We have a Fiesta and as we have discovered by browsing the web that others have had problems with the dual clutch transmission jumping terribly. We called and the part was on back order. Called again in a couple months after hearing nothing, and they said it was still on back order. Called today after it has been about 6 months and the service department said that they had no record we were waiting on a back ordered part. Then the service department said that the mechanic had wrote that the transmission was fine when he drove it and that they didn't see the issue needed to be fixed. However, the day we went in for an oil change, the guy said the transmission was acting up badly and needed to be fixed when the part came in from back order. Clearly this place is extremely unprofessional and doesn't care about their product.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, (a Ford, new or used), do yourself a humungous favor and go see Tony Perez!! He is SO great, funny, and just an all around nice person. He really worked with me as much as he could and went above and beyond! He listens and didn't try to "get over", (like most car salesmen!). I was referred to Tony, and I will definitely refer him moving forward! THANKS so very much "Anthony" (that's a little inside joke between me and Tony )
Cody Clark was great help! Helped me find something I like with great advice on everything. Gave me a full run down on everything and couldn t of been better! Although detail forgot to fill up my gas tank and we re in such a hurry to leave before we could stop them. Cody still made sure I got my complimentary tank of gas that night. Great guy! Thanks again Cody!

I went to get my oil change. Waiting area is really amazing with big tv and comfortable sofas. Also for the people who have kids they have a play area. There is a small eating area where they sell snacks. They have so many cars in display so you can look around and not get bored. I was asked a couple of times by sales men if I need anything and discussed about cars. I felt welcomed. Overall great experience. Highly recommended.
My wife and I purchased 3 new vehicles from Beach Ford within the past year. Each time our sales person, Emily Scott, went above and beyond for us. The staff from sales, aftermarket and finance made what is usually a long stressful experience actually enjoyable. We will be customers for life!
This one star review is dedicated to the service department mallory. Not courteous or kind. Had a negative attitude and failed to wear her mask but made sure customers didn't cross her line. Needs to work on how she addresses customers and needs to attend some sort of communication training; otherwise I have had good experiences in the past when purchasing a car from here with emily. (5 Star for her.) The bad thing is that this female was training someone and whether intentional or not you are creating a duplicate of her.
The service department effortlessly solved my issue. The waiting area was very inviting and the filling station(refreshment area) had what you needed to along with strong WiFi.
Beach Ford operates in total chaos, especially the Service Dept. They are always in complete panic mode. Do not ever go to this place and expect to do anything in a timely manner. This is based on 5 visits. I could write an entire chapter on how awful this place is, but I'll try to keep it short and related to my most recent (and last ever) visit. In the past I had a horrible experience at Beach Ford. Went there again, reluctantly, just to get an oil change and inspection. Figured this would be quick and easy. I could not have been more wrong. My wife made the appointment and took my vehicle in for an "Express" oil change and inspection. This took 2 and half hours. The service advisor actually argued with my wife and then after telling her the vehicle was ready it took 35 minutes for them to bring it around. My wife also spoke to Perchanda Freeman who also argued with my wife and actually raised her voice and yelled! Needless to say we will not be going back for anything and will not consider Beach Ford for a new vehicle in the future.
Beach Ford is an incredible dealership and it s huge. Wonderful respectful employees and management! Mangers are also respectful and nice.
Sean Murray was my Sale Rep and he is an incredible guy and exceeded every expectation I needed to know. I am glad I did business with him and I do recommend him!
I went for a car checkup last week, with the low tire pressure light on, to get a tuneup. I was told by the mechnic that the car was n good condition, with a warning to change my car's air filter later and maybe my left front tire later because of tread. I leave the dealership and a day later find the "low tire light" back on. The tire eventually goes flat and after changing the tire myself i find a screw in the tire. If u want good service, dont goto this place. A high school student could hav found that problem and just told me to get a new left front tire. Thanks for nothing.
Just purchased our second vehicle from Beach Ford. Jane was our salesperson. She was very friendly, knowledgeable. We are very happy with our buying experience.
Beach Ford used to be a decent dealership but it has really taken a nose dive. I bought 2 ford vehicles in the last year and took one in for its first oil change, it had 6000 miles on it and they tried to tell me my oil filter was dirty, it was absolutely not dirty and they charged me for my first oil change because they said I did not purchase it at beach ford but I did buy my mustang from beach ford. The service tech that took it in said oh you re here for your first free oil change but after it s done they charged $81 and $30 for an inspection sticker, which when I asked about it they said oh I must have typed it wrong , what a hustle!!! I buy a new vehicle about every year and a half and that little bit of greed cost them from any future purchases at Beach Ford.
