Had an excellent experience purchasing our certified A7, this was our first Audi purchase. Chester Fonseca was a complete joy to work with, helpful, attentive, courteous, no pressure and made it happen for us! Sharon in finance was also friendly, kind and low pressure contributing to the overall First Class experience. I would purchase from Chester and Audi of Beverly Hills over and over again. Thank you Chester for providing us with outstanding courtesy, patience and respect. Your willingness to make a very aggressive deal happen without a fight was something I was not expecting, but greatly appreciated. Respectfully Steve & Rene

After a terrible experience at Santa Monica Audi, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Audi Beverly Hills. Everyone I worked was great and very professional. Jae did a great job every step of the way and was extremely helpful without being pushy. I left with exactly what I wanted and love my new A3. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I bought a Q3 and Tyler Werges was my salesman at Beverly Hills Audi and he did such a great job. Tyler was really professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain how everything works in the car. He was not pushy or aggressive which would have been a total turnoff and would have made me reluctant to buy from them. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during the whole process. Tyler had a very friendly and helpful approach without being pushy.
I had such a pleasant positive buying experience. It was stress free and far exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend you buy your next car from Audi Beverly Hills.

Car buying is always a nerve racking experience. But it doesn't have to be at Audi Beverly Hills! Shay Joon was the sweetest car salesperson ever, and made the entire process easy. We did not intend to come home with a car, but everyone was so friendly and Shay got us such a great deal I ended up getting the best Birthday present ever, a new Q5. 5 stars, plus plus for everyone at Audi BH. Happy to be part of the family.

We had a very pleasant experience at Audi BH from beginning to end (this was our easiest experience at a dealership yet). We worked mainly with Hunter, who was absolutely wonderful. From the beginning of the process to the actual purchase he was very helpful and non-pressuring, which made us more apt to purchasing the vehicle. We ended up with a certified pre-owned Audi A3 Quattro and we felt like we got a really good purchase price and didn't have to haggle. The finance manager Nick was also great and was very efficient at getting us through the paperwork portion. We felt completely comfortable during the entire process at this dealership and would recommend coming here to anyone looking to purchase a car.

The sales Lina had really bad attitude, she told me why do you need a daily use car if you have a sports car already. That s really funny, I can believe that s said by a sales. That s the worst experience that I have never had, I won t consider Audi anymore, she also told me Audi it s better than Porsche. LOL

Where to begin.. I bought a CPO S4 that had some issues after I got the car. During the time of me coming back and forth from work/ home to the dealer I started to get really frustrated as would anyone . My salesman of the year Josh Barnajian was supper helpful on getting things done and available 24/7. I Have to also extend my thanks to the GM Micheal Bradford for really making things happen with the help of Jason on finding me a better S4 and trading the car out for me . Oh did I forget to mention they even gave me a car cover and the first service on the car just because ... HAVE TO SAY REALLY COOL !!!!!! Thanks Bev Hills Audi and my boy Josh. Go buy a car from Josh he will make you laugh ....

Ryan Bradley is the salesperson you want! Buying a car from out-of-state can have it's drawbacks and it can be a lengthy process. Ryan made the transaction as smooth as silk. Ryan's knowledge, professionalism and get it done attitude was nothing short of fantastic! Ryan walked me through the process, expedited the paperwork, arranged for an amazing transport company and was spot on in every way. If you want a salesperson that you can trust and someone to get the job done in a timely fashion, (especially out-of-state purchases) Ryan is definitely your man!

I drove all the way from San Diego up to Beverly Hills to purchase a new Audi from the folks at Audi BH. Sam, the general manager is a gentleman. He has hired the best and brightest in the business. Everyone treated us with courtesy and respect. They were extremely customer centric and very accommodating. We got a very good deal and more importantly were treated extremely well. Our salesmen Andy, who delivered the car to us was very knowledgeable and Andrew, the finance manager, was outstanding.

Do not be fooled by the address, these folks are genuine and very caring. They provided an outstanding customer experience for us. We wished we lived closer so that we could get our car serviced there.

We are grateful to Sam and his team and sincerely appreciate their amazing service. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a great sales experience at Audi Beverly Hil...

