The service was poor. They had the car 4 additional days after I bought it to complete a wheel alignment and detail. After receiving the car, the left rear tire had a flat, the tires were in a badly worn and unsafe condition, there was still an intermittent electrical problem with certain lights, and a broken key fob, of which a Mercedes dealer can only replace for an unethical crazy price. And the detail was nothing more than a quick wash, and still dripping when presented to me. I returned the car. I'm sure it would have been given better attention had it been a Subaru.
