thought the primary job of the dealership was to sell cars, not to judge people based on the color of their skin, where they live, or what they look like. I work in patient care and choose to treat all patients with the same level of respect. Everyone deserves respect, and at the very least, a friendly welcome or smile. At Bell Lexus, we had to ask to be helped, we were looked at with disgust, and the sales associate seemed disinterested and made condescending comments to us. We will NEVER recommend this place to our network of family, friends, and coworkers. It literally ruined our day visiting this dealership.

This group aces customer service and the hassle of "back and forth" on price is next to none. Richard was fabulous and knows the business. He went out of his way for me finding the perfect pre-owned Lexus! Martin has taken care of me in the biggest way and helped out immensely when I needed a second key and had a minor problem with the car. All fixed and I love Bell Lexus and all who work there! It's my third Lexus and I will always be driving this car!!!

Nick is the best auto sales person i have worked with. He is honest, not pushing for us to buy until we knew what we wanted. We went to several dealerships and returned to Bell Lexus. We told Nick what we wanted to do and he provided information, options and a fair price that we knew was competitive. He becomes a friend and Bell Lexus has treated us well. My wife and I recently acquired a certified previously owned 2015 Lexus GS 350 F Sport at Bell Lexus in Scottsdale. A friend had recommended we ask to work with Mr. Paul Savage of Bell Lexus, which we did. We are so pleased we had an opportunity to work with Paul in the purchase of our first Lexus. Although we are a couple generations his senior, we felt completely comfortable with Paul. Each time we came to the dealership, Paul was somehow waiting for us at the entrance. Without being overbearing, during the course of each contact, whether in person, phone or otherwise, he listened to our interests and answered all of our questions about the car and the Bell Lexus manner of doing business. There is a skill needed in letting the car sell itself. Paul has that skill.

I had an excellent experience at Bell Lexus working with Claire and Matt. Claire was wonderful and truly took the time to help me select the beat car for me. She didn t rush me to take a car that I wouldn t be completely satisfied with, and she thoroughly checked their inventory. It was easy to follow up with her regarding some questions I had after the purchase. Matt helped to negotiate a fair price for the car I wanted. At Bell Lexus, everyone has been courteous throughout the entire experience. They took the time to help me set up all of the tech in the car. Service is easy and they had a comparable loaner car. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again in the future.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove off the lot I was impressed with my experience at Bell Lexus. Amy greeted me with a warm welcome and asked if I wanted anything from the cafe. I grabbed a coke and a delicious sandwich. Amy showed me any car I asked to see even if it was obviously outside of my price range. It was a very fun and motivating car buying experience. She was more than willing to answer all 7000 questions of mine no matter how silly sometimes. I felt comfortable buying a car from her. At the end of the day I left the dealership with the exact car I wanted, a memorable experience, and a free turkey sandwich. I couldn t be happier

Great product, beautiful dealership. Sales and management personnel is what determined the three star rating. There is an item that they insist on pushing down your throat to the tune of over $300.00 although it clearly says that it is "OPTIONAL". Supposedly it is protection against theft and pays above and beyond etc. etc.

Went to pick up a lease return that I had purchased via the auction. Since it was not a 'standard' situation (not purchasing directly from them, not going on a transporter, etc.) I was fully prepared to explain my position and had all the ppw documentation to support my purchase. I was told to, "Go sit in the cafe', while I verify everything". I did and that experience was AWESOME! Met some really neat customers and shared some stories while awaiting delivery of our respective units. The cafe' hostess, Jessica, was unbelievably professional and efficient and was the epitome of what the Lexus brand represents. My dealings with Colleen Robin were professional as well! I am going to enjoy my new ES 350

In the middle of April, 2019, I began online negotiations with Bell Lexus, of Scottsdale, AZ, relevant to the purchase of a 2019 Lexus Ultra Luxury ES 350 Sedan. Once satisfied with negotiations my wife and I drove from Sierra Vista, AZ to Scottsdale to complete the transaction. We met with Mr Jim Harrison, who had already began the paperwork necessary to expedite the purchase and who gave us a personal tour of the new Lexus ES we were buying. The vehicle was sitting enclosed in the delivery area of the facility and sitting on top of the car was a big red ribbon bouquet. We were both impressed with the presentation, and at my request, Mr Harrison, using my camera took several photographs of the vehicle and it's new owners. Additionally, since the new vehicle is laden with computerization, Mr Harrison (using another agency vehicle) took me on a familiarization ride around the local area for the purpose of demonstrating various functions we would need to know, before returning to the dealership to complete the final closing requirements. This purchase was, without doubt, one of the most memorable car buying experiences we've had. In the days following the sale, Mr Harrison has initiated several telephonic and email contacts offering to be of service in any way he could. Should you be in the market for an automobile such as this, I'd highly recommend you give Jim Harrison and Bell Lexus an opportunity to compete for the sale. Lee/Rae Anders

