I was greeted immediately upon driving into the service center. The options for service were clearly presented by Andrew. The atmosphere and friendliness of the service center made me feel welcome. The work was done on time and my nice, clean car was courteously delivered to me. What more could one ask for?

I had made an appointment at Audi Beverly HIlls to fix my headlight.. they sold me a headlight, then told me to go somewhere else to get it changed. That they were "too busy". Also they wouldn't reset any of my sensors, because I had gotten my oil changed somewhere else. Total a**holes!

This is our second purchase at Audi Beverly Hills in three months. Both times my wife and I were "just looking" and both times we left with the perfect car. That wasn't the result of high pressure tactics but rather the ability of Farhad Douroudian and his colleagues to match our requirements with exactly the right vehicle from their extensive inventory. This dealer gives new meaning to the phrase "one-stop shopping."

Found the Audi I've been looking for online and I asked for more information/pictures and a team of staff was quick to help. I got everything I needed and more. Once I went to check out the car it was as good as described and showed in the emails. Nabeel and Freddy were a great help and once I committed to the car Freddy helped me out and went above and beyond. I rolled away very happy with my experience and my new car. Went down twice to buy a Chevy volt for 22k, but sales person Luis and his manager Juan is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Just before buying and I realize it's missing a charger so I was asking for discount ($200) for the missing charger but they are unwilling to work with me and told me they don't negotiate the price on this dealer ever. Very disappointed and I went home empty handed. So my advise is, unless you buying Audi otherwise don't bother to go there. All vehicles prices they selling are not negotiable.

I've been to this location multiple times for the past 3 years to get services done on my car and it has always been a positive experience. Harry Cha, one of the service employees that I've had the pleasure of working with on a few occasions, has been nothing but exceptional each time. He is very responsive to my emails/texts and gives me constant updates while my car is being worked on. Everyone else at this location has also been very friendly and professional.

My experience @ Audi Beverly Hills was way better than thought it would be! Siavash Zarani took fantastic care of me from the moment I arrived
until the last moments when he helped me clear out my trade in to my new A5 Audi. We test drove 4 cars, he explained the pluses and minuses
of each car and knew how every function of each car worked!! He worked hard to make this deal and never gave up until I got what I wanted and be fair at the same time!

Scams, scams, scams. This dealership have a finance manager who is an ultimate lier and scammer. It was my first time leasing a car, she told me all the car maintenance such as oil change has to be done at the dealership and it's mandatory. She said the only time I can get the discounted package is at the time of signing. She sold Audi care to me for $300 more. It was added to the monthly payments, and she didn't give me a separate contract. She told me I can cancel it at any time for full refund before using the service, turns out I only had 60 days to get 95%of $1080 back, and as it goes longer there will be less percentage back!

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT AUDI BH!! This service department has the worst customer service and is now denying service on my vehicle (which is still under warranty) . My Audi Q5 has had nothing but problems for the last year or so and I have taken it in countless times for servicing. I get the same response from my service advisor every time I bring it in: we can t duplicate the issues . BUT, they actually HAVE duplicated the issues when I went on multiple test drives with the shop technicians who did in fact confirm 3 of my concerns (which I have documentation of). I even left my vehicle for an overnight test drive with another shop tech. They attempted to fix the issues every visit and still have yet to solve the problems. I had an appointment scheduled today for another attempt at repairs and was denied service by my service advisor, Ken. I was told by Ken that they WILL NOT be servicing my vehicle today because it s a Thursday afternoon and the repairs will take a few days & because they know what i m trying to do . YES... I filed my vehicle as a lemon with Audi USA, but does that mean I get retaliated against because of the claim and get denied service? I think any consumer that pays the premium for a luxury car would have the same concerns. The California Lemon Law is in place for a reason, so consumers are protected against large manufacturers and their intimidation techniques. I am in complete shock and disgust over how I am being treated by this dealership. I purchased this vehicle in good faith; believing and trusting the quality and reputation of the brand. To my surprise, I have had the complete opposite experience.

This is unacceptable Audi Beverly Hills!

