What a pleasant experience! I walked in and was promptly greeted by a salesman who made the whole experience so easy and straight forward. My wife and I test drove a 2017 Q7 and fell in love. I returned the next day and The general manager, Sam who is such a pleasant and friendly guy, gave me a great deal on the Q7 I wanted and within 30 minutes I was driving off. They even returned my Lexus to the dealership for me which saved me a ton of time and headache. Hands down the best experience I have had leasing a car! Highly recommended...

I rarely (never) give five-star reviews, they are ...

I rarely (never) give five-star reviews, they are often unrealistic, misleading, and/or paid for by companies to some people in a third-world country. However, I must give this dealership a five-star rating, as there were no negatives during my experience; no matter how I personally feel about high marks.

I had been in the market for our first full-size luxury SUV for about five months now, and my family and I were trading our non-luxury SUV for something a bit more...comfortable and refined. As many luxury dealers (Rusnak & Monrovia), they judge for what you look like, what you drive/trade, and how you're dressed...A "non-luxury" customer, quickly feels out of place, provided ridiculous/out of reach prices/offers, and/or tossed to the side for more..."luxury" customers (who drive for example: an R8/M5). This was surprisingly not the case at Beverly Hills Audi.

Although the facilities seemed a bit dated and were hard to traverse, they were clean, provided valet, and were adequately staffed. From the time my family and I walked in, we were greeted with dignity, respect, and professionalism (something other dealerships should learn from).

I initiated and remained in contact with the Internet-Sales staff (Tina) prior to my arrival...thus making it a breeze upon getting there. The staff was more than accommodating through the purchase process. They provided A+ service-driven attitude, worked quite-well with my trade's value, and (more importantly) the purchased vehicle's price (Taylor). Additionally (and upon purchase completion), they provided myself and spouse a much needed crash course on the MMI computer systems (Amanda) hence we were only familiar with the much different iDrive system.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get any maintenance packages (AudiCare/TempCare); in lieu of the steep pricing; even with the Costco discounts. We are now looking at shopping around and finding more competitive prices and/or alternatives to maintain our investment running like new. Subsequently, it was overall an unmatched experience; in lieu of the quality of the product as well as the quality of the staff.

I conclude by thanking all of the aforementioned who made this experience as seamless as buying a new phone/carrier contract. To the regular hard-working blue-collar American who dreams to have a luxury vehicle but thinks it can t materialize it, please know that it is possible with dealerships like Beverly Hill Audi to make your driving dreams come true.

Pushy salesman refused to listen to what I was looking for and totally turned me off. Have since received several calls to interest me in other cars that are not what I'm looking for. Now emails requesting feedback. Well, here it is. Go to another Audi dealership. Several friends have told me that they will hound you for a review until you're ready to scream. Only give your email and number if you're ready to buy or to be caught in an onslaught of pestering communication.

Very courteous staff, Worked with Joseph and Trenton who were very responsive and understood my ask. Finalize the deal on an exceptional A7 and flew back to San jose in few hours ..... This is my third car transaction with Audi Beverly Hills and they are very professional and flexible to work with. They are focused on customer service and their sales reps have gone above and beyond - even coming to my house to help program the garage door opener.
They are respectful of their client's schedules and help to make the process efficient and smooth.

Raj Modha was superlative, managed to hold a car that was $3000.00 below Bluebook, a 2016 A4 2T w/ 9500.00 miles on the clock, a Diamond in their lingo, for a solid week until I got back in town to purchase the car, had to sway his manager that I was a solid buyer, this car would have sold to the first person that walked in the door without his support.

Nympha was a solid documents gal that really knows her job. This is the very best Audi dealer in Southern Cal., I went to them all before I discovered them on CarFacts. That wasn't the only car they had under Bluebook, I would have bought another if they couldn't hold it, but they did. Five Stars!!!

Feel free to shop around but if you're looking for an Audi in the LA area, this dealership should be your last stop. I had an incredible experience with Farhad. He worked with me to get to an almost mind-boggling price to lease my A3 Cabriolet, and made the process as seamless as possible. I love my new car, and plan to recommend this dealership to friends.

