Duarte is amazing and a big reason for purchasing ...

Duarte is amazing and a big reason for purchasing from this dealer. He is knowledgeable, funny, honest and more than willing to go above and beyond. Also, he is not pushy and for the most part just let us look around with no pressure.

Overall a great experience and it was actually fun buying a vehicle here (never thought I would say that). Every time I think about purchasing a vehicle I love the research but dread the dealer experience. Not so here. This was the best dealer interaction I have had and I've dealt with Volvo, Ford, VW, GMC, Chevy, Mercedes, Nissan, Jeep and a few others.

Follow up: It has been a month since we purchased a Lexus here and I have to say I am very happy with the car and this dealership. In thinking about how car buying can be difficult and frustrating I can honestly say this was a great experience. Thank you Bell Lexus for a great car buying experience and not being pushy.

He took extra time and extra pains to explain available alternatives and allow me to test them out, sometimes several times! Had a similar experience to Monica's. Just purchased a used vehicle and after 2 days we tried to return it. They refused and we then kept asking over a two week period. Still no compromise on returning the vehicle or exchanging for anything else. We were rushed into purchasing the vehicle because everything was closing because of the rioting. We will not be using this dealership or any Lexus dealership in the future!

Kevin Wilson is a true professional. As a past employee of Toyota Motor Sales (the manufacturer of Lexus autos), I am familiar with and have taught sales process classes to sales people. Unfortunately, pressure to close a deal is usually the nature of the beast with auto sales. Kevin and Bell Lexus break that stereotype. While Lexus preaches a more professional approach, it can be lost in the daily grind to get business accomplished. This is absolutely not the case at Bell Lexus and specifically not the case with Kevin. He is friendly, accommodating and very easy to work with. I strongly urge anyone in the market for a new luxury car to seek our Bell Lexus and specifically Mr. Kevin Wilson!

I was very disappointed with this Lexus dealer. I did a google search for F sport springs for my car and Google brought up a listing for the springs on eBay, from this dealer. The price was reasonable and they had several available for purchase. Sometimes I m leery of purchases made on eBay, due to the fact that sometimes the items are fakes or copies. This was a Lexus dealer,so I thought it was going to be a good experience. I placed my order, with an estimated delivery of 5 days. On the 4th day I checked the status and it showed no history of movement from the dealer. I waited and contact the dealer on the 5th day, the delivery day . A couple days later they contacted me and said that fedex picked up the item and they would contact fedex about the package to see what happened and that this was unusual for fedex to lose a package. But the tracking history doesn t show a pick up by fedex, it just shows that a label was created by them for pick up. I wait a couple more days and received no contact. So I sent another message about my disappointment with the dealership. A few minutes later they cancel my order and say that my money has been refunded, and still has not appeared back in my account but that is a separate issue. They had no sense of trying to satisfy the customer. They didn t try to say we will shipping you another set of springs and we will take this up with fedex. No sorry let s us find a way to make this right. No explanation whatsoever. To make matters worse, I found out today that they banned me from purchasing other products they had available, for my Lexus, on eBay. Their actions were very unprofessional. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership to anyone!

One of the nicer Lexus dealership with a huge selection. Did not feel pressure at all when walking around looking at cars on the lots. Spent some time with a sales person and didn't get a guilt trip for not buying and wanting to do more research. My only complaint is the sales person had zero information on lease pricing on the fly. Never once did I hear about the specials incentives from Lexus. That part I did not like! It is 2017 a car dealership should be transparent as possible and always offer you pricing and incentives.

Bell Lexus North Scottsdale is the only Lexus dealership we go to for purchasing and servicing our vehicles. There are several closer but we chose Bell Lexus for the outstanding attention to detail and the friendliness from sales to service. We purchased a new Lexus ES350 a few weeks ago and we were lucky to meet with Gary Williams who was our sales person. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the technical aspects of our new car. We would highly recommend Gary to friends and family looking to purchase and new or used vehicle!

The service at Bell Lexus was amazing as I leased a car to replace my 13 year old RX 400h. And Jim Gillentine was my sales exec and worked to help me close this deal. He gave me many alternatives to reach an acceptable lease price and a trade in price for my 400h.

The entire transaction was clear and concise from the selection of my new NX, the lease agreement, and the technology. All steps were seamless and I drove out with an excellent Lexus for my needs.

While this is my 3rd Lexus, Bell Lexus is by far the best dealer to purchase and maintain our cars. The service we have received has been awesome. We recommend Bell Lexus to our friends and highly recommend Jim Gillentine to those who want a first-rate sales executive.

Parts department needs to learn what customer service is . Tried to orders parts internationally which they advised they do as soon as an issue arises they want nothing to do with it and don t even try to resolve the issue . I m not even concerned with the price it will cost to get it and yet they don t even want your business . Quite poor .
I called another dealer who was more than happy to take my money and was able to promptly get it done . It s really not difficult to provide a service and resolve issues .

