Service reps are always very attentive and prepared for my arrival. They take "service with a smile" to a new level. Richie is a great asset to Bell Lexus. It is obvious he is very well experienced and knowledgeable with the vehicles and all service aspects and responsibilities. And does so with a smile and great attitude.