My dealership lady was the best there ever is. Emily Scott was the sweetest, most nicest person I've met. I was so happy when I brought my new car from her. She was the only person who didn't stress me out buying a car. She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. :)
I stopped in to see if I could get new wiper blades in a hurry as the area was facing a snow storm. The customer attendant was so kind and attentive to my needs taking time to relay information, so sweet. Tom Best, head of the team for repair of on my two Beach Ford cars, went above and beyond checking my battery and my tires without me asking. I was in and out very quickly. I love Beach Ford, the trust I have in their repair team, and advice/guidance. Plus, they have the nicest little restaurant that is very good!
Made a lunchtime appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Made appointment well in advance also. I got here on time and it has been an hour and a half. Now they are telling me at least 30 more minutes. 2hour oil change and rotation in their quick service lane? Don't think I will be coming back here again.
Last week my mother and I had a red head dealer show us a Ford Fusion car it was extremely dirty and had been to the auto repair shops a few times that was written on the car fax.He was okay at first very arrogant though I told I wasn't gonna sign any papers till I talked to my boyfriend. So when we got back to the dealership after a test drive he wanted to do paper work I wasn't completely sold on this particular car .He wasn't going to show me any other cars I may be interested in and he became very pushy with the paper work .I got up told my mother let's go he said what did I do wrong he was extremely pushy he isn't good for business at all more like a shark waiting for his prey .
I had a good sales experience at Beach Ford. I ordered my vehicle from the factory. They were great about getting my order correct and keeping me up to date on my vehicles ETA. The actual sale process went very smoothly. The only negative part of the whole experience was they severely under valued my trade in compared to what Kelly Blue Book and others suggested for my trade in estimate. I opted to keep my old vehicle and sell it privately instead of accept their offer. All in all, I would recommend Beach if you are looking for a new Ford.
Service.....I don't even know where to start. 5 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for, charged for a windshield repair that was never repaired, and just found out my lug nuts are rusted on with ones that are the wrong size after paying for a tire rotation four months ago. PLEASE DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!!!
Our salesperson Ron Bowks is the man! We got the vehicle we wanted with plenty of extras for great price. Very smooth transaction, great communication. Would definitely purchase another vehicle here.
Went for oil change and state inspection yesterday even had appt ... waited from 10:30 am to 2:05 pm ... charged 46 for wiper blades to pass inspection ... next day my car says oil change required ...I called and was told no oil change was done !!!??? Waited all that time for Nothing but inspection ?? Drove 40 mins to get there now I have to go back again today another 40 mins to get there just for oil change and it ruined my going out of town for Halloween plans ....if they charge me today then I ll know what type of place this is
I went with my son to get his car serviced . When we first entered he asked one of the ladies for the service department she literally rolled her eyes and with an attitude told him where to go. As we sat there and waited 2 female employees at the cafe were talking about the customers . One employee was speaking about her personal life for all to hear. My son asked for the finance department to get some paperwork fixed and was told there was no one to help him and instead he was given a number to call. I have never been in a place of business that was run so poorly. I run a business and personally any employee of mine that treated customers or even conducted themselves unprofessionally would no longer be working for me.
Service Dept - If I could give 0 stars I would. The nicest person here is Gary the shuttle driver. Do not go here if you expect anything done in a timely manner. I have visited the service department about 5 times and everytime it is a long wait. I'll talk about my last visit (not returning here again). I made an appointment for 8 am. I arrived at or before 8 am. Stood in front of the service advisor's desk for a minimum of 20 minutes while she worked at something on her computer. I only came in for an oil change. I asked how long if waited. She said 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I decided to take the shuttle to work. Around 10:45 am, the service advisor called with a long list of items I needed to have done after the tech did an inspection. They wanted me to pay $20 - $25 to replace a brake light. No thank you, as I can do that myself for less than $5. I told the advisor that I did not want to do any other work to my vehicle today. She said ok, I will call you when it is ready. So thinking that it should be ready in about 30 minutes, I had my co-worker drop me off around 11:15pm. The service advisor said the tech still had not brought the paperwork up. So I go to the waiting room. 30 minutes later, I go back to the service desk and my advisor is on the phone so the advisor sitting next to her ask could she help. She looked in computer and said they are still working on it. For an oil change? Ridiculous. It is 12:15pm and I am still sitting here waiting on my vehicle. Also the waiting room is not the most appealing place to wait. This is the last time I will ever sit in this waiting room and based on this experience I wouldn't dream of going there to purchase a vehicle. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
Jane White is a fantastic sales rep for Ford. Patient & knowledgeable, she assisted my family in finding the perfect car. We are very pleased & look forward to working with Jane again.
