Just picked up my car from the service dept. at Beach Ford. LeeAnne was so helpful. She kept me in the loop and took the time to explain everything to me. The lady in front me needed some additional help and LeanAnne's backup jumped in to help and we were both attended to quickly. Love that they are open late. Super helpful!!

Took my truck in for an oil change and they never informed me about the other services that were due.. Which was bad but also good. The fuel filters on my 2019 Ford F-250 Diesel were due for a change and when the dealership gave me a quote for $528.00 I thought well I need to GTS.
Google directed me to youtube which showed a guy replace my exact filters in 22 min. So I GTS again and Amazon has my filters for $60.00. The next day 28 minutes after the filters were delivered they were changed. I'd like to say thank you to Google and YouTube for saving me $468.00.

The deal we got on our new car was unbeatable by far after looking at multiple dealerships beach Ford was by far the best. It s no wonder why they ve been there for over 40 years. If youre looking for a great dealership to give you fair prices stop bye and talk with Michael Jackson, he will take as much time is needed until you are 100% satisfied.

WORST SERVICE EVER . I took the vehicle in to be put on diagnostics because the check engine light is on.I also left a note in the vehicle telling the issue and what the car was doing because I do know about automotive and have dealing with this over a year and already replaced alot of parts myself. I was called 3 days later by the front desk clerk saying the mechanic heard a tick and would like to tear down my motor for additional $350 plus the already existing $118 . I asked the clerk what did the computer read for the check engine light ? Did he test drive and feel the issue explained that only happens at 50 mph ? Is the computer functioning correctly because the car is running very lean ? All the things that should have been check in the diagnosis and she had absolutely no answer for me except the mechanic heard a tick . I knew the tick was there for the last 6 months and apparently that summed up his diagnostic test which would take approximately 2 minutes. So I told the clerk no I'm NOT giving permission to tear down the motor, I want the diagnostic test done on my vehicle before I make that decision because it has yet to be done.The clerk said she has no idea what the mechanic has done and will get him to address these things . Tuesday no call , Wednesday I literally called from the time the service department opened until 4 o'clock pm when I finally was able to speak to someone. The same clerk then told me that mechanic hasn't touched my vehicle in 2 days because other customers were more of a priority than I was. Then I receive a phone call Thursday afternoon saying that it was the timing belt ( which Ford uses plastic guides on a metal chain that have failed thousands and thousands of people from a terrible design and made there vehicle basically scrape metal ) she stated that it would cost me $ 4500 hundred dollars to fix the timing chain which is what the vehicle is worth. Then she said it will cost me $500 to come pick up my vehicle. ????????????? $500 dollars ? The diagnosis is 118 , she said this is for the extra time he looked at my vehicle ????? Extra time ? He didn't run the diagnostic to begin with . I reminded her I didn't approve the extra $ 350 dollars because all I was told in the original diagnostic is that " he heard a tick " . So I asked how do you know my timing chain is loose if you didn't tear down the engine ? She had no answer , she kept saying the additional $350 dollars was for extra time spent with vehicle. I reminded her several times I didn't authorize the tear down and she knew that so she kept denying it was tore down but couldn't once tell me what was done to my vehicle that is costing me $500 dollars . She kept talking to me like I was ignorant,talking over me and not answering any of my questions so I eventually hung up because I have never felt so mistreated and taken advantage of , I literally felt like I was being robbed. The irony of this all is that I was prepared to pay the additional fee to tear down the motor ( which I knew for a fact this was the worst case scenario ) but not before they addressed the diagnostic which was never done. It's called ELIMINATION ......So they next day I once again called the service department all day to speak to a so called manager and I finally was called back at 7 o'clock at night. I calmly and sensibly explained the situation and repeatedly had to remind her I didn't authorize additional tear down or the $350 dollars . Her response was WELL MY CLERK SAYS YOU DID,SHE WROTE IT DOWN AND THAT WE WILL SUE YOU IN COURT ........I can't even begin to explain how crooked this is, how low and angry they have made me feel. There customer service and communication is the worst I've ever experienced. There basically robbing me , there holding my vehicle but yet no one can tell me where my $500 dollars was spent or admit fault that they made a mistake. There response was " we will sue you " . Money is not the issue , it's highway robbery. I'm going there today to see if anything has changed which I doubt.

I have purchased four cars over the course of my life and all have been through a dealership. I have never had such a positive, comfortable experience as I did at Beach Ford.

The Sales Rep, David Howell, and Finance Rep, Ken Henry, were nothing but accommodating and gracious throughout the entire process.

I will certainly return and encourage others to visit Beach Ford as well.

It was awesome. I had a hand me down car that I really didn't like. Beach ford, especially Bobby the car salesman, helped me get THE car I absolutely love! I will always go to him for future car needs!

Ford Motor Company sent me a recall notice for my 2004 Freestar - Recall # and Description 11S25 Torque Converter Replacement.

When I inquired about bringing my Ford Van in for the replacement, I was told that I could make an appointment for AUGUST 26, 2014. The service team lady said that the replacement would be done THAT SAME DAY. I took my car in for the early morning appointment on that date.

After a week of NO COMMUNICATION from BEACH Ford, I called to see why my car was not ready.

No one had called to tell us that there would be a delay. The service team manager informed me that, "The part is on order. It will be in tomorrow, and we will have it fixed for you then. We asked if BEACH FORD could provide any kind of courtesy car for us to use. She said, "Not for a vehicle that old."