I had a great sales experience at Audi Beverly Hills. Everything was running along very smoothly until the final year of my 36-month lease. In for a routine car wash, the drivers at Audi Beverly Hills backed my car into a pole. It was a Saturday so I was told to come back Monday to drop the car for repairs and obtain a rental on the dealer. When i showed up Monday, no one knew who I was. I managed to get a ride to Enterprise, but they had no record of a reservation for my loaner car. I made the shuttle driver come inside and call the service manager on his cell and managed to get a car: a Chevy Cruze, as Enterprise claimed they had no Audis. I figured I'd be a good sport since my experience with Audi had been great thus far.

About a week went by with no phone contact from the dealer so I drove back on lunch and grabbed the service manager who said he couldn't believe I wasn't in an Audi and he'd put me in one the next day. So I stopped back at Enterprise before work and got: an A3, which I drove for the next week with, again, no contact on the status of my repair.

After two weeks, it struck me that I was still paying Audi Financial Services for the full lease on my A5, yet I had been put in vehicles of lower value talk about adding insult to injury. They'd smashed up my car, then had me driving around in cheaper rental cars seemingly indefinitely. So I drove back to the dealer on my lunch (the third time now, mind you) and, again, the service manager seemed awestruck I was in an A3. So I went back to Enterprise for the third time and was given a Q5. Kudos for this being the right move, but boy did I have to do all the work for it.

I was without my car for about 6 weeks, then thanked god that terrible experience was behind me ...

... until October 2016 when I came in for a routine service recall and they smashed up my A5 for the second time in six months(!). A driver wrapped the passenger panel around a pole. They tried to put me in a rental A4 but having learned my lesson before I refused to be in anything less than my lease payments.

Humorously, I received a customer service survey before I got my car back, so when prompted as to whether my service was "Truly Exceptional" I said absolutely not. This prompted a "Guest Experience Advisor" to reach out to me (promising start). We spoke by phone and I then emailed her the photos of both incidents. Her response: "I am so sorry, the visual really upsets me. You are in good hands and I will see you through this. I am on it now." After which she ... never contacted me again (ha!).

My lease ended March 2017 and the car had low milage (~17,000 miles after 36 months) and my inspection showed no needed repair. So I reached back out to the "Guest Experience Advisor" requesting: "Given the two incidents with valet staff at Audi Beverly Hills, the manner in which the incidents were (mis)handled, and the time I was placed in rental vehicles of lower value than my lease payments, I'd like to request my disposition fee be waived from my vehicle return."

The disposition fee is a nominal $350, but at this point my "Guest Experience" with Audi had gone so far south, my hope was they would credit me as a gesture of customer service. Her response: Audi could waive the fee ... if I were to lease another Audi from them. Those of you familiar with leasing know that's the standard offer for re-upping on a new lease.

So unfortunately what started out great ended up as quite a poor experience. And be warned: if you own your Audi or take great care of your leased Audi in hopes of getting an in-the-money early buyout, taking your Audi to Audi Beverly Hills--even for a routine car wash or maintenance check-up--is jeopardizing the value of your vehicle. Body damage like this torpedos a vehicle's resale value. And though you'd hope a dealer that claims to strive for a customer experience that is "Truly Exceptional" would right any truly unexceptional experiences come lease end, that motto doesn't seem to translate to anything actionable when it counts most.

I have gone through the process of purchasing and leasing cars many many times. I must say I've never had such a pleasant experience as I did with Audi. Customer service is exceptional and Faizal helped me get a great deal. I shopped around with different Audi dealerships and Beverly Hills Audi was by far the best one. Thank you BH Audi and Faizal for helping me get the car I've been obsessing over forever!

My experience here was absolutely phenomenal. Jason was by far the best car salesman my mom and I have ever dealt with - a down to earth, honest person who makes sure you walk out of the dealership with nothing less than what you were looking for. Yuliya was so helpful, patient and made sure our every need was met. Cannot wait to do business with the two of these people again in the future!

Worst experience from any customer service industr...