If you want to be lied to, ripped off, and lied to some more then Audi Beverly Hills by FJ is the best fit for you.
I leased a 2016 DIESEL 3.0 TDI Q5 on October 30/2015. Approximately 1 month prior to my lease the VW emissions settlement/scandal was announced. Not Volkswagen, not AudiUSA not the BH dealership, not anyone informed me that there is already a recall on it. I never got anything in the mail/email by dealership nor by VW head office. How do you bind someone on a 3 yr contract without disclosing to them that there is a recall on that car?
So here is when it gets fun...
I went back 1.5 yrs later TWICE and asked if I could somehow get out of the lease as the monthly payments were too heavy for me. I wanted to stick to audi and get a different car. Dealers and managers (I can provide names if anyone cares to know)... looked into it deeply and came back with "its not in your best interest as there is still another 1.5 yrs left from your contract.
So here is a fact confirmed by AudiUSA- as part of the VW settlement I had the option to give the car back and receive $2000.00 back. I was able to give the car back literally the same day I got it. Did any of these thieves bother to tell me this? NOPE
Had they told me even when I went back to get out of the car I would have simply been given another car and a new lease. I ve been a solid Audi driver for years. So it would have been a no brainer switch for the dealers not to mention a returning loyal customer.
It wasn't until recently I was listening to MPR about the settlement and it just dawned on me that VW owns Audi and I have been driving a diesel 3.0 for nearly 3 yrs now. I looked up my VIN and sure enough my car had a recall on it from day 1. This car should have never even been given to me like that. Nothing was disclosed and due to the immense disorganized dealer-AudiUSA relationship I never received anything informing me of this situation.
Of course I find out 2 months before my lease is up!

So I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your lousy service, your dishonesty, and the great hassle you put me into. I am now running around dealing with the settlement paperwork, getting it notarized etc. in the nick of time of returning the vehicle! THANKS!!

Harry Cha has been a phenomenal service consultant. I've had two clients who have needed their vehicles serviced in the last month, and I set up the appointments with Harry on both occasions. He made the entire process extremely easy, and he made sure to keep in constant communication with me to update me on the progress of the vehicles. I would recommend him to anyone out there who needs their Audi serviced! Thanks again Harry!

BEWARE!!!! These guys are the biggest crooks on the planet. I sold an R8 to them over a month and a half ago and they ve been withholding the equity check they owe back to me of over $5k, claiming they mailed the check which never came and now finding excuses they can t cut a new one. I m going to have to pursue legal action just to get $5k they owe me. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I love Audi, it s a lot of fun. But please read this before go to AUDI BEVERLY HILLS for maintenance.

I gave them 5-star after my 75k mile maintenance on my 2010 A4 this February because I felt so welcomed when I first arrived this place. But you can only know a place when things happened.

Let s make it short:

1.Two days after maintenance, tire pressure light showed up. They charged a lot, but don t even check the tire pressure?
2.My A4 started vibrating when rpm reach above 2k. Never happened before. They said it was caused by the loose engine mount. But when I came back recently, they said need to change the suspension components/ wheel bearings/ axle flange transmission and would cost ~10k.
3.Around half a month after the maintenance, passenger front brake started making noise. I thought the noise might be due to the weather and would disappear eventually. But after I went aboard for travel/conference for two months, the noise was still there and getting worse. So I went to another auto repair and was told the seal of the caliper was broken. I came back to AUDI Beverly hills recently and asked why they didn t mention it in the maintenance report since it could cause safety issue. They said they checked the thickness of brake pad and it looked fine so they won t check the caliper. So Check Brake System for damage, leaks, on your website for 75k maintenance package is just a joke?

I have a lot to say, but it is their attitude makes me to write this review. I just wanted to know how to get rid of the brake noise and asked for a solution, well, they said we can give you a discount to fix it, but you want us to do it for free? No way .

Good, feel like a stupid idiot at your place.

I've been in the car trade for years and I know a genuine guy when I see one!

Michael was so great and helpful and never pushed me into anything.. I leased an rs5 and he just lays his cards on the table from the start... no tricks just and honest guy with a no pressure sales method..

So much so... that I'm going to make sure I always buy a car where ever he is at! He just made everything so easy!

Diego assisted me with a system fault in my car. He was sincere in making sure I received a great service as well as getting out of the dealership quickly. I had a great service and they got me out of the service department in under 30 minutes!

Do not take your car to this dealership for repair. I took my car twice and each time was in the shop for more than 30 days. Be careful if you get a loaner from them. Make sure you look at every little dot and take pictures. They will come back and try to blame you for every little dent that is on the loaner. I have dealt with high end car dealerships from Tesla to MBZ to BMW and have never had such horrible experience in my life. Will never ever purchase an Audi from dealership or take my care for repair here. I would give a zero rating, but I can't

I felt patronized and marginalized. No good explanation was given to me as to why my 25k mile service (estimated to take 2.5 hours) lasted for 5 DAYS including the weekend--a weekend when I was entertaining guests from out of town.

I brought my car in on Thursday morning. I got a call Friday lunch time suggesting they change my tires, too. Fine. But, I informed them, I wanted the car that afternoon. I get call Friday 5pm telling me to "get comfortable" in the non-Audi rental car. Reason: They were "behind". Uh... Pep Boys could do a faster job.

