I Checked all up and down the front range and the best price was here! On top of that, with my Cosco card they gave me another substantial sum off and a third off my 100,000 mile/7 year warranty. I bought a new 2011 Subaru from Go in 2011. I recently traded it in at another Subaru dealership for a 2013 and have been trying to get my refund back on GAP and the Subaru Extended Warranty. I have called (Rusty in Finance) 9 times in 2 months with no response. I drove across town and waited 45 minutes only to be told he does not have time. The sales manager was nice enough to give me the form (again) to fill out and told me it would take 2 weeks for the refund. I have now waited way over a month since that day and still nothing. I have called Rusty 3 more times in the last 2 weeks with zero response. Once they get your money... they forget about you as a customer. The least they could do is call, but that takes 2 minutes and Rusty is tooooo busy! Right... Customer Service? Not from finance! P.S - I gave 2 stars because of the Sales Manager and the receptionist were nice enough to try and help me out! Cheers to them!
The salesman was pushy. The business charges an extra 500 on top of car cost. The paperwork took forever. They have a no penalty return policy which I used the following day after regretting my used car purchase.

Everyone was helpful and friendly and I didn't feel pressured to buy a car. For the most part, everything ran smoothly. The only problem that I had was that the associate that was helping us, left to help someone else. Which meant we were left waiting for long periods of time.
The worse service department I ever have to deal with. This is the last place where I will be back and buy or lease another car. They want to be big , selling 50k and plus car but then they are not equipped to serve the way a costumer deserve. 6 months ago my 2014 jeep was leaking oil ,they told me to wait 3 weeks or go somewhere else (still in warrenty) They do not offer loaners if they need to keep the car for more then a day. I receive a letter for a recall and I call , they told me to schedule in a month from today , they need the car all day ,no loaner no help at all...in the letter says that service hours are open on Saturdays but on the phone they told me they are closed. At this point I wish I can just return the car or sell it. Costumer service should be the top priority and obviously is not for autonation jeep . The best marketing in the world is word of mouth and trust me you guys losing a lot of new or returning costumers.

Had a great experience at AutoNation Subaru. I was helped the moment I walked into the door. Customer service was amazing from the very beginning of the sales transaction to the very end. There was even a minor scratch on the vehicle that my sales rep, Allen Sziklas, worked with me on. A week after the car was purchased he was able to have the scratch repaired at no charge. Additionally, he got a minor tear in my tint replaced for free as well. Nothing but great things to say about AutoNation Subaru!
I was looking for a used vehicle and reached out to Autonation Subaru in Golden. Justin immediately responded to any and all inquiries that I had and he did so in a timely manner. We had an issue with the first vehicle that we purchased and were thankful for the 5 day/250 mile option to return our purchase. Justin was quick to accommodate us and make everything right. We kept our second vehicle and would use this dealership in the future.
The entire process was very fast. From test drive, trade in, loan and then to driving off the lot with our new car took about 3 hours. Somehow there were 4 credit checks done against my credit though. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. No one told us that so many credit checks would be run.

Love my new fully loaded 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R!! The car arrived earlier than expected and was held for me until I was able to pick it up. Great service was provided by the guys at Autonation Subaru West especially Mike Olenski who assisted in the factory order and getting us an AWESOME pricepoint, and Allen Sziklas who showed me how to work all the cool 'eyesight' features. This was my 5th Subaru purchase and I'm sure there'll be a 6th!

Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate me with my warranty issue. Waiting room is nice, TV, WIFI, Coffee, etc. The internet speed here is decent so you can choose to work from the lounge if you are just waiting to get your vehicle serviced. In and out, no fuss. Easy to get to location and they have a shuttle that will drive you anywhere within 10 miles i believe they said.
It was fine. God I wish car buying was quicker. Babies have been born quicker. Countries founded quicker. Mountains formed and crumbled quicker. You get the point. Noel was extremely helpful but worked within the parameters he had.
Purchased 2019 Subaru Ascent because of availability of vehicle we wanted and price was set so it did not require any unwanted negotiations. Vehicle was ready to go when I picked it up and after an education on the abundant basic features as well as safety features I was on the road. We enjoy the Ascent and allows us to haul our entire family. I would recommend purchasing from Autonation Subaru West.

