Having purchased many cars in my lifetime, a certain expectation of the same old rigamarole was about to take place. Surprisingly, not this time! A call to Audi PLANO was made. Ricky A. was the Sales Person I was working with. He listened attentively to my wants and concerns while assuring me that I would not be disappointed. His professionalism and follow through is unmatched. I could not be more assured. Ricky s extensive knowledge and enthusiasm of the vehicle gave me the sense that he believes in the brand.
Andrew, the Finance Manager, informed me of the additional protections available and advised on the benefits of selecting the coverage I chose. He was thorough and quick with the entire process.
