Not military friendly, shady in practices, and impossible to deal with. I’ve never had to TRY to get a dealership to take my money but this autonation store was a nightmare to deal with. My husband is active duty military and currently deployed. He spent $80 sending over a specific power of attorney to buy a vehicle on their lot. After I had signed on the deal— they claimed that it was their policy to not take powers of attorney and that the deal was dead. I contacted autonation corporate on Friday and by the afternoon they were willing to move forward on the deal but needed a copy of my husband’s DL. As it was later in the day— it was nighttime where he was and he was sleeping. I told them that I would submit it and the rest of the documents the next morning. They then reached out on Saturday and I let them know that my husband had sent his DL and I would upload everything as soon as I got my kids down for a nap as they were sick and had just tested positive for COVID. They told me to take my time with the paperwork and get well— within 20 min they changed their tune and decided to sell it to some one else. I had offered money to hold the car. Nightmare experience. I’ll be contacting corporate and leaving this review EVERYWHERE. See attached for receipts that back up everything I have said.

Purchased a 2017 Audi A8 Sport. Absolutely love the car. I am glad I didnt buy a BMW 7 series, the Audi out performs the BMW in so many ways. Ken at Audi Plano was great, will buy another car from him for sure.

I visited BMW the day prior to visiting Audi Plano. The customer service does not compare. Israel was awesome! He had exactly what we were looking for picked out before we even arrived. All we had to do was test drive and sign! Not to mention, our two small (obnoxious) children were with us for the few hours we were there and everyone was super kind and patient with them as well. Israel was super nice, very personable, and accommodating to our schedule! Couldn't have asked for an easier experience! We will definitely visit Audi Plano for years to come!
Excellent customer service. I worked with Travis Miller recently on getting a new car and can say without a doubt that he was professional, prompt, and gave me a great deal. He responded quickly to the emails I sent him while I was deciding on which car I wanted. He even responded after working hours. As for Audi cars...excellent!

I absolutely had the best experience ever. I flew in from California to get this car because I could not find the color that I wanted here in CA. From start to finish I was treated like royalty. Neil (General Sales Manager) has been hands on and so helpful through this entire experience. My sales guy Ricky Reed is the best at what he does and also great to work with and very knowledgeable. I am a Finance Director for 6 auto dealerships and have been in the business for 26 years so I expect exceptional service. I must say that this was by far is my best buying experience that I have ever had. I recently purchased a 2014 Audi TT from Audi of Plano. I had been considering a TT for more than a year but had never been in to visit a dealership. We visited a couple of Audi dealerships in the area and our experiences at the two dealerships were so different. We were immediately greeted on entering Audi of Plano and we always felt like there was someone available to help us. I never felt intimidated. After meeting Corstiaan, I understand why the atmosphere is so friendly. He seems to be a great general manager who is friendly and down to earth. He was able to save for me the one TT that came in that weekend so I didn't have to worry I'd lose it.
I was referred to both Corstiaan and Richard through a mutual acquaintance. I was very happy to be able to work with Rich. He is such a friendly and charismatic person. My husband and I enjoyed meeting him and working with him to purchase my TT. My husband had found that there was one TT coupe coming in and so we knew what color it would be. Rich called and encouraged me to come in and check it out the day it came in. I was hesitant because I was thinking about another car (not an Audi) that I was interested in, but I'm so glad I went in that Saturday. I got to help Rich uncover the car and the second I saw it, I knew I wanted it. He let me spend all the time I wanted with the car. I appreciated that he did not try to overly sell me on it. He also seemed to genuinely care that I understood everything about the car so that I could appreciate it fully. The test drive with him was so much fun because he encouraged me to really test out what the TT could do. Rich was so easy to work with that I feel like other people should learn from him. It made the whole process so much easier.
Once we came in for the paperwork and to finalize the deal, both Jeff and Rich were terrific. They were both so friendly and helpful. They helped my trade in go so smoothly. Jose was also very easy to work with for all of the financial paperwork. All in all it was a great experience. Rich has kept in touch with me over the past few weeks that I have had the car and I appreciate that. Even though there is another Audi dealership closer to my home, I will be making the trip over to Audi Plano for any service needs and questions that I have. I feel quite at home there.