Oh, and you better believe I'll be back here often to take advantage of those free car washes ;)

I recently was relocated by the firm to LA. Thus this was the first time I came to Audi Beverly Hills with my 2013 A5 for routine service at 35,000 miles. Mr. Cha was my service representative. He was very responsive, efficient, and professional. The service process was fast. And of course with the courtesy wash, and to tell the truth, they cleaned the interior better than some normal carwash. One day before my appoint, the computer alerted me that the left headlight failed. Audi Beverly Hills replaced the bulb with warranty during the service too. All in all, Audi Beverly Hills and Mr. Cha provided great experience. I surely will come back next time.

Took my Audi S5 to this dealership to look into a flat tire I had. I worked with James Tirelli, who was an awesome Service Advisor. Unlike some dealers, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, or push me to do anything that he wanted me to do, but rather recommended what I needed. He got my tire replaced merely 3 hours, and he kept me updated though the entire process. The entire staff at this location seems very nice and helpful. They did a hell of a job with washing my car as well!

I went to the Audi of Beverly Hills Dealership with the intention to buy a new A3 TDI (Diesel) and I did! I had done my research at two other Audi dealerships (Pacific & Newport Beach) during the previous month and I also did tons of research online over the past 6 months. All my research pointed me to Audi of Beverly Hills and the A3 TDI. Their selection can t be beat, everyone was friendly and welcoming and the dealership was clean and exhibited Audi prestige. My sales associate Daniel Mironescu was truly exceptional. He was helpful, supportive and knowledgeable throughout every step of the process. I could not have imagined a better experience than I had with Daniel. He has been available to me since I purchased the A3 and the overall follow-up from Audi Beverly Hills has been impressive to say the least. Transparency and trust were evident while working out the deal and I was treated fairly, with respect and no questions were left unanswered. Looking forward to visiting for my free car washes and future service needs!

I was wrongfully charged a $500 fee for the tinier of the tiniest dings to the courtesy car I was given during my SQ5's service, a damage that is totally questionable and almost impossible that was done by me in 24 hours. I was never offered another option that wasn't a courtesy car that is not insured. I was never sent the agreement and responsibilities of that car that was given to me. I never agreed to use my own personal car insurance to protect a car that I wasn't even made aware it wasn't protected. I never authorized to have a $500 charge to fix the damage. I was never given the option to fix it myself or to use credit card insurance. All in all, it was a big scam set up to extort $500 from a customer and I've never felt so tricked in my life and definitely did not expect it to happen from a brand like Audi. I'm making everyone I know aware of what you guys did. I'm never having another Audi and I'll make sure to bring as many people as possible with me.

horrible customer service. I called in because my car had a issue while driving up to LA. I called in and the lady told me to stop by the service department and they will top it off. I explained how I need to be at the airport at 1230 to get my handi-cap grandma. I get there and the guy tells me everyone is on lunch and I need to wait till one. I went out of the way 20 minutes just to go to this place and they didn't have the basic communication skills to tell me ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to provide me service until 1.

My first & last Audi car. Terrible service. Minor issues happening & they don t know how to fix it. Keeps reoccurring! They say they worked on the car properly but in reality they didn t do anything for 2 straight weeks. We have the app to check every time they turned it on and they just turned it on 1 time from the 2 weeks of it sitting there. Horrible customer service especially the advisors . Definitely returning the car & never getting a car from them again!

I had some car trouble while on a road trip on my vacation. I stopped at another Audi dealership but they were not very helpful with my situation. Then I came to Bev Hills Audi. Harry was kind and helpful. He immediately showed me inside my car where the water pump was leaking. He said he would need to keep the car to replace it but he offered me a loaner car so that I could finish my road trip to the desert. His demeanor, "bed side manner" and compassion were above and beyond and made all of the difference in being able to complete my trip. I would bring my car back to Bev. Hills Audi because of the excellent customer service I received from Harry.