Worst experience from any customer service industry. I brought my car in with a failing battery ( the service coordinator tested and said oh yes its the battery) but we have to charge $235 diagnostics. Thats fine Audi is somewhat of a luxury so you have to pay for it. I also mentioned the brake pedal felt soft and rpm sometimes were radeling at the low end. The service coordinator says that will be another $235 per issue( after we filled out the paper work). $700 to plug the car to a computer and check the error codes!!!. Battery cost me $400 to replace, two other issues I refused to pay $235 per issue, I was told the airbag recall would be taken care of( they didn t and have no timeline of when this might be ready, simply told me Audi will notify you) they did recommend a $600 service for oil change, spark plugs and filters. I took the car to a certified Audi/Porsche dealer ( I won t mention a name since I don t want this to seem like I am promoting another place, this is the same place Audi if Beverly Hills takes their cars older then 5-6 years). Spark plugs don t need replacement ( checked by computer as to an eye you can t tell if it s a sparkplug with 1000 miles or 50000) brake pedal was checked by computer for proper resistance, and oil changed was performed all for $156 with a smile. Audi of Beverly Hills wanted $500 to check these issues and $600 for service. The cherry on top: car wasn t ready when i went to pick it ( they apologized and gave me a $50 gift card that you can spend on accessories, i couldn t use it towards my bill they made that clear) and they didn t have time to wash the car, it was left outside the whole time ( I took the car in clean). Lisa who I am sure will chime in here called me two days after and wanted me to give them another chance to go back to their dealership so they can make it right ( which I do appreciate the call and thank you for reaching out) I just wanted to share my experience here at Audi of Beverly Hills. Stay away from this place, there is better people out there offering stellar service

I thought the car of my dreams (small, zippy, totally tricked out, affordable) didn't exist, but Amanda Hart at Audi Beverly Hills found it for me and got me a screamin' deal on it! Everyone at the dealership was great, but Amanda was just amazing! She knows her inventory backwards and forwards and she put me in the perfect car, then took the time to walk me through all the bells and whistles before sending me on my way. I never felt pressured or rushed -- just totally understood and taken care of! Thanks, Amanda and Audi Beverly Hills!

Worse service ever go to Santa Monica Audi it may be a trek but worth it. I brought my new audi in only 2000 miles with a leak from the water resevoir they kept my car overnight. The next day they said nothing was wrong. A few hours later it happened again. This car only has 2000 miles on it. This is my 5th Audi, I love the car but HATE THE service with Beverly Hills.

My brand specialist Joshua was very amiable and most importantly he was open and transparent with me all along the way. He made sure I was comfortable with the options and checked in throughout to make sure I was on the same page. He went above and beyond to make the car-buying steps painless and smooth, even providing advice on insurance deals. Excellent service! Sharon in finance was extremely helpful and informative as well. She was patient as I inundated her with questions, and I left the dealership feeling confident and excited! Overall a great experience.

I just leased my second Audi in two years from sales manager Ryan Bradley and the process went as smooth as ever. I reached out to him on a Wednesday to inquire about leasing an S5 Convertible, he responded quickly with a great offer, and within 48 hours the car was delivered to me. He made the process once again easy and quick and I never even had to step foot in the dealership. Can't wait to reach out for my third Audi soon! Thanks again, Ryan!

My battery died on my brand new pre-owned A5 that I got from another dealership. I called in to the dealership on a Sunday and Tyler had helped me out even though their service center was closed. He gave me some advice and attempted to walk me through some troubleshooting. Unfortunately it didn't work, but I did end up getting a jump a few times to get me to the Service Center where I was greeted by Carlos, who was very pleasant and helpful. He was thorough in looking to see if there were any recalls that may be applicable to my car on top of checking out the battery and tires. The notifications were timely and I did get my car completed by the end of the day! Great first experience with Audi of Beverly Hills. Definitely will go see them again if the car needs servicing!

First in class experience! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle from Jonas and Jimmy. I typically dread the car buying experience due to the overall sales process and feeling as if my interests are not a priority. Jonas completely changed my experience. He was responsive, engaged, and always going the extra mile to make my buying experience what it should be, enjoyable. Speaking of going the extra mile, he even delivered the car to my house which to say the least, was more than a short drive. Even though I don't live close to Audi of Beverly Hills, I will purchase and service all of my future vehicles from here. Thank you again, Jonas and Jimmy!