I walked in to Audi Plano not really thinking I was going to purchase a car but just to look at a car I saw online. I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk and she was able to get Danny (Sales Associate) to assist me. When I say Danny has amazing customer service I mean like 100 percent great customer service. He listened to what I was looking for and he also took me on a test drive of the car I saw online. The car was just as nice as it was online. Everyone at the dealership was really nice. Everyone spoke, asked if I wanted Something to drink and if I was okay and being taken care of! Even the Sales manager came and had a conversation with me. I had 2 other Audi s I needed to go see after stopping here and they didn t hassle me or try to stop me from going to see it. They even offered me to test drive the car for an hour so I can compare it to the other Audi s I was going to look at to make sure I was going to by what I want. I would Recommend my friends and family to Danny any day! Need I say I returned to the Audi Plano & purchased the car with a great monthly & interest rate! I love My new car! I will tell you first- Flat OUT- I don t fill out surveys- I get 500 emails a day- and am extremely busy- so for me to take 20 minutes to draft up this lengthy response - well - anyone who knows me- would be shocked - that I took the time and amount of time to provide the below- but I feel like I need to make y all aware of THE BEST SERVICE ADVISORS I ve had since I bought my first brand new car in 1990- so yes- BEST By FAR- in my Almost 30 years with a new vehicle. From My 1990 Prelude, to my company vehicles between 1995-2005, to my personal vehicles , wife s vehicles, daughters vehicles- we ve owned or leased 4 BMWs( 7 Series), now 2 Audi s ( Q5 and A8), 3 Infinitis( 2 QX56s, 1 M45), 2 VWs( Passat, GTI), 2 Honda s ( Accord, Prelude), 1 Volvo( XC90), 1 Mini Convertible, 1 Mazda CX-5- dang that s a lot. No one- NO ONE holds a candle or is even in the same league - ( Majors vs Rec League Softball) is anywhere near what HUNTER WALL at AUDI Plano . He has IT- gets IT- and I m sure AutoNation knows it- as does Audi. I d be shocked if I was the only one who has ever said the same thing. Heck my wife works as a BDC Quality Supervisor at the #3 Honda dealer in the US- and even she says- none of their 24-30 Advisors are anywhere close.
I ve written and / or filled out one other survey in the past 29 years- I just don t do them- and should likely to take the time to do more- but his performance has been so standout - as soon as I saw this email- I knew - I needed to make y all aware. Ive run companies with 400 + people- and I know so much feedback companies get is / are people complaining- well this isn t one!

yomi and nate are typical sales guys!!! they said we had to run tour credit before u can look at a vehicle! yomi wants to argue with me on the phone and wouldn t even give me an update. yomi called complaining on nate and he did the exact same thing. they are NOT concerned about what u want , but concern about the commission they are going to make. i asked if he were going to pick me up to see what he was going to say, and his reslin was why would i pick u up and im. not going to make any commission!!!
Not happy with their service. First Got called saying my plates were in, we went then they said it was only my husband's plates (they said on the phone it was for both cars) . Mine took about 2 months to get to the dealer , I had to go back to get an extension on the paper plate. Then went to get my key programmed. It took them 3 days they called me to go pick up my car . When I was half way there they called to cancel, when i got it i noticed the fabric on the side of the windshield is open and you can see the wires... Then got an email for my service appointment, I called to make sure and they said yes I had an appointment, when I get there they told me that is not time for my appointment yet. Got tired of bad service. I selling my car and going back to my old dealership.
I have never been treated so poorly by a dealership in my entire life! It was obvious within minutes of arriving that my convenience was of little to no concern to the employees at this dealership. My experience started off quite wonderfully with a quick call to the dealership after receiving several recall notices on my car. The lady I spoke too was able to get me an appointment within 30 minutes of my call. She reassured me that they would be able to drive me back to my office and pick me up at the end of the day. She also stated that the service required would only take half a day so my car would be ready by the end of the day. I thought how wonderfully accommodating this dealership is ! Oh how I was WRONG. I arrived at the dealership at my appointment time, and they did not have my appointment on file. To make matters worse it took 15 minutes of me standing by my car for them to assign me a representative.
Finally I am directed to a Michael who could care less about me getting back to my office. He tells me my repairs might not be done today to which I ask him if they can provide a loaner car. He literally says to me If I have one available . Are you kidding me what am I supposed to do? I have a son at daycare, and my husband works full time as well. I advised him that I need to use their shuttle service to get back to my office. He acted shocked and told me it could take 45 minutes for them to come get me or I could UBER if that was more convenient .
Seriously you want me to pay for an UBER because you don t want to get me to my office? I told him I would wait for the shuttle he walked me to the signup sheet for the shuttle, sat me down and left. I sat alone for over AN HOUR waiting for the shuttle to show up and this Michael never bothered to check back in, ask if I needed water, or any other small courtesy one would expect to be offered to a paying customer. After waiting for an hour I walk over to the front desk to ask when the shuttle would arrive. I was told that the driver skipped me .
Yes SKIPPED ME. I ask why this happened as they don t seem to care. They eventually called the driver and he claims he couldn t find me when he came in for pickups . I was sitting right next to the sign up sheet the ENTIRE time. They then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be another 30 minutes to which I told them that was completely unacceptable. At this point I threw a royal fit, something I do not do, nor do I wish to at any time.
All I will say is Audi Plano you are a complete failure as a business, and as a customer-centric provider. This was hands-down the most unprofessional and degrading experience I have ever had at a car dealership. From the base staff to the management you obviously have serious disconnects. I highly suggest you examine who handles that department as I will be placing this review on all social media platforms, Google reviews, and any other online format that will enable other individuals to AVOID doing business with such a tasteless entity. You have failed me, and I hope you do not treat other customers in this manner. Your website states that you are The Audi Dealer Dedicated to Your Needs .. what needs? You never even cared as to what said needs were much less acted upon it.