This dealership (especially DUARTE OLIVEIRA and MATT FRANZE) went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I purchases a used vehicle and travelled from out of state to pick it up. Their customer service was excellent and they had everything prepared and ready to go since I was on a tight schedule. Once I got home, I found some issues with the vehicle and brought it to their attention. I felt they really treated me with respect and acted with integrity in how they resolved the situation. I highly recommend that you work with Duarte if you looking for a new or used vehicle.

Very good pricing---(better than in Tucson, making the drive worthwhile)----and service; definitely a "top shelf" Lexus dealership. Both John Easter (in Sales) and Cheryl Hagen (Financial Services Manager) were excellent to deal with. I recommend!

Just purchased a 2017 Lexus RX350 with all the bells and whistles with 16k miles. It had been a loaner car from Bell Lexus. We told our salesman Jim Gillentine exactly what we wanted, what we wanted to pay, and he found this one, even though it was not originally for sale. There were a couple of paint chips on the front end and the dealer removed the protective "bra", repainted the hood and replaced the "bra". The whole transaction was very smooth; nice to deal with honest dealer.

Before I walked in the door to buy my first Lexus, I turned to the Heavens and begged for a salesman who wasn t superficial. Six pairs of eyes landed on me, in unison, the minute I entered, and Richard Von Braun, who became my salesman, was the first of them who approached and warmly greeted me - the Heavens were clearly showing off when They selected him. His name is plastered on plaques all over the walls, and blindfolded, I could easily add to those awards - most genuine, most kind-hearted, most integrous, most humble and knowledgeable and dignified all rolled into one. He comforted my every concern and was gracious with my endless questions. I will not buy another car without him; this was the first time I had bought a car on my own and he made me feel not alone. That should be the title of another plaque. Because of him, I almost didn t notice Bell Lexus other fine qualities but alas, I do melt into the feel and look of luxury so it did catch my eye. It felt like I was surrounded by marble and diamonds; everything glittered and sparkled with beauty and cleanliness while simultaneously, the staff were really down to earth which is an awesome combination. They served me coffee, tea, lunch, bottled water and bright-eye d smiles around the clock and were constantly accommodating my every need. It s an understatement to say I have needs. They accommodated. Becca is a technological genius with true patience and Deiter is my personal Service Technician (I have my own!) who is very sweet and generous. Oh, the car? Stunning!! The NX 200t F-Sport is a dream, from the fine interior stitching to the turbo acceleration and every other bell, whistle and button I didn t even know I wanted! People have told me a Lexus will go forever, I like solid and reliable, all day, and I m sure before forever comes around, I m going to be hankering for a brand new RX....

Richard Von Braun was my salesman at Bell Lexus. I was dreading going to a dealership to buy a car but he made the process so much easier than expected. I called ahead of time to set an appointment and when I came in for the first time he was already prepared with several options meeting my exact specifications. He was not pushy at all, I did not feel overwhelmed or confused and left feeling pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was and how comfortable I felt. I wanted a certified pre-owned car and they didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock at that time but over the next few weeks Richard went above and beyond and out of his way to find the right car for me, and ultimately he did. I am very happy with my decision to buy from Bell Lexus and especially grateful I had Richard helping me. I highly recommend both to anyone looking to buy a car.

We took a long time to make up our mind (months) and when we did the process was handled with upmost care. Gary was patient, knowlegable, and friendly. He followed up with information promised and did not pressure us one bit, which was greatly appreciated. Karen and the rest of the Bell team were first class in execution and even stayed late to ensure we were taken care of. Nice way to buy a car.

I bought my first Lexus RX350 from Scottsdale Lexus. Great car and I was very happy with the service.
Moved to Bell Lexus only because of the professional service of Gari Kurtz.
December 2016 I bought Lexus RX350 from Bell Lexus.
Battery died in April 2017 and all computers were screwed up. I had to drive at night on halogen beams, high beams and auto were not working, lost the dynamic lanes and I was told Bell Lexus had to recalibrate the computers, navigation couldn't be used as I put the address and it was guiding me in a circle, car had a hesitation and Bell Lexus told me they erased the memory and installed the software again, all settings were changing and Bell Lexus told me it is from the bluetooth and some apps in my phone, but my phone was not even connected and set, now no bluetooth as it does not come to any phone to connect, garage opener can not connect with the car, experienced unintended acceleration while driving with 3-5mph on the parking lot, twice experienced unintended deceleration and have my car 8-9 times already for service.
First 4 months I was very happy...really happy. Battery died after 4 months and I paid over 60 000 and not able to use anything I paid for.
Contacted Lexus Customers Service twice and of the end I was asked "What do you want from us?" I was speechless.
Contacted Lexus Headquarter in Texas and they sent an email stating they don't believe my car was made by defective pieces. Agree!, but I have videotapes of most things that happened and no one contact from the head of Lexus even I requested a meeting and I suppose to get a call ...don't hold your breath there was no call.
I was put in a test for the settings which I passed. Test to see if it is an operator error LOL ...it was not my error or cell phone error.
Everything started with the dead battery Bell Lexus sold me the car with and Bell Lexus is aware, but ingoring the problem for 14 months already.
Think before you go there and spend your money...
Just made a final call to see if Bell Lexus North Scottsdale is planning on solving all problems I experience with the car they sold me and I was literally ignored.
It is frustrating to find out only service department is aware of the issues, no one above service dept was informed, service not capable to find and solve the problem.
I am disappointed of the lack of loyalty and integrity of Bell Lexus.

