I will tell you first- Flat OUT- I don t fill out surveys- I get 500 emails a day- and am extremely busy- so for me to take 20 minutes to draft up this lengthy response - well - anyone who knows me- would be shocked - that I took the time and amount of time to provide the below- but I feel like I need to make y all aware of THE BEST SERVICE ADVISORS I ve had since I bought my first brand new car in 1990- so yes- BEST By FAR- in my Almost 30 years with a new vehicle. From My 1990 Prelude, to my company vehicles between 1995-2005, to my personal vehicles , wife s vehicles, daughters vehicles- we ve owned or leased 4 BMWs( 7 Series), now 2 Audi s ( Q5 and A8), 3 Infinitis( 2 QX56s, 1 M45), 2 VWs( Passat, GTI), 2 Honda s ( Accord, Prelude), 1 Volvo( XC90), 1 Mini Convertible, 1 Mazda CX-5- dang that s a lot.
No one- NO ONE holds a candle or is even in the same league - ( Majors vs Rec League Softball) is anywhere near what HUNTER WALL at AUDI Plano . He has IT- gets IT- and I m sure AutoNation knows it- as does Audi. I d be shocked if I was the only one who has ever said the same thing. Heck my wife works as a BDC Quality Supervisor at the #3 Honda dealer in the US- and even she says- none of their 24-30 Advisors are anywhere close.

I ve written and / or filled out one other survey in the past 29 years- I just don t do them- and should likely to take the time to do more- but his performance has been so standout - as soon as I saw this email- I knew - I needed to make y all aware. Ive run companies with 400 + people- and I know so much feedback companies get is / are people complaining- well this isn t one!

If I had a vote to Nominate Service Advisor of the Year- I d nominate him. He has a way of delivering a message- he is a great communicator- shoots me straight- and I look forward to seeing him every time in.

To be honest- I ll likely get my next vehicle from Audi Plano because of Mr Hunter Wall. His Attitude is Contagious - and well- he is one if worked for my company- I d do all I could to continue to make him feel important - and valuable - and I m sure y all do. I d bet the farm that he is ranked # 1- from legitimate surveys. Pls share with as many as you like- or if you want further feedback on what makes hunter one of a kind- call me at my cell number on file.