It's a nice dealership. Very courteous and friendly staff. The service department is full of knowledgeable and expert staff however they do charge an arm and a leg on labor. Some things are just not worth replacing here versus going somewhere a bit more affordable. Whereas other things you want to make sure the experts take care of your car when it's there.
I emailed this dealership about a particular vehicle and the salesman replied rather quickly to tell me it was still in stock and on the lot. We made an appointment for a test drive an hour later. I arrived at the time we discussed and was told the car wasn t on the lot. It was getting a bumper replaced. I drove an hour for this customer service.
Car and purchasing experience were beyond perfect. Ordered car site unseen and had shipped to Washington State. Arrived in a covered car carrier directly to my house in a timely manor and was even better than described. Thank you to the whole team at Plano Audi for such an easy and prompt buying experience.

Very disappointed in this Audi dealership. I leased an Audi Q7 prestige in 2017 and ended up paying more than expected. The salesman, Wade, had a nonchalant attitude, basically take it or leave it. I went ahead with the lease thinking Audi will make an effort with incentives given I am a veteran and my current lease but I received quotes close to 2x amount of a new lease. I went back to Wade and got the same attitude but hey, that's what I get for expecting different results.
The dealership does have respectful staff and the technicians are very knowledgeable. However, this Audi location will try to charge you for things covered in your warranty and sales will try to get every penny out of you without mentioning incentives. I am very disappointed with the lack of effort and constant attempts of overcharging at this location.
I recommend this Audi location for maintenance as long as you are aware of your warranty coverage but in regards to sales, do yourself a favor and visit the Audi Grapevine location who are honest and actually show effort in keeping you as a satisfied Audi customer. On top of that, they won't try to overcharge you, hide incentives, or charge you for things you don't need and that are covered under your warranty.
After having a terrible experience at DFW Audi, I was reluctant to try another Audi dealership. My husband talked me into going to Audi Plano and I am so glad he did. From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. We worked with Kelly Morck and he is a wonderful salesman. We never once felt pressured and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He even came in on his day off to help us. My husband has already recommended Kelly and Audi Plano to a friend that is in the market for a new car. I bought a new Audi Q5 TDI in December from Richard Gouhin. What a wonderful experience! He and all the folks at Audi Plano are simply the best. They are first class all the way.
I bought certified Audi Q7 from Audi Plano and after a week I got a call from service dept to schedule a service I don't know why they called me. May be they trying to get money from me but sales person told me to ignore that calls as they did service as part of certified.
I gave my Audi for 15k service and they put some patches under the frame. May be it happened during lifting but Manager and technician is not ready to accept it and blaming me
Very Poor Experience! I took my 2007 Audi A4 in for a Safety Recall 69O2 Takata Front Passenger Airbag. The Advisor called me back later that day and told me that the issue was not related to the recall, but didn't offer any additional information. Then began to tell me that it would cost me $175 for a diagnostics test. After thinking about it for a while, I called back and declined.
I then went it to pick up my car, the guy at the cashier desk asked me to sign the paperwork, handed me over a $4000 estimate with NO explanation. He was very dry and rushed.
I really just felt like because I was not getting any major services done on my vehicle I was really overlooked as a customer. I probably won't be doing business with them in the future.