Claire Padget, the Sales Consultant at Bell Lexus was the best car salesperson we ever worked with! She helped us evaluate all of the options in the various models so we could be sure we were getting exactly what we needed and wanted, she exhibited NO pressure for us to make a purchase and when we did go through the purchase process, she actually helped us get to the best (lowest) price possible. She also was very open to us leaving the showroom and going across the street to compare the Lexus SUV to a Porsche SUV, which we did and quickly came back to Lexus! I can't think of anything I would want from a sales person! Thank you Lexus and thank you Claire!

After being in the customer service/sales department for years, I can appreciate exceptional service when I see it. The day I met Claire Padget, I had went to Superstition Lexus the same day and had a less than positive experience, so my wife and I decided to leave and visit Bell Lexus. Immediately, I noticed a difference in the environment, friendliness, and service. I already had a Lexus in mind and a price point I was willing to work with and Claire made it a point to see that I got what I came for. To this day I will continue speaking highly of this location, experience, and Claire because like in my business, this will bring a positive experience to someone in the future.

John Easter was my sales consultant, and he helped me to surprise my wife just before Christmas with a new car (just like in the commercials - big red bow and everything). John spent several hours at our home, giving us the orientation for the new car. My wife didn't even have to go to the dealer and we took care of the paperwork at our house. This was the second Lexus that I have purchased from Bell Lexus. Both times Amy Dudley was my sales person and she went that extra mile for me! With both purchases she was so kind as to deliver them to me in Cottonwood and took the time to explain the cars to me. I know that if I have any questions or concerns that she will respond in a timely manner. If you are thinking of purchasing a Lexus please seek out Amy. You won t be disappointed!!

I cannot in my rightful mind give this dealership ...

I cannot in my rightful mind give this dealership even 1 star. We are extremely disappointed with the way we were dealt with. We were repeatedly told that a specific deal would be met, but when we went there, the promise was just a way to get us in to the dealership! Now when we try to email them our feedback, all mails are getting bounced back because they have blocked our email address, how very convenient. Don;t trust anything from this dealership! Just a a big fat hoax!
Here is the email that they conveniently blocked -now for everyone to see!

We were extremely disappointed with our wasted trip to your dealership today. You repeatedly promised to match the deal that we sent you, and that is the deal we were coming in to sign. Much to our surprise, we were told that there are additional fees and tint and other things that were not included in your so called promised deal, which meant we were being asked to pay well over what we agreed upon. We are very disappointed with the way you misconstrued information just to get us in to your dealership! This is not what we expected from a high end luxury car dealership! Our disappointment will be clearly reflected in the reviews that we leave for your dealership, and what we communicate with our friends here in town.

We just bought anither Lexus ES with Kevin and can t get over how easy he made things. We hate car shopping as we usually don t like working with most the salesman... he was SO NICE... very honest... knew his stuff.... and NO BS.

The best experience we ve ever had purchasing a new car!!

We are on our second Lexus now and are assigned the same service guy every time, which we love about bell We have had Rob now for a while and love him! He too has been so nice and easy to work with. Thanks bell Lexus for a much better experience all around than the Lexus dealer we had to deal with in Inglewood NJ.

Nick Winkey was my sales consultant at Bell Lexus North Scottsdale. I was "shopping around" looking for the "best deal". I walked into Bell Lexus and was greated by Nick Winkey. I informed Nick that I was also working independently with an auto broker on helping me find a vehicle. I was specifically looking for a slightly used Lexus RX AWD vehicle that was just a couple years old. Nick not only found me the perfect vehicle, but my auto broker could not beat what Nick was offering me. Purchasing my vehicle with Bell Lexus, also gave me an additional 2 year extended warranty. My experience with Nick was professional and easy. I would highly recommend you request to meet with Nick if you are interested in a Lexus.

This is my first experience with buying a Lexus. I had been talking with a Internet sales rep from Bell Lexus for 2 years before I finally felt ready to buy. Dwight Alfonsi who helped me and my husband with buying our first Lexus was amazing. He listened to and responded to all of my emails about the differences between the RX 350 and 450h. We ended up going with the RX 350. I had specific color combinations that I was looking for and he helped me get it. Mica Nightfall blue with stratus gray interior. Not everyone has that color choice and I like to be different. Love my Lexus and Dwight was a joy to work with.

The service and attention that Bell Lexus provides to its customers is always fantastic. When we went to get a new vehicle, Noah not only had everything prepared with the vehicle we had discussed, but when my wife changed her mind, he didn t miss a beat. Noah understands the business and, more importantly, he understands that it s a business of people. He made us feel comfortable (almost like he wasn t concerned if we got a car or not which is good), asked our opinion of what we liked (instead of telling us what we wanted) and was respectful when we wanted some privacy (and didn t come around every 30 seconds). I can tell that he knows that it s the people that matter ultimately, and the car is a bonus. Thanks Noah!
