I have always had my cars serviced at Bell Lexus over the years but this was the first time for a purchase here. Up until now i always felt they were just interested in getting themselves the most money for the sale instead of working with me to interest me and listening to my needs for purchasing here. Richard Von Braun changed all of this. He and all persons who were involved with me this time were genuinely interested in working with me to gain my business and they did gain my business.