Went in to ask question and ended up buying a truck. Not what I intended to do but the deal was great the service was good. I had been looking and doing my homework so i knew what i wanted and knew the price i would pay. Tanner Baine was our salesman and i would buy from him again. Very happy with my deal.
We leased our company trucks there. From the time I inquired to the acquisition of our company vehicles, everything was smooth. This rating is for the commercial department only. I have never purchased or leased a new vehicle for myself.
This is the place you expect of when you think of Ford.
First of all let me start off by saying amazing service. Customer service being the primary thing you d be dealing with at a Car Dealership this dealership is Top Of The Line. My experience being Military and it being my very first car, care sales men Sean Murray was outstanding. Walked with me every step of the way and made sure I was properly taken care of. He got me in the car I wanted for a great price. Thank You Beach Ford & Thank You Sean Murray!
Service guy Carl took the time to fix my key and looked up the history to find info I needed. I was willing to come back, but he did it. Quick an easy!
I bought my last truck from Beach Ford. Very professional and noledgeble. The waiting room for services being done is excellent. They have a nice little eatery to get lunch with free coffee or drinks.
I have purchased many vehicles from Beach Ford over the years. This is a family owned dealership that cares about their customers. Very professional sales and service. Ask for Tony Perez, my salesman if you want the best to assist you!
Buying our vehicle was great. Getting an oil change here is horrible! Everytime I come, the wait gets longer and longer. Have been here since 8:30 and it's now 11:50! Unacceptable...
Let me just say Beach Ford exceeded my expectations today! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with a top of the line!!!!! Sean Murray was the Best. From the sales portion through the whole process and even to the very end where he showed me every thing my 2018 Ford Escape Titanium does!!!!! He made sure I got every single Bell and whistle I wanted in my SUV. And a very special shot out to Doc!!!!! He was the best!!!! Very down to earth!!!
My 2004 Mach 1 recently experienced an ABS issue that ended up as compound electronics issues, which was a real headache to track down and correct. It took almost two weeks to isolate each problem, order the parts, reinstall and test. During this time I was constantly kept informed of the repair status of my vehicle and provided the help I needed to ensure I could commute to and from work and, "Get around town." I greatly appreciate the assistance, exceptional hard work and support by Tracy, the Service Department Technicians, and the Parts Department Staff with the repairs to my vehicle.
Guil Stancill and Mike Varicak worked wonders. Along with Chris the financing manager they were able to get me and my wife into a brand new car... which I didn't even think was going to be a possibility. But they did it! A brand new 2017 Fusion SE. All 3 of them worked wonders and dealt with me calling and texting them non stop to ask questions. Everyone was extremely patient with us and I didn't feel pressured into anything even once. When no other dealership could get us into a car much less a brand new one (with 0% financing I might add) Beach Ford did. If you need a place to go, make this your first stop. And definitely ask for Guil S. or Mike V. They'll get the job done
Had my car posted for sale on Craigslist with a FIRM selling price. Salesmen must be bored and looking to generate business by calling & texting people and claiming to be very interested in buying private party used cars because they "need them for their used car inventory." After being convinced to visit the dealer, after stating several times that I had no interest in buying a new Ford or anything on the lot for that matter, they ultimately offered me about $3000 less than what I was selling my car for. The amount was lower than even trade in value. Wasted a few hours of my time. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 only for creativity and every one was "nice."
My sales rep is great I've called her a few times and she has been right on what ever I need. Service has helped with all the service my vehicle has needed. The last vehicle I bought from them I had for 11 years and beach Ford was the place I will continue to go back too.
Hello, I just wanted to take some time out to say thank you. I never thought I'd be thanking a dealership for selling me a car but the service was outstanding. On Sunday my car unexpectedly broke down. There is a hole in the engine and not worth repairing. I haven't had a car note since 2012 and to add to that I'm expecting a baby girl in less than 2 months so this was horrible timing. I went to another dealership firmly set on my price range and what I could afford and was given the run around and didn't feel like I was treated with respect. I walked out after almost a hour extremely frustrated. My parents have been helping me in my search and my mother found the focus I purchased. She called and spoke to luanne who made sure the vehicle was still available because she didn't want her to drive from Newport news to discover the vehicle was not there. In the meantime I started an application online and received a friendly email from Jeanette. When we arrived we were greeted at the door by Lee and everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Lee was a shinning star making sure that things were taken care of and that my parents and I were ok. I have already handed his card out today. He really made me feel good about my purchase. At the previous dealership the sales agent told me I should buy the car because "You're here and it's late" and I thought I'm about to enter into a several year commitment I can't do so based solely on being here and it being late. I actually look forward to coming in for service with your dealership for years to come and thanks to Danielle I'm all set up on a plan to cover basic maintenence that is still in my budget. She expressed the value and benefits without being pushy. Please give everyone that had anything to do with helping me a big kudos and especially to Lee he's awesome!
