Wolf Bury Review of AutoNation - Subaru West, Gold...

They forgot small details so I had to fax or email back so much of my information I should have drove the 80 miles back there.
Salesmen was friendly but seemed uninformed.
My new to me car came with vape/ecig resude on the inside of the windows I spent 2 hours cleaning off, also there was a lot of dirt and product wrapers under the driver and passenger seat.
Then the main Manager pressured me into getting a $3,000 warranty on my $13,000 vehicle... I wish I could get that back as Ill never use it.
I usually wouldn't buy a warranty but "I used to live where you live, vehicles break there all the time"
"These vehicles can be unreliable after 60 thousand miles" -not a Subaru so not to worres about that-
"I used to be a cop, repairsare expensive"
I dont want to hear all of this after working for 10 hours then driving to a dealership to be talked at for 4-5 hours.
I wish I would have gone to carmax...
Having to sit here again for another 5 hours to fix another paperwork issue, there rushing when I originally bought the car... is causing more headache and wasted time for me.
