months ago I received a call from your service department reminding me about my first service appointment, which I had never made. I called and they said my salesman made it and acted like it was complimentary. I made the new appointment and told them about the other appointment. They again made it sound complimentary. I ended up paying $100. It would have been much cheaper to go to Jiffy Lube.
Also the TV in the waiting area was set to a station that bashed Trump non-stop. I m not exaggerating. After 20 minutes of this I left and sat in the main room. An employee stood and watched it and enjoyed the bashing. This made me never want to come back to your dealership.