On Aug/2018 I bought the first Audi I ever owned, I was always a Mercedes S Class person for luxury and BMW M6 person for performance, I work 18 hours a day 7 days a week and I never have free time to shop around yet I always wanted to try the Audi A8 so I went to visit Audi in Beverly Hills, Boy I tell you they had one Beautiful A8 L 4.0T !!!
As soon as I got into the dealership I met Mr. Kami one of the most knowledgeable nice and and well informed person in the Audi Brand and that is exactly what I needed as it was the first time I was introduced more closely and in person to the Audi brand, fist customer advice I will offer is if you ever step into this dealership the first thing you have to do is ask for Mr. Kami senior brand specialist this will be your first action for successful purchase of an Audi. completing the deal and negotiating the price I also communicated with Mr Sean the sales manager that also was very nice and professional and I would say very patient, this is very important for a customer buying a car that the seller will be patient from his side as it is a big decision, so thank you for that Mr. Sean.
In finance I worked with Amy the finance manager she as well was patient and helpful, while in one point I had an issue with a missing part in the car were Anne the used car manager had to help me and she did as well provided me with the help needed for the missing part and even called me personally to solve that missing part issue, so thank you for that.
When I got home and inspected the car more closely I found some issues that need to be address but this time by the repair shop, no big deal stuff that was covered by warranty and in this case I was serviced by Mr. David Cohen that also deserve a special thank you for offering one of the best experience I ever had in a repair shop so thank you Mr. David Cohen for that you are truly an asset to Audi !
In one point in the repair shop someone backed-up into my car and scratched it a little but Mr. David was immediately on it and made sure the detail department will buff it out at the best of their ability and it looks better, there is still small mark but I can live with it, also I should note that as soon as Mr. Kami from sales heard about it he immediately offered to mail to me some original paint for touch ups ! this is what I call caring for the customer displaying kindness and concern, so again thank you for that. Well in a few month I will visit again to see maybe it is time for an Audi R8. Thank you everybody in Audi Beverly Hills I will come to visit again soon......

Reza, arranged for the repair of my front grill and it was done without a lot of complaining and red tape because the defect in the material was not one that anyone had seen before. Instead of making me the problem, the problem was dealt with in an efficient and satisfactory way. I am grateful that any back and forth with the manufacturer on the issue did not involve me. It was service that would make me
consider not buying another make of car.

Do not deal with this dealership! One wouldn't expect a Beverly Hills dealership to be so shady and sleazy. I was supposed to get a refund check for extended warranty almost 4 months ago as they gave me the wrong information. They have been giving me the runaround for months! Expect lies and unkept promises with this dealership!

My wife and I Leased a vehicle here. What a nightmare. We should have walked out. If someone was paying the amount we did to lease this vehicle, you would assume we wouldn't have to wait 6-7 hours (after agreeing to terms) to drive away. What a shame.
After the lease was signed for, the Manager used something I said to my wife as an excuse not to do something on the lease, then lied to us about why it wasn't done.
When getting a vehicle, you always know the car dealers aren't your friends but this place is extra scummy.
I'm sure they will respond with a generic response but know if anyone wants proof of the fact we did get a car here I'll personally show them a copy of our lease. STAY AWAY, BETTER DEALERS are close enough.

I leased a new audi a5 through this dealership back in March and have had to bring the car in 5 times already for an issue with the exhaust system that the service department is unable to fix. I called Audi USA and requested that they buy back the car but my request was denied. Audi USA does not back their product and the service department at this dealership is incompetent.

Yesterday I purchased via leasing my first Audi vehicle - Audi Q3 Sport - and I am very happy! My experience at Audi Beverly Hills was special!





Oh, I can t forget to mention Tegan, the finance manager, as well who was extremely easy to talk to and helped with the paperwork and confirming the Audi Care options that we certainly didn t want to forget for the vehicle. Tegan was very organized, knowledgeable, and sweet.

