Avoid this dealership!!

Avoid this dealership!!

For Once, i had to write this review so that people be aware of this service center.

I left my A6 at this facility to get my windshield noise fixed without taking out any of my stuff off the car (mistake on my part) as it was supposed to be a short term repair. When i got back home, i was surprised to see my watch which went missing, a bunch of quarters under the arm rest (they left a couple in there) and a gift card (they took the gift card and left the empty pouch).

I took this up with the service manager who was unable to find any clues with their limited Video surveillance and was sorry for whatever happened and can file a police complaint if i like and thats about it. My watch ( gift from my wife on our wedding) will never be recovered.

Just thought this review might help someone before they visit this dealership.

I recently bought a new factory ordered Audi from from Germany via Audi Plano. Joe Peer was my sales advisor and he was wonderful - a consummate professional. He walked me through every step of the process (from intital inquiry, to test drives, pricing, placing a factory order, keeping me in the loop on status of order/transit to final delivery) and was there to respond quickly anytime I had any questions whatsoever over the whole period (many weeks) and kept me completely informed.

Joe even spent additional time after the delivery with me on two different occasions walking me through all the aspects of Audi systems, setting up a MyAudi account and then following up with a meeting after I d had a chance to drive my new car for a few days to answer any follow up questions I may have.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with Audi Plano. I strongly recommend you lookup Joe @ Audi Plano if you are in the market for a new Audi.

J.B. Was great. Super nice guy and he helped me through the whole thing. However, sometime between my test drive and purchase of the car the dealership lost the keys. I'm a patient person and when I was told they were going to look for them and if they couldn't find them they would make a new one, I didn't say a word.

Now almost a week later I'm still without a car + keys and I "may" be able to get them in two days. I've heard no offer of anything for my time, inconvenience, money paid for rental car, etc. I'm left feeling as though they don't really care at all - with the exception of J.B.

I bought new Audi A4 2018 from Audi plano and it was a biggest mistake i have done in my life.. i had a very bad experience with the sales , finance personnel from Audi Plano ,they are very rude and Arrogant and they dont know how to respect customers. one of the the sales person Erasmo - he will tell all lies to sell the car.. they will give some discount. during purchase.. but it is totally fraud.. they will get that money indirectly. The interest rate from Audi finance is too high..
They did not send my license plate until two months after the car purchase.. i have called them and followed to get license plate.
My Audi A4 car AC is not worked after 5 month of purchase. when i took the car to service they said that they need to change the wiring to a/c reg valave and it will not cover under the warranty.. i have additional coverage also .. and they said it will not cover and i need to pay $ 525 for just changing the cable .. it is totally frustrating that for a small wire cost $525..is the cable is too low quality ? i never expected Audi car A/c wire will get damage within 4 month from the purchase date . when i asked about why warranty is not covering the , the person from finance is talking very rude and threatening me and asking me to do not come here again.. i am wondering is he the owner of Audi plano ?

I am requesting everyone , please stay away from Audi plano .

i have never heard AC issue is new car.. i think Toyota, Honda, Nissa, Acura,Lexus,BMW is far better than AUDI car.

Beware! I bought a new car from these guys and af...

Beware! I bought a new car from these guys and after 8 months find myself underwater in my car. The car (Audi A6) has lost over $18,000 in value. Crazy! I would not purchase from this dealer. This is a 1/3 drop in value over this time.

Yet one more lovely experience with this place. Just out for my service and upon arrival they lost my appointment, the told me I didn't need a service because they didn't bother to read the service record.

Additionally our sales person told us he would provide care of the car each time we came out and when I asked him about it today he said I would never tell a customer that. Amazing!!!

I get business I am in business. These guys are not honest which is the single biggest factor for me. Beware!! Lots of places to get an Audi, don't get it here!!!