We recently purchased a used 2004 used Xterra from this location. To begin with, when we came in for our first sit down, we made it clear that only one of us would come to pick up the vehicle later that week. They said that's no problem. After getting there and waiting 30 minutes to speak with someone in finance, they let me know that we both needed to be there. So my pregnant girlfriend had to leave her job and spend $30+ on an Uber to come meet me, that way we'd at least save on an extra Uber back home and could actually pick up the car.
Was bs'd so much about financing, saying that they could do more than 48 months and that the couldn't finance less than $5k, when it's very much possible for them to do so, as I know (working for a credit union).
Originally we'd agreed on have the battery and inside of engine area cleaned, which they almost weaseled out of in the signing of the final paperwork. I had to re-request this and have it written on the agreement again.
Fast forward to 3 weeks down the line, my (pregnant) girlfriend has the A/C go out on her and the engine/oil is overheating. Thankfully she works for a body shop so they were able to take a look at it for her. Come to find out, AutoNation sold us a vehicle with:
- Completely empty/uncharged A/C system - No power steering fluid - No coolant fluid
Thanks to AutoNation, there was the very real possibility that my pregnant girlfriend may have been stranded anywhere in town in 90 degree heat, with an overheating car.
We called them to let them know this, and their response was essentially "You should've bought the extended warranty plan". I don't know how you don't feel like a scumbag selling a vehicle with completely empty fluids to a pregnant woman with summer just around the corner. A disgustingly honest business and I'll be sure to not do business with any AutoNation again.
I'd have any vehicle purchase here inspected by a mechanic within the 250 mile / 5 day period, because that's all they're concerned with is making sure the vehicle doesn't fall apart before that time.
Every time I visit Go Subaru West they treat me like family, which is one of many reasons why I bring my Subaru Forester in for service here. They are always friendly and always go above and beyond!!

I can t speak highly enough about AutoNation Subaru West and Chuck Hannold in particular. I knew I wanted to buy another car but dreaded the whole process because I didn t want to deal with the high pressure salesmen trying to talk me into something I didn t want or play let s make a deal. I spent about four months looking for the car that I wanted and was pretty specific about the model, color, mileage and price range I wanted to be in. Chuck kept in touch and worked hard to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and he was never the slightest bit pushy, he even came in on his day off to meet with me. I had tons of questions and really didn t want to rush into any decisions but Chuck never made me feel like I was a bother and he took the time to quickly answer any questions that I had. I felt that the amount I was given for my trade in was fair and when we worked with the finance department they were detailed and honest about all of the terms. I love my car and I am so glad that we had Chuck to help us make it happen. I would highly recommend Chuck to anyone looking to purchase a car.
We were shopping for a first car for our son. While John was bringing us a used Honda Civic that was in our price range, we saw a beautifully maintained Hyundai Sonata that my son thought was out of his price range. It was, just barely, but he was in love. The previous owner had meticulously maintained and cared for the car. The sales process was painless. Will definitely be back when we need another car.
I knew what car I wanted (a 2017 Outback, wilderness green, with moonroof/lift gate package), and had already priced it out on the Subaru corporate website. I used Autonation's online quote app to see if the car I wanted was available locally, and within minutes I got an email response from Don, quoting me nearly $1000 less than my anticipated price. I let him know I would stop by after work to take the car for a test drive. Don was super friendly, helpful, and didn't push me at all; he let me make my own decisions and knew that the car would sell itself. I bought it on the spot. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five was the finance guy that I signed some of the papers with was visibly tired (so was I, it was pushing past 9pm by the time I was finishing up all the paperwork), and he made no effort to hide what felt to me like impatience at having to work a little late to get through all my paperwork. He wasn't rude at all or anything, just brusque in his manner. I guess I felt like since I'm dropping that kind of money with them he could have been a little more personable and patient, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. So far I'm thrilled with my car, and have received excellent follow-up correspondence (via email, my preference), from both Don and AutoNation. I would absolutely consider buying from them again (although with this new car I won't likely be in the market for a very long time).

I just bought a used car here last night and had a great experience. I felt like the staff was down to earth and very friendly. It didn't feel like your typical car sales experience. Noel, Mike, and Joe were the men who helped us out. Noel was well informed and gave me time to look over my options and think the purchase over. I never once felt pressured by him. Joe was great with financing, I told him what I wanted my monthly payment to be and he did what he could to get it to exactly that. The interest rate was very favorable too. They were able to apprise my trade in while I was on the test drive, so that process went quickly. I have nothing but great things to say, the staff was wonderful to work with and I'm so happy with my new car.

