Set an appointment to arrive and it not be in their system. Was also told that they couldn't do an inspection until September 5th, then told today, no...we can do it now.
Not knowing that I've worked in service departments and owned my own shop, I was told my lugnuts were swollen and they couldn't get them off. I've seen this occur on maybe one or two, but never all of them. $240 they wanted to replace all of them. The tires on the truck were put on at the shop I had previously owned and also rotated them once while there with no issues. I'd give it a one star, but I'll do two for the nice waiting area. It's a shame that some dealerships demand upsells like this from their technicians and advisors. Took our 4Runner to Checkered Flag and got the straight scoop on everything. First time here...last time here.
