The service dept is a sad sack of s###. The service writers seem friendly, however, the auto mechanics and auto techs are lazy and worthless. They seem to do good and changing oil only.,..but dont try to pay them 120 dollars to diagnose your vehicle. Thats a waste of time. The auto techs will have heartedly attempt diagnose your car and they dont mind ""guessing"" instead of ""diagnosing"" a car problem at YOUR EXPENSE. Ive had relative and friends that had similiar experience with these incompetent clowns also. So STAY AWAY from the service dept.