I recently purchase a 2016 A7 from Audi Plano. I had looked at a couple of cars online and started a chat with Yomi Bokini. He contacted me immediately by text and set up a visit. The car that I was interested in was waiting when I arrived. He was extremely helpful with information about the A7. I had my current car that I was looking to trade in with me. They offered a very fair trade in. He set the sale in motion. It went smoothly. Even though I had the title at home, I left with the A7 a few hours later. There were a couple of things that need to be done on the A7, but he has set me up to get those things taken care of. Overall, a great experience,

Wonderful experience with Audi Plano. My sales associate, Nate, was very fantastic. I very much appreciate his laid back approach and demeanour. I never felt any pressure or rush. He was patient and informative as I wanted to test drive a number of cars before I made a decision. After making my decision on the 2017 A4, all the people at Audi were helpful, kind and informative. Very happy with my decision all around - great experience!

The salesperson was amazing. The service department lacks luster for a luxury dealership in Plano. Small items, such as forgetting to reset the oil level, created a unnecessary repeat visits. Each visit, 4 within 30 days, we reminded the service team why we were there, though notes were explicitly provided in the call details. I was told by a friend I could go to another AutoNation dealership never by the service department. As I explained to the Service Advisor, the one never at his desk or answers the phone, go up Parkwood/Spring Creek to the other luxury dealership and observe/learn from their service department.

I did not receive a response from my online inquiry so I drove up to the dealership to go through the process in person....and am I glad that I did! I wasn't on the lot more than just a minute before I was approached by Jim Birdsong. He greeted me in a friendly manner that did not make me feel like I was about to be hassled and he offered me a bottle of water and a test drive of the vehicle I was looking at. I obliged.

He took me on a test drive and even helped me learn the area a bit more! Once back at the dealership the process was quick and easy! Jim made me an awesome deal on a 2011 Audi A5 (the car that I have wanted for some time now) and I was in the financing office in what some would call a "jiffy". The price was right, Mr. Birdsong answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and I already felt part of the Audi family, specifically Audi Plano family, before pen was even put to paper. Jim gave me his card, went to make sure my car was being washed and sent me back to Jose Herrera in the finance department. Jose was friendly, to the point and easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly and helped me get out of the office quickly. The finance rate was good! We signed the paper work and I was handed the keys to my car!

My advice: If you go to Audi Plano then ask for Jim Birdsong as far as the sales staff goes, then ask to work with Jose Herrera in the finance department. I was in and out of this dealership with what I wanted at a price better than what I had hoped for. As customers, we all know time, money and comfort level are key when making a big purchase and all three were, dare I say,? perfect!

I highly recommend Audi Plano to any and all folks in the metroplex that are looking to buy an Audi, used or new!

This was my third car purchase in 3 years and this was BY FAR the best experience I have ever had. Needless to say, I think I will buy another car from this dealership if my ownership experience goes as smoothly as my purchase experience.

Cost of tires were 20% more than Discount Tire ... Audi Plano sent me a 10% Off email, which was only going to be honored IF I had brought it to their attention ... stop sending me emails if the offer isn't automatic (coincidentally I had just rec'd it 2 days prior so I was fortunate to remember it!). On a bright note, Mike, Service Adviser, was a champ!!