Mitchell s professionalism ensures there is no pressure to purchase something you may not be completely satisfied with, from the organization. And, Mitchell excels at being informative and answering any questions. He is patient and honest and does a fantastic job to help in getting exactly what you desire. He knows customer service very well and ensures you re taken care of.
Ven, the Salesman, is very efficient in processing the dreaded paperwork that comes with buying an auto. He made the process painless and quickly had me onto the next step with financing. Andrew, the Finance Mgr, is also a no pressure professional. Andrew thoroughly explained the finance process and showed me several options. He also explained, in detail, the extended warranty options, all with (again) no pressure to purchase, and he was great to work with, as well.

I've been coming to Audi Plano for prepaid maintenance and warranty since 2010, having switched from Mercedes. Audis are much more popular now, so it took a little longer to drop off my car and get a complimentary loaner in 2017 than it did in 2010, but their remodeled customer waiting area is much nicer. They keep you updated with text messages, so no worrying about missed calls. Prices are higher than a general garage like Firestone, but that's not unusual for a dealer.
Two friends recommended this location to me, and now I understand why... I was so lucky to have such an amazing experience here at Audi Plano. From the moment you walk into their clean modern high ceiling showroom to their 5 star customer service, I would suggest this location to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Other dealerships threw sales pitches at me all week but the Plano location is different. Our salesman Marcio, took care of us and made sure the car buying experience was nice and smooth. We were in and out of there in no time and I got the exact car I wanted. Thank you!