So now it will be TWO WEEKS later as of this TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2014. Still no call from BEACH FORD and we have been inconvenienced. Either they should have provided us with alternative transportation, or at the least, asked us to bring our van back when the part arrived. Neither occurred.

In my family, we have always purchased Ford automobiles. If I should live long enough to need another car, it will be a FORD, but I probably will not have it serviced at BEACH Ford. Obviously we are disappointed with the TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION from BEACH FORD. The Service Manager was never discourteous, just extremely inefficient.

Would love to give 5 stars to Beach Ford in Virginia Beach. However, if there were a rating LOWER than one star, that would be have to be my choice. I suggest one lower rating -- NEVER AGAIN! In our case the service has been EXTREMELY POOR, actually NON-EXISTENT.

I had some warranty work that needed to be done on my Ford Explorer! I called in about 1030 and asked for an appointment that day! I was super surprised that they could be accommodating. I took it in and was greeted promptly at the service lane. The lady took me inside to my service advisor, Brian Lusk, who was amazing and super helpful! I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. I came to beach ford after contacting two other dealerships for the warranty work. The other places made me feel uncomfortable because they were unsure of what my factory warranty covered and started naming off prices to me. Beach ford made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be using them for all of my service needs in the future and when we are in the market for another vehicle! Thank you Brian Lusk and all of you at Beach Ford for your prompt service on my vehicle and exceptional customer service! I appreciate you all!

Love this place! After being severely disappointed by a different local Ford dealership (where I purchased my second Mustang - my first one was purchased at Beach Ford) when it came to ordering the part for my airbag recall, Beach Ford had the part in stock and was able to get me in within 24 hours. On top of that, they were able to fit in an oil change & state inspection on the last day of the month! Huge weight lifted off my shoulders. So nice to see a place that truly seems to care about their customers and their safety. I dropped my car off several hours before my appointment due to my schedule, and got it back before my scheduled appointment time! Fast and excellent work. Thank you for making me feel safe again!

I had to take in my brand new 2017 Ford Edge in for some major cosmetic work after an accident. I thought I was safe as it was a FORD body shop. The initial estimate was only two weeks. Additional items were found that needed replaced so after I called inquiring when I could pick up my vehicle I was told it would be another entire week. Fine, I understood it was messed up badly. Fast forward FIVE weeks since dropping off my vehicle I FINALLY am able to pick up my vehicle. So I pick it up and it's VERY dusty inside because clearly they left it wide open for the entire five weeks it was in the shop. Also the side mirrors were foggy due to paint overspray. They sent someone down the next day to take it back and clean it. Alright great I was happy. Well he brings it back and it's still dirty. The air vents can clearly be seen packed with dust. I get it home looking over it carefully and see that they didn't put the rear bumper protector on; called that night and left a message. I called again in the morning and they said they had the part and "forgot" to put it on. Sent someone down again to get my vehicle and put it on and I told the man it was STILL dirty please clean again. He brings it back to me still dirty. By this time I am over trying with them and decide to clean it myself. Today I open my sunshade for the first time to open the sunroof, MY SUNROOF IS CRACKED. HOW DID THEY CRACK IT??? I am VERY, VERY dissatisfied with the workmanship and customer service of this body shop and absolutely NEVER bring a vehicle here again. Nor will I EVER use Beach Ford as a whole company EVER.

I will have to say this has been the best place out of two dealerships I have bought a vehicle. Sean Murray did an awesome job being an eagle ready to sale a truck to myself. Sean has been very knowledgeable, I feel he had been honest due to telling me approximate prices, and very helpful after I bought the truck. If you need maintenance or service done to your Ford vehicle do not bring it here. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received.They are untrustworthy, unreliable, unfriendly, incompetent, and provide zero communication. I initially brought my vehicle here instead of my usual place because it was a very specific hybrid problem, but I will never make that mistake again. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and take your car elsewhere.

This dealerships customer service is above and beyond and am very happy with my experience there. I will buy all of my trucks from this great family owned dealership. I can t recommend them enough! If you wish to be taken advantage of then you have found it! It's all honeymoon in the beginning but sweet little baby in a manger would I buy skate board to get away from this dealership if I didn't love my Ford Explorer Sport so much.....and give them all that money! Short story...I make an appointment.... oil change, quote for tires, recall for the emmisions & door panels, also I want to know what my warranties were....Husband drops off car and we go to pick it up with my toddler the next day( first weekend I have had off in 3 weeks). $609 but $567 for the discount of buying 50k+ vehicle from Beach Ford.... My husband was told he needed the package to keep the warranty...you rotated my tires which needed to be replaced and stapled my door panels back on... apparently did a multi-multi point inspection vs your complimentary multi-point inspection....ok so this is a little long but the rage is strong! Waited 30+ minutes...toddler legit layed in the middle of the showroom floor waiting on the info the "third party" warranty I purchased inside Beach Ford..bought snacks...and got handed a pamphlet because archives would take even longer...end story...door panels are still jacked had the service manager come out and look and he actually told me there was a recall for those...like I said the rage is strong...good luck!!!

This is twice now I have taken my truck, that I bought from them, in for service and they didnt bother reading my comments on what I thought was wrong until after I asked about them. They see the check boxes from the online scheduling and skipped the rest. Then, when I specifically asked for an early morning update, after a final check on the things they forgot to do, they also forgot to call me. I had to call them at 10am to leave a message for them to call me back. Work done is good, customer service, not so good.