Buyer beware - It is the typical car salesman experience. Fluff and promises with nothing to back it up. Recently bought a 2017 Infiniti QX70 from Tracy Crawford at Audi Plano. At the time of purchase, I asked about things like tires and brakes. Tracy told me that as a Autonation Certified Pre-owned that meant everything had been checked out and replaced if needed. I specifically asked about tires because to me the tread looked somewhat worn, but I've not had a car with lower profile, performance tires and figured that was part of the issue. Tracy told me these tires looked new and were probably recently replaced by the previous owner. He even went as far as to get the paperwork showing what the dealership had done to get the car ready to sell, and reiterated that this car came in great condition from the previous owner and didn't need much. He assured me the tires had plenty of life left on them, or they would have been replaced. Stupidly, I took his work for it and did not look in to it further. I've since had the tires looked and the tread measured by Discount Tire. They measure at 4/32. This is at the point where replacement is recommended. I tried for a few days to get a hold of Tracy by phone, but his extension just rang and had no option for voicemail. Finally I emailed him and he responded promptly, but it was his day off. I explained the situation and asked him to call me the next day when he was back at work. He did not call and I had to call him. He had a very dismissive attitude but asked me when I could come into the dealership to have his pre-owned manager have a look. Today I made the trek up to the dealership (about 20 miles from my office) only to again have him act very dismissive. He looked at the tires and asked me what was wrong. I told him you actually have to measure the tread. He said he'd speak with the manager, and I assume he did. At no point did the manager come and speak to me, nor did he even look at the car. Their response was "our cpo cars need to have a minimum of 5/32 tread, and your tires have 4/32. It's possible that much has diminished in the 500 miles you've driven. The State of Texas only requires 2/32." (If you do a quick google search, youll see that tire rack, discount tire, and consumer reports all say 4/32 is when to start looking at replacing tires -- clearly that is not plenty of life left). First of all, I've been trying to reach him since last week, at which time I was at 300 miles. Secondly, they are the original tires, which i now know because of the manufacture date. So they expect me to believe that in 32,000 miles the tread wore from new at 10/32 to 5/32, but in 300 miles (or even 500 miles) they were from 5/32 to 4/32? When I quoted back to him what he'd told me at the time of sale, he said "the keyword is probably..." As in he said they were *probably* recently replaced. (They were not. manufacture date, which I now know how to verify, shows they were original to the vehicle.)My fault for taking them at their word on anything. Buyer beware. Don't believe what they tell you and don't fall for their hype of the Autonation Certified. Also, why have me drive all the way down there, to not even have the manager come out, to not do anything about it? You could have told me over the phone you weren't going to stand by your statements and saved me the time, gas, and hassle of driving up there in traffic. Thanks for wasting my time.

I'm not quite sure why there are so many negative reviews about this location. I did read them and was admittedly hesitant to give them a chance, but I am certainly glad I did. My sales person Marcio Velasquez was the absolute best. I don't know how he did it and wasn't going to ask too many questions, but he was able to work the impossible for me on an '18 A4 with the negative in my previous vehicle and cash out of pocket and still get me in exactly what I wanted with the lease terms I was looking for. I strongly recommend working with him if you're in the market for a new Audi and form your own opinion of this dealership. Everything was clear cut from start to finish, not to mention I was in to test, negotiate and through finance in about 3 hours. At the very least, Audi Plano is definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a new Audi.

Those that know me, know I don't trust sales people at car dealership. Mike earned my trust, made me feel comfortable and assured he was doing the best for me. I can't remember the finance manager name but she was awesome as well. I am well pleased.

They never wanted to work out price for car and I'm sorry 400$ for window tint is way over priced. So I called Audi of Dallas and bought a Q3 Quattro fully loaded for less then the price of the regular stripped model Plano was trying to show me... This place is a total waste of time...

I moved from pembroke pines to plano and the service went downhill. Plano does not have loaner cars on Saturday. They do not wash and vacuum car after service. I'm switching to Mercedes. My 3 yr old a4 needed a new engine. Service and quality has gone down hill.

Took our Q5 in for a recall and nail in a tire. Everything completed along with a car wash in 1.5 hours while I waited. Lobby is first class with large screen TV's, coffee, fresh cookies and other snacks.

Icing on the cake was when I checked out and the tire patching was at no cost.

This is my first Audi. I have owned Mercedes and BMW, but none of them had the experience and professionalism like Audi Plano.
My sales team, Edgar and Marcio was fantastic and made the process very simple even to my finance manager Danny was great.
No need to shop around these guy have this process DOWN.

Poor customer service. Trying to get a routine servicing appointment there is impossible. I was assured a valet service when I leased my car but have never been able to get that service. Staff keep transferring you from one department to another. In retrospect I wish I had gone to Audi Dallas. Stay away.

What a terrible experience from start to finish with Audi Plano service. The GM is very unempathic and more concerned about getting to the next sale than retaining the loyalty of a current customer. Their 'policies' are very uncustomer friendly! For those luxury car lovers like myself choose BMW or Mercedes or find another Audi dealership to do business with. If you need service for your Audi, hire your own personal mechanic, it would be less expensive and less of a headache.