Trisha Maldonado was our sales lady and I couldn't be more happy with the service she provided. From beginning to end she was there with exceptional follow through. Every person I encountered at Fletcher Jones provided a positive experience, I would highly recommend getting a car from them.

This dealership is just pathetic. I wouldn't recommend it. The employees and the sales people are just careless and liars. When I bough the car the person doing my paper work forgot to take down payment and I had to remind it or else I would have to come there again. I had confirmed that all the paper work was done and there was nothing left behind but still I got a call on the other day that they give me their paper work along with mine and I had to go there to give it to them. The sales guy said that they are the highest Audi selling dealership in USA then their people must be doing the same paper work multiple times a day but still make mistake not once but twice! Anyways that's not it! The most ridiculous part was when the Salas's guy was handing me the car keys! I asked him for a second key and he said I don't have a second key but I will check and let you know. The most funny part was after this. If you have ever seen an Audi key then you knw that it's a electronic key and it has a slot in which it has the manual key which is the part of the same key! This guy remove that manual key and tells me that the manual key is key one 1 and the electronic part is the second key so you technically have two keys ! Can you imagine ! I got very angry but I didn't wanted to ruin my mood and excitement for my new car but still there was more. He showed me a valet key which comes with the car but it had only the outer plastic box and not the plastic key and I was like where is the key how can a valet guy start the car and park with this ! then he replied that you can remove that electronic key and fit in plastic box and it will work as valet key but when he was trying to show and it couldn't fit he was like I will get one for you latter and call you. I was like ok he will call me for the second pair and the valet key but he didn't. I had my parents coming to visit me from out of states so I got busy and then I had my job deadlines so could get an appropriate time to call and almost 3 months passed by. I had to visit service center for my 15k service which I had paid for but when I reached there the service guy said that your car has already been serviced for 15k when you had bought it since it was a preowned car and your Audi care only has 25 35 and 45k services. I was like ok must be, I trusted them since they where the biggest Audi of USA, however after a month which is like a week ago I moved to Texas and my car showed me service sign at bout 20k miles. So I took appointment at nearest showroom and they told me that my car wasn't serviced for 15k miles and If it would have been then it would have showed in the system. That means Audi of Beverly hill lied again. I wouldn't have wrote the review but when I got to know about the service history then I felt that this shouldn't happen with anyone else and thought of sharing the truth of the big Beverly hill Audi dealership ! Ohh yea I forgot to mention that when I went for the 15k service at Beverly Hills I spoke to some lady and told her what had happen and I didn't get my keys then she was like I am sorry I have your vin number and I will call you in like a hour so you don't have to wait. Again she didn't call either. They should be given the best worst customer service award ! I truly believe that they were my life worst mistake until now.

Do not hesitate to make a purchase at Audi Beverly...

Do not hesitate to make a purchase at Audi Beverly Hills.
It's all about their people and the pleasant, easy and graceful experience they create for you.

I'm an Audi loyalist; have been over 14 Audi's in the family, the 1st being a Fox wagon. So I know what makes a superb Audi Dealership.

It's all about personal relationships.

Audi Beverly Hills speaks Audi with fluency, and is doubtless in the Pantheon of the nation's finest dealerships.

I'm on the East Coast and needed an assist steering my 32 year old daughter toward the best Audi dealership near Venice Beach where she lives. She had a choice. She'd decided to trade her aging BMW convertible for a safer, nimble and firm-footed Q5.

The General Manager of my tried and true Greenwich dealership said Sam Yadegari, the General Manager of Beverly Hills ran one of the best dealerships in the Country.

My GM said: 'The only choice. Just a great dealership. Beverly Hills; but down to earth and person to person oriented.'

Audi's have saved family lives three times. And have provided ergonomic, elegantly simple driving platforms. I drive German cars, but other than my Mother's vintage Benz, I gave up on BMW years ago; they've lost touch with their heritage. My son drives a VW R32 Stage 3. Which, of course, is the Audi bloodline. I trust these cars with my kid's lives.
I need dealerships I can trust to sell and service our cars. I enjoy getting to know the people at our dealerships. I've had three truly fine ones, including the first Audi franchised dealership in the USA.