Set an appointment to arrive and it not be in their system. Was also told that they couldn't do an inspection until September 5th, then told today, no...we can do it now. Not knowing that I've worked in service departments and owned my own shop, I was told my lugnuts were swollen and they couldn't get them off. I've seen this occur on maybe one or two, but never all of them. $240 they wanted to replace all of them. The tires on the truck were put on at the shop I had previously owned and also rotated them once while there with no issues. I'd give it a one star, but I'll do two for the nice waiting area. It's a shame that some dealerships demand upsells like this from their technicians and advisors. Took our 4Runner to Checkered Flag and got the straight scoop on everything. First time here...last time here.
I found a used Mazda 6 that I was interested in. Used Chartway Credit Union's Truecar process to check out the pricing and express an interest. Sean Murray contacted me immediately with a test drive offer. He had the car ready when we arrived. We drove it and bought it. The price was as promised out the door with no surprises. Extended warranty, service, and other options were presented efficiently and clearly with no pressure. We were on the road in less than 2 hours including the test drive, with plates, insurance, and financing done. Sean was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We needed a front license bracket. Sean got it ordered immediately and had it sent to a dealer nearest our home. We could not be happier with the whole process.
They will take away your constitutional right to take them to court through a binding arbitration clause in the contract without letting you change the contract.
I did not buy a vehicle from Beach Ford but was there to do some work for them as a vendor. I was very impressed at how nice and friendly they were, right down from upper management to the salespeople I spoke to. I travel around the Mid-Atlantic area for work at dealerships and this was one of the nicer stores I was in. In my opinion it shows they care about people as much as the sale.
I absolutely love Beach Ford!!! It's like coming in and visiting with family when buying a new vehicle!!! Michael Dudley is one hell of a salesman too!!! He has sold the Trott family two Mustangs and two Focuses!!! Thank you all for such a painless experience!!!
From start to finish the experience was great. My salesman, Bobby randall not only made sure the truck I purchased would tow what I wanted. He made sure it would be able to handle the 5th wheel I want to tow. He got me a good deal on the truck I purchased. The rest of the crew I worked with were great. The finance person was very helpful and great to work with. Thank you everyone .
The service dept is a sad sack of s###. The service writers seem friendly, however, the auto mechanics and auto techs are lazy and worthless. They seem to do good and changing oil only.,..but dont try to pay them 120 dollars to diagnose your vehicle. Thats a waste of time. The auto techs will have heartedly attempt diagnose your car and they dont mind ""guessing"" instead of ""diagnosing"" a car problem at YOUR EXPENSE. Ive had relative and friends that had similiar experience with these incompetent clowns also. So STAY AWAY from the service dept.
I have worked with Bobby Randall for the past couple of months and he has been nothing but patient, understanding and helpful. He put in a lot of work to find a truck that would work for me and I couldn't be any happier. I haven't had the best experience at other dealerships unfortunately, but Beach Ford is definitely the place to go if you want a new blue oval sitting in your driveway!
Purchased a used car last month. The salesman and i agreed on a detail and delivery. When it arrived it was trashed. We agreed on me dropping it off next week for a detail while they install a backup camera. It did not get detailed at this time either. Finally i get linked up with the General Sales Manager and he tells me in an email that Beach Ford will reimburse me for the detail if i find one local. I sent my invoice from the detailer in weeks ago. The general sales manager does not answer call or email and i still have not got reimbursed.
BEACH Ford is a very nice dealership, very clean and modern. Every one there are very nice. Excellant price and value. My sales associate is always beyond awesome, Mr. Craig Hugh's. I've purchased many vehicles over the years back to 1987 and always an awesome experience with Beach Ford.
Able to give me a great deal on a new car and worked with me for hours to make sure that I got the car and price that I wanted. Great group of people. They won't lie to you.
This dealership is my dealership. They treat customers well.
Due to the attention to my desire to own a 2019 Bullitt Mustang, Tony Perez put the wheels in motion to make that a reality. "Doc" in F&I arranged for maximum warranty protection of my valued auto. Crystal Pepper is arranging for my teflon coat and vinyl wrap.
Just left Beach Ford with my brand new 2018 Mustang! Sean Murray and Leon Baughns together made this the best car-buying experience of my life, and i'm 60! The drive up from NC was well worth it. Now a Beach Ford customer for life!
I went to Beach Ford when my check engine light came on while I was in Virginia Beach on vacation. My service technician, Janae, was wonderful! They gave excellent advice on how to deal with the issue. The waiting area was spacious and comfortable. Janae even lent me her phone charger when my phone died! I definitely recommend Beach Ford for your auto service needs.