We had the best experience at Bell Lexus. We worked with Richard who took his time to answer all our questions and concerns without being pushy or trying to sell us something we didn t want. He made the entire process very easy and in the end we got the exact car we wanted for the price we wanted. We went to another Lexus dealership in the area and had the exact opposite experience; we encountered extremely pushy salesmen who kept contacting us even after we told them we weren t interested. She was well informed, friendly, helped me through the whole process and tried to get the best deal possible. Even after the purchase she was very helpful in getting some minor TLC for the vehicle. Bell Lexus has NEVER disappointed me in taking care of my 18 ear old 400 SC. After each service my car feels like new and none of their service advisors has EVER taken advantage of me as a woman. They made sure that replacements were done on time, shortcomings were pointed out, and BILLS NEVER BROKE THE BANK. I look forward to having them take care of my vehicle because I trust my service manager and their technicians implicitly. I would never buy any other car than a Lexus and would do so at Bell Lexus because they treat their customers right.

Leased a car from Bell Lexus. Dealership messed up my paperwork that caused me to have to pay the state sales tax twice. Sent GM a letter about the issues and they never replied. Dealership is only concerned with getting the sale and pushing you out the door. Would not recommend buying from them. Go to another Lexus dealer!!

I had an amazing experience working with Angelina Dang when purchasing my Lexus RX350. I had been test driving various brands, and on a whim decided to stop by Bell Lexus. Honestly, a Lexus was not even on my radar. But I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into the dealership. Angelina was very friendly - no high pressure or canned pitches - just very knowledgeable and really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. She was also extremely patient when I wanted to test drive a number of vehicles. The sales manager was great to work with too. It was a very easy and friendly process. I would highly recommend Angelina - she is young , energetic and knows how to treat people right. How often can you actually say that a car buying experience was great? So happy I bought my Lexus from Angelina.

Bell Lexus is a hangout for fancy car owners. The facility has a cafe that serves fresh food and drinks (baked items, samwiches, specialty coffees....)...at no cost. Nice loungey area with comfy seats and a market with knick knacks. Service has always been speedy and my car is always returned to me vacuumed and shiney.

Experience started out fine during the initial pha...

Experience started out fine during the initial phases of ordering a vehicle. The staff appeared competent but time exposed them and true nature of the lack of customer service.

Received multiple sides of when the vehicle was expected to arrive. None of them were in the ball park of being accurate. I was also told that I would get an update every 30 days of when the vehicle was expected to arrive and the never happened either. I initiated all contact with the dealership and learned Bell Lexus doesn t care about their customers. I was told by one of the sales associates (Cameron fisher) I would receive the 3,000.00 put down on the vehicle back if anything happen with the vehicle or if I did not purchase... we can t keep your money . Well I have not received it back yet and but non the less purchased the vechile through another dealership with true customer service out of state. I was welcomed with open arms and gladly purchased the vehicle out of state as they immediately built trust and discuss the process of how the vehicles were manufactured and delivered to the dealerships. What I learned was Bell never had a vehicle on the inventory and were scrambling to find one through another dealer but couldn t pick up the phone and let me know. Appreciate all the support Bell.

Definitely lost a potential customer and many more active military from southern Arizona based on this 1 experience.

My car-buying process could not have been smoother. I worked with Nevenka Evtimova and it was honestly a pleasure. No pressure, no pitch, no pushing. The car spoke for itself and I got exactly what I wanted after visiting a few other dealers in the area. I would recommend Bell Lexus to anyone I know that is in the market for a vehicle. DISAPPOINTMENT! Ive been a long time customer of Bell Lexus and am so disappointed in the changed this past year. I find out they have changed management in extreme ways which included hiring some arrogant yahoo as their fixed ops director. Let me just tell you his demeanor when speaking to employees and customers is just down right RUDE. Just recently I discover my favorite parts guy is fired after over 10 years with the company! Where is your sense of loyalty BERGE GROUP? Maybe this out with the old and in with the new mentality isnt the best route to take. This new facility just radiates some kind of stuck up, look at my money kinda attmospere. The parts department turned into an upper class, snobbish womens store full of over priced clothes and handbags. Do people really buy this crap? When I go to a car dealership the last thing Im looking for is a shopping center for my wife. A normal parts department with a simple gift shop would suffice. The only thing I will give credit for is the complimentary coffee in the waiting area. Other than that Ill take my Lexus to Scottsdale Lexus or even just a plain Toyota dealer outside the Berge Group. Take a note from a simple man, LESS IS MORE.

I Had the pleasure of working with Nick Winkey on my recent purchase of a Lexus Certified 2016 RX350. Nick was able to find the exact year, color and mileage I was looking for in a certified RX350. The delivery of the car was great, and the Bell Lexus personnel showed my wife and I all the features prior to leaving Bell Lexus.