By telephone, it's apparent from, "Hello," that you're dealing with real people at Audi Beverly Hills. No pretense. No arrogance. Just, 'what can we do to help make your experience great and seamless.'

That's it. Plain and simple.

While traveling, I've had two brushes with "Audi dealerships" owned by AutoNation and Sonic. A major caveat emptor there. They speak their own language; they do not speak Audi, or comport themselves as representatives of the marque.

Audi Beverly Hills does the Audi Marque proud. Putting its customers and owners 1st. I learned that quickly from my daughter's experience and my own conversations with Sam, Nympha and Tashi.
Each one, exceptional.

Which fits with the Audi dealership credo: 'exceed your expectations.'

- what a gentleman of the highest order Sam is; and what a dealership he must run. That's what my daughter has said. "Sam was charming." A wonderful place.

My daughter's deal was finalized within ten minutes. Not because of a hard sell. Quite the opposite. Sam knew what car she wanted and he made the purchase an easy one; like an intra family transfer of ownership.

The reviews I read here confirm that my daughter's experience was not an exception but the rule.

Sam's team measures up to the best in the business.
Nympha the Finance Manager gave my daughter the finest Audi extended warranty and service products; and handled the 'sit down with business manager,' as the opposite to the general rule, which is usually a confusing time, spent fending off aftermarket products that make a dealership profit.
She simply finalized a sale with utmost professionalism and simplicity.

Yuliya thoroughly walked her through all the features at delivery. Tashi followed up an email I'd left re: a future purchase, with a next day call-back to me; she had an easy and natural grace on the phone.

I can breathe easily, knowing that my daughter is in the best hands. I'm certain Service Advisors, Service Dept., Parts, all match Sam's exacting standards, which speak of openness and client care above all else.
She will avail herself of their free car washes, their airport shuttle service and a large loaner fleet when she brings her car in for service.

Audi Beverly Hills is a family. I had no idea who the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group was. Now I do. At the top. And Audi Beverly Hills fits hand in glove with their business model.

Service first and foremost.

Thank you Sam for making my daughter's experience unparalleled in every way.
What a friendly and graceful place.

Really bad experience. We wanted to buy a car for my girlfriend with his father who came especially from France. We chose an used Audi A3 and told us that we put a down payment of 5000$ and that the money was coming from France in about 3 days. They made us come back 3 times to tell us that it was against the law to do that so we didn t get the car . Such liars. Because we then went to Infiniti which is literally across the street and we actually bought the car by doing same process (down payment) then once we got the money from France we went back to finalize the purchase. Apparently the law applies only at Audi bh but not at Infiniti bh

Very good experience in finding the exact model I was looking for, they have huge inventory and can get just about anything in a 300 mile radius.
I didn't make a move right away, but they were always patient, attentive, courteous, friendly and proactive. I did find the exact car I wanted, it was delivered to the house, the previous car was picked up and all end-of-lease issues were handled painlessly and easily outside in front of the house due to covid concerns, and that was it.
Great followup too when I wanted something a couple days later - same great generous attitude.
You know, I was wary of dealing with a Beverly Hills dealership because I might get lost among high-end customers who never worried about the sticker price or wanted to think it over like I do, or that the salespeople might be short or impatient with me... but I shopped around quite a bit and my best deal and my best response and "people" experience was with Audi Beverly Hills after all.

My husband and I called to schedule an appointment with a man named Shaun to test drive an S4. Over the phone the dealership said they had the specific car in stock and we would be able to test drive it. Upon arriving, 'Shaun' was not present, instead, a lady named Michele helped us. She was the rudest sales person I have ever met! She was inattentive and made us feel like she had better things to do. Her mannerisms were insulting and she rolled her eyes and made us feel unwelcome with her body language. Even though we came in with a 2 year old 60k car she told my husband he should just go look at a Volkswagen. She insulted the type of car we are driving currently, a Lexus RC 350, and basically told us we weren't going to find a car we wanted at our price point even though my husband specifically said he already had done just that at another Audi dealership. Although we were disappointed the car we wanted to test drive was unavailable, even though we called to check twice that day, we were more disappointed in the customer service. To top it off, the person who took us to test drive the S3 they had available was not knowledgeable at all about the car. He kept referring to the information sheet on the window when asked simple questions like if the car was an all wheel drive... WHILE driving.

