Would not recommend buying a car at this place.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue on Wednesday. Needed them to fedex paperwork for my dad to co-sign, and they never mailed it till Friday (apparently) and my dad, still, has not received the paperwork. Which therefore means I cannot get the car till later this week, or next, I have no idea? Why do I not have any idea? Because I've been trying to reach out to whomever (Eric, the salesperson and the people in the financial department, Fred in Business) to find further information and have not heard anything back. I have left numerous messages, asking them all to call me back (since Thursday) and have not have any call backs, yet. This is extremely frustrating. A complete lack of customer service/care in my case. So, I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car at this dealership because you'd probably face issues with customer service/late filings.

I'm not even sure that I'd be getting a car at this point, even though my bank has already sent a check and we have all already signed forms. Such a horrendous experience since Thursday.

I must have called another 5 times since leaving this review (4 hours ago) and still, nobody, and I mean, NOBODY is able to help me with this issue. I do not know where the damn paperwork for my Rogue is, whether they ve received the cashiers check from my bank, or even, if they actually are going to trade in my damn car. The customer service for this place is a complete hack.

FIRE KEVIN RASNICK. He does not do an appropriate procedure on time. It has been TWO MONTHS since I bought the vehicle and HAVE NOT received my title yet DUE TO HIS INCOMPENTENCY. FIRE HIM.

We leased our car through Clint Kachnowski of AAA auto source in Colorado Springs. We told him what we needed and he recommended the Subaru Impreza which we just love! We never actually visited the dealer but went through Clint.
Car buying is a scary process to me, but Clint made it painless and a great experience. He patiently explained everything and answered all my questions. We really trust his judgement. I highly recommend him.

I ended up working with Esteban who was attentive and knowledgeable and made sure that he covered every detail. I ended up looking at 3 vehicles and he stuck with me even when I gave him the answer I need to include my girlfriend in this decision. He did not hesitate or flinch. He was happy to accommodate us. We came back he offered every car from before to drive again. We ended up looking at another car completely and he was still fantastic to work with. We got down to numbers and they gave me what I thought was fair for my trade and also price off the new car. In a two day period there was not one time I felt pressure from Estaban and he is the reason we bought from Subaru West.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst and shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. With the air bag issues in Subarus seriously injuring and killing people, I went in to ask about my options. They said they would cover a rental car over at Enterprise, but first I had to sign something saying I wouldn't drive my car and they wouldn't be liable through when it could be repaired. Little did I know that the rental car would not be insured, I would have to cover that at $17 a day through the next FOUR MONTHS before THEY could replace a dangerous part on MY car. So, I didn't rent a car, but they wouldn't revoke my waiver saying they wouldn't be liable because I wouldn't be driving the car. This is not only unethical business, but morally wrong when they are the ones putting people's lives in danger. SHAME ON THEM.

I purchased my used 2015 Subaru Forester PZEV from AutoNation Jeep across the road from Subaru AutoNation in August 2019.
I purchased a warranty with the vehicle and service plan.
I have had an engine replacement, AC compressor replacement and several oil changes and I have only had to pay out of pocket for a battery and light bulbs and the major service.
All told, Jen has worked very hard at Subaru AutoNation to get my services scheduled, covered by the warranty and completed in a timely manner. She is gracious and kind. Thanks Jen for everything you've done this far. You have a customer in me.

Friendly service representatives and work done in a timely matter. Not the easiest location for everyone but they have a shuttle and will drive you around. You have to have some flexibility with the shuttle but it's free and they communicate well when picking up to bring you back to pick up your car.

2 weeks ago i went there to replace my tires and align the wheels. i called them back after the jobs is done telling them that my steering wheel is slightly tilted to the right when driven the car straight. meant that the didn't completely align my wheel. guess what they told me: please come to see what happen. the fee will be bla bla bla.... whaaaaaaaaaaaattttttt.....!!!! another fffeeeeeeeee.... you didn't get your job done and you are willing to cost me another dollars.......???????

I needed a new car. I wanted a Subaru. Mike and Taylor at Autonation Subaru helped me out so much and continue to be there now that I've had the car about a week. The dealership is currently under reconstruction and everything operates out of a few trailers. It's awkward and sometimes weird, but overall it's still a great group of people working there. This is the first new car I've ever bought, so I'll admit I was unprepared but it took more than two hours to get me off the lot, and another one for the car to be detailed & delivered. I'm thankful for a thorough job, but I'm all for trying to expedite whenever possible. Like the video, that should just be done by email after I play around with the doohickies a bit.

The team is great, the location is perfect (especially for me up in the mountains) and they even sent me cookies as a thank you. In the words of my friend, "Honda didn't give me sh--."

Very professional. It's a pleasure going to this facility. They allow you to bring your dog in and provide coffee and sometimes snacks while you wait for your car. Oh and they always give you flowers when you leave. Such a great touch. Made my day! I've had a problem with my microphone for months and the other Subaru dealer kept telling me I did not. After they replaced it, I've had perfect clarity on car calls. Thanks again!!!

