The staff were incredibly friendly. I was impressed by the range of products. They have makes from many vintages of both new and pre-owned vehicles and they even sponsor a wonderful golf cup tournament that I participated in. Top notch businessmen, to say the least.

I took delivery of my brand new 2021 Audi Q5 Premium Plus today and everything went so smoothly. Helen drove my vehicle all the way from Santa Monica to me in Riverside. She went above and beyond to get this vehicle to me. Helen kept in touch with me and gave me a 100% white glove experience. The car arrived and it was gorgeous. Helen even went the extra mile and patiently explained all of my vehicles features and helped me setup many of the optional settings that I would love. Everything was so easy and this is the way that car dealerships should work. We signed all of the final paperwork in my driveway inside my new vehicle. I signed everything on her iPad and after a few moments of reviewing the paperwork, I scribbled away and the car mine. I would definitely recommend Santa Monica Audi! The customer service from Selena (Internet Sales Manager) and Michael (Finance Manager) was exceptional! Although I financed my vehicle with my Credit Union at 1.99% for 72 months, Audi was able to beat their Extended Warranty and Gap Insurance prices by far! Selena was very sweet, funny and responsive. She always made sure that we were comfortable, asked if we wanted water, coffee and even came to sit with me while I waited for financing to complete the process. Michael was informative and gave me some great tips too! I never felt pressured. Michael even wrote his prices down for me so I could compare them. When I returned the next day to pick up my SUV, they were finishing up with the detailing of my car and even filled up my 31 gallon gas tank!

A few friends told me about their experience at Santa Monica Audi, so when I decided to make a new car purchase, I had to see what all the hype was about. The experience was everything they said and much more. I wasn't sure what I was looking for and Christina turned me on to the Q7 and I was hooked. The service was excellent and the level of attention to my needs made it the best dealership experience I've ever had. Now I know what my friends were talking about, but it's much better when you experience it for yourself!
I bought a car from Santa Monica Audi previously. I attempted to buy a new one but they refuse to use email. I got tired of having them call me incessantly during my work day and interrupting so I kindly asked them to email me the relevant information for a new purchase, but they apparently can't do that. I'm not sure how you can't do that in today's day and age, but maybe it is just me. The lifetime value of a customer is apparently not that important to them so I'll take my business elsewhere.
Just purchased an Audi A5 from Ali Shahi at Santa Monica Audi. Best car buying experience - ever. Ali is a true professional, knows his product, has great interpersonal skills and saved us money. Highly recommend coming to Santa Monica Audi! Make sure you ask for Ali Shahi, you won't be disappointed. The guys in the part shop are also awesome.
I always thought this would be the dealership I would take my car to be serviced at since I work in Santa Monica and live in Brentwood. But the two times I have called here with issues related to my key and brake lights, I have encountered (I'm pretty sure) the same service center adviser, Tim, who was simply a jerk. While you are telling him the issue you're having, he has this annoyed bored tone and then he proceeds to talk down to you, interrupts you, and really just doesn't do anything to provide information and possible solutions. There's a reason their reviews are horrible on here as well as Yelp.
The superior alternative is Beverly Hills Audi. I got an appointment first thing next morning (with email confirmation) as opposed to 2 days later with SM Audi. Their service and waiting area is nicer and cleaner, representatives friendly and helpful, and they provided me with a loaner car. It's what an Audi service center should be and is, unlike Santa Monica Audi.
Working with Blake & Sacha was a fantastic, easy, & direct experience, and I will absolutely be back! They were honest, and had my best interest in mind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Santa Monica Audi is doing business the way it should be done!
Just called the showroom with a specific question on a specific car in the dealership inventory online. The salesperson was a bit rude and unpleasant to speak with. He spoke with an annoyed attitude as to "why did you call". Also, he was not knowledgable about Audi's own special offers on their website. Not worth buying a luxury car from.