Such a breath of fresh air from the sub-par service at Santa Monica Audi. This establishment is first class and measures up to what you would expect from an Audi dealership. Special thank you to Andrew in service for his attentiveness and communication. I have found my new dealership.

As if car buying wasn t stressful enough, I just received the WORST customer service, WORST experience from Audi Beverly Hills.
Saw a 2014 Q5 online for a reasonable price, decided to make an appointment with Hunter, since que answered my original inquiry. His assistant Aaron confirmed the appointment yesterday morning. I specifically told Aaron I was driving from San Diego, which I also made aware to Hunter the first time we spoke.
My husband and I get there at 9:00am this morning, Hunter was not there. Amanda was nice enough to help us see the car we wanted and arranged a test drive with the help of Jarod.
While test driving I notice the mileage on the car was different from what was on their website.
Turns out the car I went to see sold the night before, allegedly. It didn t appear on their website nor inventory. Great! No heads up call before our 2 hr drive. Nothing. WOW! How disappointing, right? Keep reading...

We start talking numbers on this 2015 lower mileage car. Not good enough for us, so we start driving back to San Diego. 5 min later I get a call from Juan(sales supervisor) turn around, I got you a deal . Awesome(I thought)... well hold your horses.... but before you do that, let s start the financing process and congratulate you on your new vehicle and awesome deal. (A little sarcasm never hurts anyone) we fill out the form, wait a little, oops sign over here, wait some more. Here is the wire transfer info, wait a little more, here is the insurance info, I am already happy camper.

Once that was submitted, Juan comes over we re gonna save you some more money, the car you really came to see, is here. Weird, right?
I go see the car, but I m already hooked on the newer, lower mileage one.
To what I say, obviously, no thanks, I ll take the 2015 that you are already detailing for me
And this is what I get from Juan well, I can t sell you the 2015, because of blah blah and blah

WHAT???

At this point I am in awe, can not believe what I am hearing, how could this even happen? Is this even legal? Apparently, a that salesman s word is worth a big fat NOTHING. Oh! All that stuff you signed... nope. Never did I expect to be in this ugly situation and be lied to.

After going back and forth on how terrible this is, i ask to speak to his manager( 6 hrs now at this dealership, keep in mind our 2 hour drive from SD) wasted an entire day, literally.

Spoke to Sam(Sales Manager). Sam is aware of what happened and can not do much for us. The 2015 is not for sale and will not be selling at the price we were promised. Yeah, pretty shifty. Sam starts talking about 2014 and will discount $1000 from online price, we walked.

To all you car buyers out there, be careful, get the deal in writing before you think you re getting a deal to begin with.

By the way, never met Hunter.

I just needed a small button that had been knocked off at auto wash. Everyone was busy. The first service man that I was taken too, looked completely overwhelmed and said "make an appointment and we will take care of it". I knew this was ridiculous as all I needed was this button. He was an older man and was brushing me off. So I went to the parts office and immediately a man took me over to another service man, Andrew, I think, who was busy. But, he completed what he was doing and took care of me right away. In fact, he did the paperwork, and put the button on himself. So, Andrew was great and also the parts guys were very helpful.

Apparently, Andrew had heard what the other service said said to me (brushing me off).

So all said, it was an excellent experience, but I now know that I just have to find the right person to help me.

A pleasant experience. Efficient and explanatory. Swish place with TV screens in a lounge area and a gratis cafe bar. I had no appointment for a service but they fitted me in and in just over an hour I was driving away in a nice clean car as they had also washed it. Maybe my experience was sweetened a little by my service being the initial complementary one, but I really can't fault my time there, and I will be returning when my next service is due. Here's hoping for a similar outcome. Albeit, of course, a few $$$ lighter.