Have never been able to get through to the service team after calling for 3 days straight and waiting on hold, and have had my call dropped or been hung up on (accidental, i hope) 3x.

Update: After going in to the shop in person today I received great service from the technician handling a repair on my vehicle. Balancing the two experiences out and adjusting my rating to a middle of the road 3 stars instead.

My wife and I just bought two cars the same evening from Go Subaru West, a 2012 certified pre-owned Impreza and a new 2013 Impreza WRX. Frankly when it comes to overall car buying experiences, it's as good as it gets at Go Subaru West! While the entire team from financing to service to sales are top notch, the real gem was Dan Carne our sales guy. Dan was about as friendly and comfortable to work with as your next door neighbor, and the low pressure, knowledgeable, and individualized approach that Dan takes with his customers made the experience of car buying a pleasurable as a Sunday drive in the mountains. My wife and I both test drove two cars (so four test rides total), and Dan was very patient with all our questions and needs. Taking test runs up I-70 West and the Mother Cabrini Shrine road is a blast! We had originally gone in to get my wife a new ride (I had planned at looking at picking up a Jeep to change it up for my new car) but after hanging out with Dan for an hour or so and checking out the lastest Subies, I never crossed the street and got the WRX for myself after my wife decided on the 2012 Impreza (I should point out this is Subaru three and four for us...there isn't a better car in the automotive industry for Colorado than Subaru). Everyone at Go Subaru West are pleasant and exhibit the very best customer service philosophies...during the buying experience we toured the whole facility while the paperwork was being drawn up, met the service department guys, scheduled our first maintenance appointments as well as some agreed upon touch ups to our new rides, talked about coming to 'new Subaru owners night,' and Dan went through all the points of our new cars - from getting our cell phones hooked up to the integral bluetooth to climate control to steering wheel adjustments to radio programming. Keep in mind that as this turned into a 'two-fer' purchase with me deciding to buy one after my wife did, we were there for a good 7 hours, and the team stayed open a good 1 1/2 hours past closing time to complete our purchases. Dan even let me head to the back lot on my own and wander around as the sun went down to pick out cars I wanted to test drive. The financing was easy and comfortable...they gave us some initial terms with different combinations of down/trade/years and we just let them know what we wanted for monthly payments and they made it happen - in fact the financing end of things probably took less time than our decision-making and test driving. As a great couple of examples of the over-the-top customer service, we had a couple of things that needed done to our cars after purchase - my wife's windshield was cracked and needed replacing so they arranged to have some glass guys show up at her office the next week and take care of the new windshield, and my car purchase finished up so late they didn't have time to pull it in and detail it. Since I had to drop the titles to our trade-ins (both Subaru's with well ovver 200K miles on them :) a couple of days later, Dan scheduled a full detail for my WRX that same day. On top of that, Dan suddenly walked in to the customer service lounge while I was waiting for the detail to finish on his day off, just to make sure they had taken care of me. We are in love with both our new Subarus., and the only problem we currently have is who gets to drive what every morning! If you're looking for a new Subaru...Go to the guys at Go Subaru West!

And I have to say, never once have I closed a deal on a vehicle feeling genuinely valued and respected as a customer UNTIL leasing my 2019 Subaru Impreza hatchback from AutoNation Subaru West.

Yes, it was a process to negotiate a deal that worked for me. But I anticipated that since my target was pretty conservative and I wasn t walking in with very much cash.

My salesperson, Esteban, shattered every (well-earned) stereotype and prior negative experience I've had. He was sincere, patient, and never tried to pull any BS.

Even the F&I was easily the smoothest dare I say satisfying experience I ve had in that department. I kept waiting for the inevitable regrets after getting home that I'd been worn down, overlooked some detail, and left something obvious on the table.

Nope. Felt like a solid deal every time I went back over it in my head.

I bought out my lease and was gouged a $500 handling fee for buying a car they never touched and dealership fees they already charged when I initially leased the car. Not to mention the blatant lie their "service package" is where you spend more than $300 for a maximum of 3 oil changes even though I was told it covered all oil changes during the lease but the fine print says otherwise. They will overcharge you at every opportunity.

I decided to jump on the offer, and I'm so glad I did. Got a near-new car with a monthly payment WAY under my budget. I LOVE my new Subaru Impreza Hatch! I've taken it up in the mountains during storms and it's performed like a dream. AutoNation was also flexible in letting me come back to retrieve some things from my trade in. Travis M (sales) and Joe (Financing) could not have been a more perfect fit for me. I can be a particular customer. I'll do my homework. I don't know it all, but I do come in with a lot of questions when I walk into something like this.

Travis and Joe both answered all my questions beyond a satisfactory level (this is not always common for me as a customer). They were patient. Travis owned a similar model of car I was looking at, and was so transparent in the details of the vehicle and price, it put me at ease and allowed me to focus on any remaining questions / feeling out the ride of the vehicle itself.