I recently bought a used car from Audi of Plano. My salesman Kelly Morck was great! He helped me choose the right car without making me feel pressured. They were also able to secure a good finance package. The overall buying experience was smooth with top class customer service.
After having the car for a little under two months, I noticed a noise coming from one of my rotors/brakes and I immediately took it over to my mechanic. After inspecting it he found that the top bolt on the rear caliper assembly was completely missing. This had caused the caliper to move over time to the point where it was scraping the inside of the rim. Long story short, I took it over to Audi and spoke with my original salesman Kelly and the sales manager Kyler Schulze. Since they were the last ones to service the brakes they agreed to fix it, and even gave me a loaner. Chris Elliott the service manager did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process.
It makes me very happy to have a dealership take care of a customer in such an awesome way. They went above and beyond to mend the situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone based on these experiences.
The sales person, Anthony Carvalho, was very professional during and after the sales process. He took the time to review the different models on the showroom floor, going in great detail on each. He knows the vehicles inside and out. He then was very open in showing me the actual vehicles in inventory that were in my price range. After a test drive he worked on presenting several lease options and guided me in what I believe was the best option. I will definitely return to this dealership for any future vehicle needs, and Anthony Carvalho specifically.
DO NOT get your car serviced at this dealership. Their mechanics are incompetent and when they make a mistake they will refuse to take responsibility even if you have official documentation.
My car that only has 22k miles now needs an entire engine replaced because they broke a baffle when they were changing an oil. HOW DOES A CERTIFIED AUDI MECHANIC BREAK THE BAFFLE WHEN DOING SOMETHING AS ROUTINE AS CHANGING OIL.
I have showed them the official carfax stating they were the last party to change the oil. They have continued to state they aren t responsible in the face of proof and questioned the validity of CarFax. They also cannot produce any documentation supporting their stance.
They are trying to weasel away from responsibility by stating I did not have routine maintenance done. Even though it has been 2 years, I have only driven the car 4000 miles during that time. The dashboard on the car states the oil is good condition and all of the fluids in the car are in great condition. They are avoiding the fact that their mechanics are the root cause
Because of their mistake I now have to pay $13,000 to replace an entire engine on my car that is only 4 years old and has only 22k miles. I have never been to an official dealership where they will break your car and then have you pay for their mistake.
Typical dishonest dealer. I showed them proof they were charging a price way above market value and price gouging and they didnt care. Should not be in business
I paid well over $22k for my 2015 Volvo less than a month ago and was put on the road with my vehicle needing $600 worth of maintenance and a recall. Arrived back at Audi Plano (Auto Nation) for help where I was told I was void of any assistance from them. Not even after they sold me on a $5,000 warranty.
Perhaps I am just another auto industry sucker, but at least don t make me feel like one. My advice to public, don t buy used from Audi Plano (Auto Nation). Once you re off the lot, you re on your own.
After test driving several cars my wife and I had on our list based on safety, performance and maintenance, we settled on the Audi A6. The staff at the Plano dealership were courteous, professional and most importantly knowledgeable about the product. Rich was our salesperson and we loved his smooth easy style and humorous personality. What was ironic is Rich was the salesman that worked with us a few years ago and after test driving cars and talking about the car we wanted for what we had to spend, Rich politely told us that this was probably not the car for us at this time. He didn't try to put us in another car or jam us in something we didn't want. I was glad we worked with Rich this time. He has been excellent in his follow-up as well.
I forgot my garage remote in the loaner car. Called them early the next morning but they didn't address the issue in a timely manner and failed to follow-up and update me and they ended up losing the remote. Not satisfied with their service.
2016 I replaced my Audi Q5 with the latest one 2016 from the same dealer . Joe peer provided best professional service and helped us through the process . He was great knowledgeable not only on general when he answered specific questions of my son on the technology and media capabilities of Q5 . Over all great service and professional approach so far. 2013 Audi Plano is the best dealer in town . I recently brought my Q5 and has been driving great . Douglas peyton provided with top notch professional service and care from the day 1 from test drive to finalisation and after sales service care . Chris in the office area provided detailed options in respect of the maintenance package and Jeff Plummet provided recommendations and assurance in trading our existing Car. So far the experience is awesome and i recommend Audi plano for the best experience.
Edgar in sales was great in helping me find the car I wanted and was very patient with me. I recommend going to him if you're planning on going to Audi in Plano.
After a somewhat rocky start to this car buying experience, Kyler (Sales Manager) and Yomi (Salesman) came through in the end and we were able to reach an agreement to everyone's satisfaction. They have a beautiful facility in a great location with lots of inventory to choose from.
My experience at Audi Plano was nothing but spectacular. Wade, my sales gentleman, went above and beyond to see that my needs were met. Delighted i decided to pull the trigger on my new Audi. Do not do business with this dealership! Think carefully before you are thinking about buying an Audi.. I have had several different Audi vehicles, and the service is excellent until you face an issue, which is not covered by a recall (which I have had 3 within 2 years), or the Audi acknowledges the issue! The warranty is supposed to cover pretty much everything unless there is an improper use of the part -- or if Audi themselves decides there is just because! And this is not the first Audi I have had issues with. The have been issues getting a loaner, car have not been washed upon pick up, etc. This is for sure my last Audi ever, and I will switch to a car dealer/ brand that will take responsibility of manufacturing parts that do not take the appropriate use of it!
Update 9/12: So I called the GM as suggested by the post by Audi Plano. I got a call, not from the GM, who supposedly was a whole day meeting, but from someone from the financing department. I got a long rant how an extensive service warranty would cover any issues- even windshield wipers and batteries if I chose so- and I could buy this coverage at any time! I have to say that being a woman in the "men's world" quite of the gets the smirks behind your back (both service dept manager and the service attendants) and you being treated like you have no idea what you are talking about! I understand that windshield wipers or car batteries, for example, are excluded from the warranty; to be more specific, I have an 2016 Audi Q3 with 33K miles in it, which is still under the 50K/ 4 y warranty (which should be bumper to bumper in my opinion) , and I consider still to be a pretty new car. The sunscreen latches, that are attached to the sides of the car in the back, and that the sunscreen hooks on, has cracked from both sides. I was told that this was not covered under the warranty because "due to signs of outside influence" and an "excess amount of force put on the parts." This is absolutely nonsense! I have used the sunscreen as it should be used and, in my opinion, if this kind of a part does not last the appropriate use of it, it should be covered under warranty! I was told by the service dept manager that this does not constitute as "manufacturer defect"... so what does?? If you manufacture a part like this that cracks after appropriate use when the car is still under warranty, doesn't that constitute as a manufacturer defect???? Absurd!!! Of course Audi Plano is happy to have the parts replaced with an estimate of $1,046.81 to be specific. I will continue posting these updates until Audi Plano takes responsibility of this and makes the rightful decision.
5/3 update It has been a while since this all started.. GM finally called after I found his email and pretended that he knew nothing about this all!! I actually talked to him- with him not saying a word- about my complains. They agreed to pay half of the repairs, which I did not agree on, since I do not think I should pay anything at all. I have now complained all the way to the Texas Attorney General, and we will see how things go. In the meantime, I had a great experience with Audi McKinney with the 45K service with complimentary gas and tolls, and will service my car there until I turn in my keys-- no more Audis for me! But I have been going to the wrong dealership all this time-- they even quoted much lower on the repairs than Audi Plano!! So, Audi Plano does only seem to care about their money-- and they have much lower satisfaction rating in Google too than Audi McKinney!!! It figures!!
Stay away from the service department. They first sell you insurance that was supposed to cover bumper to bumper but then every visit they say only partially covered service and you have to pay most of it. I asked to speak to service manager and he is not available. This is the worst customer service from a premium dealership
1/9/19 called twice , first time no reply or voice mail just kept ringing, this is main dealership number and left message with operator on second time, she said GM will call you soon and no one called back yet

