Transmission failed on my Ford Fiesta, and decided I needed a new car. Talked to Esteban, he actually came to pick me up (since I had no way of getting to their dealership) and made the whole process non-threatening and enjoyable! Never met a car salesman as honest and down to earth as him. My family was so impressed with the whole process they're actually considering leaving Ford for Subarus as well!
