EDIT: Dan Dickerson contacted me recently and offered apologies for the damaged box, missing piece, and my return trip to his parts department. He made the situation right. I appreciate his commitment to customer service and ownership of his customer s satisfaction. Thank you, Dan, for contacting and taking care of me.

Meh. I ordered a part for my vehicle and received a damaged box which was missing a critical piece. Upon discovery of the missing component, I had to travel back to the parts department to retrieve. Bell Lexus didn t offer to make the situation right for my having to return to the dealership. Disappointing service from a reputable, luxury company.