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. We went in June to look at the vehicle I had decided on from my search online. Our salesman, Esteban was incredible. He wasn't in a rush, and answered our questions. Due to some hail damage, we had to have some lights replaced before we could take it home. I think they said it could take up to a week. I was pleasantly surprised when he called the next day to say it was ready. Also, after signing, our finance person called back and said he got us a lower monthly rate by a few dollars. Finally, we had to call them back when we tried to register the vehicle as the county didn't have the needed information filed yet. They told us to come back and get an extended temp tag. They were just as great when I had to go back as they were when we were a potential buyer. That says a lot for their standards, as they had already sold to us and didn't really have to go all out anymore. But they did, and Esteban even took the tag out for me and switched it out. Four months driving the vehicle and it was exactly as they advertised. I love it. I feel very safe in it and we just took our first road trip out of state. It drove like a dream. As long as we are in Colorado, they will be our first choice for purchase in the future.

I was unsatisfied with a clutch repair I had done and then contacted them to have it "fixed". Adam and his team, including Colin, Yvonne, and Rick stepped up to correct the problem quickly. They gave me a rental car for the day so I wouldn't be inconvenienced and put a couple technicians on my car to analyze what happened. Well, what happened ended up being "operator error" due to the fact I had not driven with a new clutch like that before. They took me on another test drive to be sure I got used to how it felt, and the technician explained to me what was going on internally in the transmission as I drove the car, so that I clearly understood why things felt the way they did as I drove. The team here really brought their "A" game to be sure I left satisfied. I will be getting my car serviced here again in the future.

Recently purchased 2017 Forester XT, after comparing similar small suv cars. The two things that convinced me were the salesperson (Tim Andrews) and his detailed knowledge of the vehicle & all it engineering & safety features; and secondly the car itself. It strikes me that Subaru has continued to refine its cars, rather than simply redesign them. Though I'm new to the Boxer engine, the performance is outstanding. All this coupled with a low key, no pressure presentation made for an easy decision. I am extremely pleased with my CrossTrek XV hybrid. It is very well engineered and has performed well in the recent snow and ice we have had in Evergreen. I particularly like the heated seats, all- wheel drive, back- up camera, ability to manually control down shifting on icy days, rear window wipers, location of controls i.e. defrosters of both front and back windows adjacent to each other. I wish it had an overhead sunglass case. I had hoped for somewhat better mileage(@ 30 mpg), but recognize that all wheel drive significantly affects this. My buying experience was first rate, and Chad was excellent!!! Great car, great dealership
Staff was professional and service was good - though expensive. I appreciate their shuttle service. But a few days after the service I received an email stating "..our service technicians discovered that additional work on your vehicle may be required." Called yesterday to find out what this meant. Had to leave a voicemail. Almost 24 hours later they have not returned my call.

I have purchased four new cars over the past 41 years. The first two were not Subarus. After my warranty was up on those cars I immediately found places other than the dealer to have my car serviced as I was not satisfied with the service or the treatment I received at the dealer.
In 1992 I purchased my first Subaru at Emich Subaru, now AutoNation Subaru West. I was immediately impressed with the service department because they offered a class for new owner s to learn about the many wonderful features of your new car and answer any questions you might have or problems you may have encountered. I was very fortunate to have Scott Johnson, now the Service Manager, lead the first of two classes I have attended and learned many things I would not have known about my Subarus otherwise. I was pleased to discover that the entire service department provides professional, caring, reasonably priced service. They always listen patiently to my questions and concerns. They work hard to find a time convenient to me to have any service work done. They explain clearly why anything other than normal servicing needs to be done. And when I pick up my newly serviced car they always go over everything that has been done and ask if I have any questions and tell me to call at any time if I have any further concerns. All of these positive attributes have kept me coming back to have my cars serviced at AutoNation Subaru West for 24 years. Thank you for your outstanding service!

The staff were all helpful and didn't make it seem like the "typical" run-a-around car-buying experience. The service folks are great! I had an issue with my window during a rainstorm - even though they had a full schedule, they worked me in ASAP. Highly recommend them for your Subaru buying and servicing needs.

Very disappointed. Went to look at a beautiful red truck for my son. When we got there we were shown the truck. It had not been inspected yet, had a lot of hail damage, damaged front bumper. It was gray not red. Nowhere near the truck in the advertisement. Very deceptive practice.