Both Anthony and the General Manager did a great job in finalizing the deal. overall this whole process was professional. Special mention to the Finance Team as well. Auto Nation which runs Audi Plano tricked us when me & my wife went to lease Audi Q3. We liked a higher trim out in the parking, but they sold us a cheaper one inside (same model same color) . Make sure you take a picture of the VIN # using your cell phone when you finalize a car. Check all the bells & whistles you need and write them down. Do negotiate prices & make sure to mention the VIN # & all features you liked or needed while negotiating the price. Verbal promises of the sales person can flip anytime. Don t write or sign anything on their papers while negotiating because lawfully, you don t have to, until you go to the finance department. The Audi Corporate ( Audi of America, Auburn Hills, MI ) also sucks, when we reported the incident they simply refuse to assist & ask us to contact the dealership which never accepted their cheap sales tactics. I have this Audi Q3 for a year. It is too pricey for such a small car. Least powerful, heavier then competitors. Least efficient in its class according to EPA. Less than 20 MPG (city). Loud Engine but not powerful as per Audi standards. Very small and cramped back seat at this price. My advice, stay away from Auto Nation & Q3 or you will regret it.

I prefer coming to Audi Plano than the original dealership I purchased my Audi from. They are much more respectful and also significantly more knowledgeable of the vehicles in their showroom and on the lot. They exceed my expectations every visit and the staff appears professional and attentive. I leave knowing I won't have to return for unresolved issues and I now find it difficult to trust any other service shop with my car. Thanks Audi Plano!

I d never go this location again, the salesman was so busy trying to get me to buy a $70K when I came for a used vehicle.

I have had several issues with the administrative side of purchasing a car from this dealership. I received a different license plate than the plate that was registered with DPS. I received toll violations from NY Port Authority for the plates from my trade-in, which were supposed to be destroyed. I have spend hours on the phone with NTTA, DPS, and the dealership trying to sort these things out. Seems there is some much-needed process improvement.

Just recently purchase a 2013 A7 prestige S line from Audi Plano.
My point of contact was Anthony and he was extremely helpful a a professional thru out the whole process. I test drove the car multiple times and wanted to put a car on hold for 5 days which is against the policy. Somehow Anthony found a way to make this happen and I'm very appreciative Of this act.
Audi Plano also found a way to give me a killer finance rate which no body out there
Could beat.
Anothy made every thing I asked for happen and he even dropped he car off at my residence.
Thank you once again. The experience was great.
More so, the car is amazing and love driving this sexy beast.

Horrible service! Ever since the remodeling and the new Auto nation management take over, it has been horrible. I took it in for an oil change, no issues at all, my Audi came out with alignment issues and they somehow burned my dashboard, I called them they told me they would take care of it, they fixed the dashboard but the alignment was still not fixed, they dropped something yellow on my hood, most likely a tool as it still had the yellow paint and about a nickel big dent on it which it did not have before, My tires were at front, 28,42 psi and my rear at 32,48 psi when the fronts should be at 38 and the rear at 42, that is as unprofessional as it can get as well as it was dusty from sitting on their lot,bird poop all over it no car wash offered, this would have been unacceptable with the last management. I called the supervisor last week and a week later still have not heard anything back. I am never taking my Audi to this facility again. I advice you the same.

after visiting another dealership in arlington the day before i was a bit disillusioned about finding my dream car! figured i would wind up settling for something! visited the audi plano on labor day in the pouring rain. phillip was our audi specialist and brought the beautiful 2013 s6 around for me to test drive. i was sold at hello! phillip really went to bat for me with the manager and i walked out or rather drove off from the dealership in my new car! what fun i've had in my 'race' car! i was actually back at the dealership this past weekend to get the paint protector and leather protector applied and phillip found me and stopped by to say hi! how's that for service?!!!!

Although it was late in the day and we didn't finish the purchase until close to 10pm, Wade stayed until the very end and still took the time to hop in the car with me to explain how to operate the controls and navigate through the basic functions. Ask for Wade or Garrett, you won't be sorry!