I am very happy to have had met such wonderful people (Luis and Tegan) at Audi Beverly Hills yesterday since my experience would not have been the same. I am extremely overjoyed overall and am looking forward to being in the Audi family for years to come! Thank you so much!

I got my first car from this dealer (A4 Quattro) and I am happy!
My salesman was Vroojan/Cooper. They are helpful and treated professionally. Audi's names are confusing for someone buying a car for the first time: e.g. "Audi Standard" isn't really standard that comes with the base price, but it is an add-on for extra price (huh!). It created a bit of confusion/miscommunication but the staff really tried their best to help me.
But overall doing business with them gave a peace of mind (knowing that warranty etc are included), and I might revisit them when I want to get a new car again.

Outstanding customer service! Brought my '07 A4 in for repair. Service Advisor Patrick Kennedy was pure professionalism. He kept me updated on my vehicle's progress. When I picked up my car, he thoroughly explained all the problems and repairs. At other Audi dealerships, I feel like I don't matter and am just another car owner with a vehicle that needs repairs. Not so at Audi BH. This is my third visit and every employee is kind and courteous--rare traits in today's society. Thank you Fletcher Jones for opening this dealership!

I just purchased my 2nd Audi from ABH and this experience was even easier than the first. I do buy cars often since I sell real estate and put a lot of miles on vehicles. Always a very good experience here.
Excellent service. I was a bit hesitant to drive to Beverly Hills for service coming from Long Beach. Since I had such a painless sales experience, I decided to drive there for service. I was always a little early or late but greeted with a smile and if my advisor Jason,was busy, an associate (who I apologize for forgetting his name, the guy with the shaved head) jumped in to help and minimize any waiting. They were clear on explaining repairs and made sure I was completely satisfied. I will take the time to drive to Beverly Hills for my next service.

PLEASE READ THIS: This Audi is really good for noobs who don t know the numbers. As long as you don t get a better deal, you must negotiate with the dealer. These guys have just good cars and good inventories. But they don t have good mannerism and ethics. To be brutally honest, they can just dress up well, but cannot behave.

I had a better deal in one of the Audi dealers in my locality, I just told these guys that I have a better deal than theirs. Upon asking couple of question, I had to tell them who was giving me the better deal. They called the other dealership and told them that they are being too hard on their deals. I also believe that they would red flag the salesman for providing such kind of offers.

Guys, if you know your numbers and calculations on the car, trust me! Even you can see their true colors. Don t buy the car just for the sake of having it, car should be worthy of you while and money.

Very disappointed !!!. I had spot a 2012 Mazda Cx-9 about 2 month ago on Audi Beverly Hills site. I was so excited to locate the car that i was looking for. About 1month ago i made a reservation with jetblue to book a flight for November 3 i bought the ticket. from Vancouver Wa to Los Angels to see and test drive the car in which i did and loved. Apparently they could not finance me because i lived in other state , really one of the biggest dealers "Audi Dealer" . Ramin told me that i will have to go directly with a bank and get a cashier check in which i did the next day because it was 7:30pm and the bank were close . I called the next to make sure the Mazda was still there and Ramin said yes so i called US Bank and got approved for the car loan . After i got approved i called Ramin and let him know that i got approve and i will be there tomorrow morning because the bank was about to close for me to sign the papers. Well the following day i called Ramin to let him know i was going over to get the Mazda he told me that it was sold "smh". Really the car has been sitting at the lot for about 2 months it happen to be sold the day that i got approved right before closing . ITs all phony what i believe is that Ramin must of told a family member because the car was a great deal. He seemed to like the car very much!. What a much of time and money wasted for nothing. Thanks for nothing

My over all experience was great. Of course there's always that waiting game. The guys were pretty busy but still courteous, maybe understaffed? After tons of research and reviews we decided to drive to the bay and check out the RX 350 that was on the lot. My husband test drove the car. Everything was perfect. Ran some numbers, we felt good about it so we took the offer and the car home! Every car experience is different. Mine was great, people were friendly no pressure.
