Very Poor Experience! I took my 2007 Audi A4 in for a Safety Recall 69O2 Takata Front Passenger Airbag. The Advisor called me back later that day and told me that the issue was not related to the recall, but didn't offer any additional information. Then began to tell me that it would cost me $175 for a diagnostics test. After thinking about it for a while, I called back and declined.

I then went it to pick up my car, the guy at the cashier desk asked me to sign the paperwork, handed me over a $4000 estimate with NO explanation. He was very dry and rushed.

I really just felt like because I was not getting any major services done on my vehicle I was really overlooked as a customer. I probably won't be doing business with them in the future.
