Beach Ford operates in total chaos, especially the Service Dept. They are always in complete panic mode. Do not ever go to this place and expect to do anything in a timely manner. This is based on 5 visits.
I could write an entire chapter on how awful this place is, but I'll try to keep it short and related to my most recent (and last ever) visit.
In the past I had a horrible experience at Beach Ford. Went there again, reluctantly, just to get an oil change and inspection. Figured this would be quick and easy. I could not have been more wrong.
My wife made the appointment and took my vehicle in for an "Express" oil change and inspection. This took 2 and half hours. The service advisor actually argued with my wife and then after telling her the vehicle was ready it took 35 minutes for them to bring it around.
My wife also spoke to Perchanda Freeman who also argued with my wife and actually raised her voice and yelled!
Needless to say we will not be going back for anything and will not consider Beach Ford for a new vehicle in the future.