We recently purchased our 3rd car from Audi Plano since 2007. Always treated fair and never leave feeling like I paid for things I didn t need or want. The new store is very nice and roomy, so if you end up servicing your vehicle there as well, they have everything on the hospitality side covered. We usually purchase a service plan during negotiations so it s one last thing to worry about and don t dread having to hang out for a few hours. The Q5 is my wife s favorite and this is her second one since 2009.

Terrible service. Needed my car serviced. I have to get redirected 3 times to get on hold for the service center. When I am finally there i get put on hold for 30 minutes. Next they tell me that they will give me a call back so I give my number and nothing for two days. I call again and finally get to service make my appointment. I have been having trouble with my car leaking oil and have been adding it frequently. The service manager told me that I should be adding oil every 2,000 miles. A blatant lie because no car should ever have to have oil added every 2,000 miles. Anyways I let them have the car and was told I would have an estimate on my car in the next couple of hours. That was at 9am today and its 7pm now. No call back so I called them. Now sitting on hold again for 30 minutes and no word from the operator. If you do get service here it would be wise to get a second opinion. Other than that a terrible experience from this place full of liars.

I was a little hesitant to try and purchase a vehicle from Audi Plano due to poor customer service reviews but I have to say that everyone at Audi Plano treated us with kindness and respect and the whole process was really quite simple. My salesperson, Marcio, was very pleasant and the entire purchasing experience was much better than anticipated. I was expecting to negotiate a slightly better deal on my vehicle but the dealership really stuck to their guns on the price, however, I still think I paid a very fair price for my 2016 Certified A7. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from them in the future.

I had bought a Cayman S from a SanAntonio Dealership and wanted to find out about getting some extra work done. Got in touch with John (tech). He took care of me and guided me as to what i really needed to to. Arrived just after 5 pm one day and he did the worrk immediatly (never expected that)My mechanic for life.
I must say everone in the dealership are really accomoding and helpful. You are treated like you bought the car there even if you did not.

I walked in to Audi Plano not really thinking I was going to purchase a car but just to look at a car I saw online. I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk and she was able to get Danny (Sales Associate) to assist me. When I say Danny has amazing customer service I mean like 100 percent great customer service. He listened to what I was looking for and he also took me on a test drive of the car I saw online. The car was just as nice as it was online. Everyone at the dealership was really nice. Everyone spoke, asked if I wanted Something to drink and if I was okay and being taken care of! Even the Sales manager came and had a conversation with me. I had 2 other Audi s I needed to go see after stopping here and they didn t hassle me or try to stop me from going to see it. They even offered me to test drive the car for an hour so I can compare it to the other Audi s I was going to look at to make sure I was going to by what I want. I would Recommend my friends and family to Danny any day! Need I say I returned to the Audi Plano & purchased the car with a great monthly & interest rate! I love My new car! Go see Danny if you re looking to purchase a car! I ll see him again in a few years to purchase another Audi! Thank you Danny V!

Update: 8/5 i finally spoke with someone and they sent me the info i needed. Increases star to 3.

Leased a car from them two years ago. Have called 3 times now trying to get a warranty (that I never needed) removed from my account. I was told two days ago that they were e-mailing me the authorization form. Crickets. I try calling and no one answers. cant get a human on the phone. Guess I'm going to have to take a day off to drive there. Seriously, I'm pretty cool with stuff, but customer service like this is absolutely horrific. Run from this place.

This was one of the best buying experiences I have had in my nearly 50 years as a car owner. They were able to put me in a car which completely matched my list of "wants." Our sales rep, Ken Rozenblum, was friendly, helpful, and took the time to make sure we were familiar with the vehicles safety and convenience features. He has also followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase, and to answer any new questions that may have come up. The financial department went above and beyond to ensure that our financing was at the lowest rate possible. The dealership presented our new car to us in absolutely pristine condition--washed, vacuumed, and with a full tank of gas. I would not hesitate to use this dealership for any future purchases.

I had a great experience with Audi Plano this weekend. I had planned to look only at the Q5, as that is the model we were most familiar with. However, we noticed the Q3 and thought it may also suit our needs. While we ultimately chose the Q5, we really appreciated the opportunity to spend a couple of hours with the other model. The staff were most interested in helping us make the most informed decision possible.