I would strongly recommend either of these gentlemen to friends looking to purchase a Subaru, and if the rest of the team is anything like these two, they're in good hands. Thanks!

I've purchased two Outbacks over the course of 20 years at this dealership and have had them serviced faithfully there, as well. The service staff are efficacious, knowledgeable, and personable in all transactions. The attention to detail during drop-off and pick-up is excellent. The service technicians always call mid-way through to apprise me of any issues they may encounter before proceeding to do the repairs. The waiting areas are nicely appointed and, now, there is ample space to socially distance. The shuttle drivers are fantastic whenever I need to use this service. And, finally, the billing department staff are friendly and efficient. Consider me a loyal customer for the duration.

I shopped for Outbacks and Crosstreks in two states, and Autonation had the best selection, price, and sales staff I found. Everything was low pressure, I got more car than I expected for less than what I wanted to pay after extensive research on options/etc. They also gave me more than I'd expected for my trade! I would definitely buy here again.

I have purchased four new cars over the past 41 years. The first two were not Subarus. After my warranty was up on those cars I immediately found places other than the dealer to have my car serviced as I was not satisfied with the service or the treatment I received at the dealer.

In 1992 I purchased my first Subaru at Emich Subaru, now AutoNation Subaru West. I was immediately impressed with the service department because they offered a class for new owner s to learn about the many wonderful features of your new car and answer any questions you might have or problems you may have encountered. I was very fortunate to have Scott Johnson, now the Service Manager, lead the first of two classes I have attended and learned many things I would not have known about my Subarus otherwise. I was pleased to discover that the entire service department provides professional, caring, reasonably priced service. They always listen patiently to my questions and concerns. They work hard to find a time convenient to me to have any service work done. They explain clearly why anything other than normal servicing needs to be done. And when I pick up my newly serviced car they always go over everything that has been done and ask if I have any questions and tell me to call at any time if I have any further concerns. All of these positive attributes have kept me coming back to have my cars serviced at AutoNation Subaru West for 24 years. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Great service and excellent attention to customer needs. We had a very specific time to be in and out with the purchase of our new vehicle. Everything was arranged upfront and then we only had 1.5 hours to be in and out with the pick up. From beginning to end the process was smoother than expected and we felt at ease and under no pressure. We enjoyed the experience.

I've been meaning to buy a Subaru for over a year, but dread the typical car buying experience and cheesy & pushy sales guys. Brett at Subaru Autonation West was exactly the opposite - calm, knowledgeable and a relief to work with. The sales manager made negotiations were quick and easy. I've never had such a relaxed and easy time purchasing a car. I highly recommend working with Brett, he's exceptional and down to earth.

I haven't purchased a car for over 12 years and so approached this task with a bit of trepidation, fearful of the 'used car salesman' mentality. Turned out, Sean McRae was a real pleasure to deal with. He provided an honest, relaxed and sincere experience and I recommend him to anyone who shares that fear. I totally enjoyed working with Sean, never felt pressured or misled - the test drives were fun and relaxed, and he was very knowledgeable. I believe he worked hard to find me a FAB deal on my turbo Forester, and got me a great trade-in to help made it possible. He felt like family.
Eric, in finance was also amazingly helpful, sincere and patient. We spent much less time together, but he seemed very competent and provided lots of helpful information regarding my finance planning. TERRIBLE!!! I bought my 2018 Legacy in for some recall work, Not only was I treated like an inconvenience since I wasn't paying for services but I picked up my vehicle and when I got it home my wife noticed some DAMAGE!!! I called and left my service advisor Rick a voicemail... NO RESPONSE... I left a voicemail for the service manager and still NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service and the fact that NO ONE FROM SERVICE ADVISOR TO SERVICE MANAGER had the fortitude to at least provide a call back is just pitiful. Maybe good reviews are by customers who were treated properly based on the amount of money they pay the dealership... typical car business garbage...

I ordered a new Forester from Autonation. In the past I usually pick out what I want on line and avoid dealerships completely. This experience was 180 degrees from every bad experience I have ever had with a dealership. Dan Carne picked me up at Mobile Mechanics and took me for a test drive while my 9-2X was getting serviced. We discussed exactly what I wanted. I called him a few weeks later and scheduled a test drive in a Forester and an Outback with my husband to make sure my husband was comfortable driving and as a passenger. I also wanted to be sure I was choosing a model of Subaru best suited for my needs and comfort. I waited a few more weeks, sold my car and called him to order the Forester. There was absolutely no pressure (endless calls and emails to hurry me along in my decision). Chris( last name?) was also available and very helpful if Dan was not available. They kept me informed about the arrival of my Forester and set up a convenient time for pick up. The financing person was also terrific...no pressure, answered all my questions. A week after I picked up my car Dan emailed to set up a time to go over anything and everything in my new Forester and I spent 2 hours fine tuning my understanding of all it offers. I recommend Autonation Subaru West to anyone looking for the safest car for Colorado including the best service they can find. This was a wonderful experience! I have never said that about purchasing a new vehicle!