Luckily we had Kelly Morck as our sales agent who made the process smooth as silk. He was very nice, knowledgeable and gave us the opportunity to decide on the best deal for us. We were all set to visit other dealerships that day, but he made the sale!
Upon entering Audi Plano we walked around to view the displayed autos, then we walked out to the lot to see what they had to offer on site. After about 10-15 minutes of looking around we went back into the sales building where we again snooped at the cars on display. NO ONE APPROACHED US EVER!!!!! When I finally went up to the receptionist, she was snotty, and "put out" that we were there. We just wanted to talk to a sales agent. After a few "hu-rumphs" she went to get a sales agent and Kelly walked up. He is a new-ish sales agent at this location. (I assumed that this girl offered Kelly because the other agents took a look at us and decided "we were not the kind who would buy." Poo to them.) Kelly was gracious, took the time to talk about Audi's with us having never researched the cars fully before, he showed a couple of options within our requirements and took us on a test drive. That's all it took. He made the deal work for us and made the sale! THANK YOU KELLY!!!! Our day was made. We didn't go look at the other lots as planned. Probably wouldn't have happened that way if Kelly had been snooty too. I hope we will enjoy our Audi A3 as much as we appreciated Kelly Morck for his kindness, realistic approach and personality.

What a great dealership! I was looking for a reliable, low-mileage used car in my price range and, before I went to Audi Plano, saw a couple that were in Used-Good condition. At Audi Plano, that all changed!
The particular car that I was interested in looked like it left the showroom last week and came back yesterday ... it was that clean! Low-mileage, yes. Great price, yes. (And I like that they had no haggling on the price.)
Needless to say, I now own that car and am loving it!

Car shopping was smooth, and the people were amazing to talk to. They actively reached out to me to make sure everything was okay afterwards and even remembered my schedule when creating my window tinting appointment!
STAY CLEAR! Look at their reviews on other sites. The service here is horrible! I went to pay cash ($26,000) for a used vehicle and the GM would not even stand up and speak to me. He told his sales rep he was too busy running a report. I purchased the vehicle and was told by the sales rep to come in on a Saturday and they would handle the damage to the rear cover and large hole drilled in the door. It was pouring down rain the day I purchased the vehicle so I did not see it. How can you sell a vehicle with holes drilled in it, fresh damage to the rear cover, and loose moldings? I called the sales rep back and he tells me the GM denied it? What? You say you will address it and then the GM says no? I have no idea how the GM is employed with Audi. I will be calling corporate and BBB. Go somewhere else and save your money and trouble. The service is way better at other places along with the prices and not people trying to get out of helping customers...
Always a great experience. Service department is very well organized and communicative, letting you know status updates on your vehicle. Paul Berry did a great job recently taking care of both my wife and me.
