Went into the dealership after receiving a recall notice on my LX470. Could not have had a better experience with their service department...the lot attendant greeted me promptly, and the service advisor worked quickly to get me on my way! Picking up my car was just as good, and I received my vehicle back clean! The Lexus experience blows away Mercedes service, handsdown!