My impression is that my service was down-prioritized based on who knows what... age, race, pushiness? In any case, I felt marginalized. Not what one would expect from a Fletcher Jones/Beverly Hills outfit.

I won't be going back...

I would give negatives if I could. Sales - AMAZING. Service - by far the WORST SERVICE EVER. Not once, not twice, not three, but plenty. Every single time I take my car in for a "free car wash" it is an ordeal. I've taken my car for a wash at the dealership no more than five times in almost a year and ALL five times I've had an issue with getting my car back (despite the fact that I call 40 min before to let them know I am coming in). I've waited at the dealer for an hour (plus the 40 from when I called it in)! I do not think this is normal to have my car take up to an hour and and 40 to get transported back to the dealer from La Cienega. One time, I even had to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment I had at 6:30PM, because I was at that time, I was STILL waiting for my car at the dealer. It is completely absurd. The last of it was yesterday, I called their service department and made an appointment. Girl offers me a 1PM opening. I take my car in today, at 1PM and they tell me their car wash closes at 12:40. They really don't even want to take me in at this point. They take me in, but offer me a three hour wait. It is SUCH an inconvenience. He said it could take hours, not sure how many, at the very least an hour and a half. I went at 1PM purposely during my hour lunch and was planning on waiting there for my car. Now, I have to uber back to work (miles away) only to have to go pick it up again (another uber). Where is the "free car wash" then? I would much rather pay $50 to $100 dlls to get my car washed somewhere else. I figured it's the dealer and they will have better service or will take care of it a bit better (given that it's a lease - at the end of the day, they will keep that car, not me) but it turns out, it's WORSE. I refuse to EVER take my car in to that dealership unless I absolutely HAVE to. I have tried to work with them on previous occasions. I've even thought it might be my fault for taking it during rush hour, or maybe I am not calling it in with with enough time in advance, but no, it's not me. I've tried taking it and waiting there so I don't end up waiting for my car for up to an hour and STILL have an issue with getting my car washed.

This is by FAR the worst service I have EVER experienced with a dealer. I'm sure it is not just their personnel, it is the lack of communication within the whole service department. And I say service, because when I got that car, the customer service at the sales department was superb! I was so excited, but all that has now faded.

Unacceptable for Audi of Beverly Hills.

I was extremely happy with everything here. Awesome service advisor Diego Perez always takes the most excellent care of me.

In one particular service, not only did he make sure that there were several things that needed to be fixed were covered under my warranty, he found one of the problems I was having was a recall situation and it was fixed at no charge. He was very clear and detailed in his explanation of everything. I need this when I'm throwing down $$$$ for something as simple as the 45k service. They had the car for 5 days, gave me a diesel courtesy vehicle, which totally rocked, and followed up on a regular basis to apprise me of the situation. The stress and anxiety of car issues was greatly eased and I've never been able to say that before when dealing with my vehicle.

Everything was very timely, everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and courteous. Audi is a spendy brand to maintain, so this helps ease the pain of that considerably. I would highly suggest requesting Diego for your service advisor, he'll take excellent care of you and will ensure that you'll have an exceptional experience.

Car repairs can be a painful experience - I find them particularly stressful - but Fletcher Jones made it as pain-free as possible. They were totally fair & reasonable with me. Fariba was my sales person and she did a fantastic job. She was receptive to what my objectives were and ultimately executed on making sure they were met. I ended up leasing the exact car (A6) with the exact specs at the exact price. How many car buyers can say that! I guess the men and women who serve our country get a big FU from Beverly Hills Audi. I wanted to buy a 2014 Audi S4 from them yesterday. I live in AZ and there just aren't any Monsoon Grey S4's with Rear Sport Diff. So the guy tells me they don't do financing for out of state. I told them I already have my own financing through USAA. All they would have to do is open an email put in what account they wanted the money wired into. The guy after talkin with his boss says it has to come from me personally. No auto lender is going to just deposit that much in my account, so I can turn around and wire it to them from my account. USAA is a respectable large company that serves the men and women who serve our country. Thanks for you lack of appreciation BH Audi. Shameful.

Had an excellent experience purchasing my Audi at Beverly Hills. After several bait and switch tactics at competing dealerships, I stopped by Audi of Beverly Hills where Willie not only honored the deal we negotiated over the phone, but after a few minutes of talking he was able to beat the deal!! Not many salesman go out of their way to make sure you're completely satisfied with the price you get on the car, most just do their best to "hard sell" on the vehicle itself --- Willie is the exception. Patient, calm, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Willie!