Can't say enough good things about Audi Plano. They made the purchasing experience unbelievably easy. Adrian Podea was very professional and knew how to give the buyer the full experience of the vehicles features and functions. The process lasted 6+ hours, but times fly's when you're having FUN.

I purchased my vehicle at here end of May. At that time, the second key was not available, so dealer told me that it should be ordered. Currently, around 7 weeks past since I bought the car, there is no response for the second key at all. I only have a key for the vehicle. Does this make sense? I don't think so. Also, I purchased some protection packages and one of them is appearance package. The financial person told me I can make a schedule for cleaning or treatment for the leather and inside of my vehicle, but anyone has not answered me what this is and how to make a schedule for it. I am really disappointing the service here so far. I never recommend here to my friends.

I recently purchased an Audi A3 with Naushad and he was awesome. My dad came along for the experience and he was impressed with our sales representative as well. We walked around the lot for about ten minutes before Naushad came out to speak with us and right off the bat, he asked what my interests and "must-haves" were. We took a look at the used vehicles first then moved into the new models. I test drove the A3 and fell in love. I test drove one that was black on black, but really wanted a white car. Naushad took us to their lot off site and was patient as I decided between their last white car on the lot which I ultimately purchased and the black one. The negotiation was so easy and stress free. He really listened when I told him my desired down payment and monthly payment. He came back with a great offer, but when my dad counter offered, he accepted it quickly. The entire process was quick and easy. Each representative took their time with explaining everything and they went above and beyond to make me feel confident in my first luxury vehicle purchase. If you're interested in purchasing or leasing, Naushad is your guy! He doesn't beat around the bush and he is truly fair in negotiations.

The folks at Audi Plano were all very professional...

The folks at Audi Plano were all very professional and courteous. Or salesman Anthony was very helpful and did not pressure us into anything. He was straight forward and helpful, meeting all our expectations and then some. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and eager to help make the experience painless and enjoyable. We are completely impressed with the Audi Plano Team. We love our SQ5, and am looking forward to working with the team going forward. It is so nice to be treated fairly and professionally, I only wish more organizations treated their customers this way.

We had an enjoyable buying experience at Audi Plano. The staff was very friendly and our salesperson Steve Lin was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a very thorough explanation of the car's features and was available afterwards to answer some additional questions. He even asked us to text to let him know we made it home safely in the new car (we traveled from out of state). I highly recommend this dealership.

This place is an absolute joke. As an out of state buyer, the car salesman, Andrew copp, assured me that the car that I was going to buy is ready for me this Saturday, and told me that I can book my ticket to Dallas. But two days before departure, he sent me an email saying that the car that I was going to buy was already sold to another customer before me. So I tried to call him back to ask what s going on and he simply wouldn t answer my phone. So now, I can t even get a refund of my plane ticket. Please please avoid doing business with them, especially if you are from out of state. Their car salesman are very irresponsible.

Purchased a 2016 SQ5 from here, and loved the buying experience. This is the third Audi that I've owned and this was the easiest/quickest purchase I have ever experienced. I would recommend going here if you are in the market for a new or used Audi. The selection is great and so is the staff.

My Audi A6 began to leak oil last October and it w...

My Audi A6 began to leak oil last October and it was diagnosed as a rear seal failure by the service technicians at Audi Plano. The repair was expensive, but completed within a reasonable time frame only to have the leak reoccur approx. two months later.
Standing by their repair warranty, Audi Plano completed the repair again at no cost to myself, excluding an additional part.
Unfortunately, two months later, this past February, an oil leak again appeared. Although upset about this third occurrence, I returned to Audi Plano and they recognized that the original problem had been incorrectly diagnosed. New repairs were made to the upper cam covers, again at no expense to myself and it would appear that the oil leak issue has been corrected.
I particularly want to identify the Service Director and my Service Manager for their unparalleled support and commitment to customer service and satisfaction throughout this process. I highly recommend the Audi Plano Service Department for their exemplary commitment to customer satisfaction.