Buying a car has never been the easiest experience, but this time is was! If you want someone who is honest and won't beat around the bush, Joe Scheible is your go to! He made the whole process enjoyable and stress free. Joe made sure to give us the best deal possible, and in comparison to other sales people we spoke with, the savings were incredible! He was great to work with, has a wonderful personality, and really cares about his customers. Since buying my car, I have also sent at least 5 family members and friends to him, who have also bought cars from him. He is truly a gem, and I would never buy a car from anyone else. I will definitely be back!
Zareh was knowledgeable, personable, and highly accommodating. The entire process was actually fun. All of the staff, from the business office to the tech specialists, are efficient and friendly. At many dealers, you feel like the process is designed to wear you down, and the employees are already worn down, not at Santa Monica Audi.
They treated us nicely. The contract guy was very polite. They didn't put the full court press on us. They have a great facility here. Know what you want and what you can pay and there are no issues.
I love my new E-Tron,Ash was great, he actually listened to what my needs were and made sure I got what I wanted. They really should have a zero star option. I promise you are better off going literally anywhere else in SoCal for a car. AVOID at all cost, take the bus, take an uber, just don't go here
This is my second Audi. I was driving Lexus for so many years. After switching to Audi I will never drive another brand car other then Audi. My sole reason for purchasing my new Audi at Santa Monica, the staff they have there is unbelievable. My first Audi was not purchased at Audi Santa Monica and it was tedious, and full on drama. Not a fun experience it all. Buying a car doesn't have to be like that. Seeing that I live closer to Santa Monica then where I purchased my Audi I started servicing my car at Santa Monica Audi. The service department is on top of everything. My service person Ken is excellent. The first time I walked in to meet can I also introduced myself to Tammy the manager of the dealership. She has personal, professional, and truly understands customer service, and how to make a person feel when doing business with you. Having serviced my car at Santa Monica Audi, I had the Good Fortune of meeting a gentleman by the name of Ash Ali. Because Ash and I start a relationship I just purchased my second Audi from him this week. I couldn't be happier with the way the entire transaction was handled, professional and yet personable at the same time. It was a breeze. You never need to go anywhere else to suite your Audi needs. Congratulations Audi Santa Monica on a job well done!
I have to say that Audi Santa Monica was absolutely the worst experience I've had car shopping. So bad in fact that I was willing to pay more money to have the car "dealer swapped" so I could purchase from a dealership that is at the opposite end of the spectrum, Audi South Coast. Unfortunately, this couldn't be arranged and I had to deal with Santa Monica due to the fact that they had a car color that is rare.
Santa Monica Audi staff knows next to nothing about the product and merely hopes you are willing to buy whatever stock they have on hand. I also witnessed the famous, "what do you want your payments to be?" and "yes, we can take your trade-in" (yeah at half of what Carmax or KBB Instant Cash would offer). Requests to view cars will result in dramatic displays of inconvenience. Last minute changes in terms of sale should also be expected. Promises to return calls in 15 minutes result in 2+ hour waits if you get a call at all. Requests to speak to managers go unheeded. Ask the staff about what's included in drive-off and they have no idea. I can only speculate that upper management likes their staff to be stupid so claiming ignorance isn't a complete lie. Oh and nothing is more enjoyable than having someone tell me things like, "this is a huge upgrade over your last car" and that scratches and dings on a new car are "all part of the process." What was the capstone to this whole event? Walking in on my sales person complaining to his finance guy about how "hard" he had to work and how much effort he put into this deal. He literally spent less than 15 minutes with me. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to buy a car.
I went to the lot to check out an A4. The sales rep was awesome! He actually knew a lot more about the car than any other lot I've been to. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you're interested in an Audi.
I was given a discount card of $150 and at first they were going to honor it, then someone in the back said "NO". I do not like to have to beg for something Audi gave me. I had BMW before this and they would bend over backwards to help it's customers. So, please go to any otherdealership before you go to Santa Monica Audi, they don't mind losing good and loyal customers. Even though I live in Santa Monica I will drive to another dealership before I ever spend another dime with this dealership. The way I was treated means they really don't care. I wonder if it was worth losing a great customer over $150?????
If you're looking for a nice car at a good price these people are great! Santa Monica Audi made the whole process comfortable with me and genuinely cared about getting me everything I needed and keeping it affordable. They worked with me to get something that wasn't possible at any other dealerships. So give em a shot!
Not impressed. They told me the 20k recommended service for my car was $580 (I have less than 13k miles on the car and it really only needed an oil change plus there was a recall on the passenger sensor). I said no thanks just do the oil change as I was pretty early in miles to do that service, Angel (the service advisor handling my car) said he could do it for $480. Again I said no thanks I really only wanted the oil changed and the recalled part. He said ok we ll just do the recall. After I picked up my car I found out Audi of SM was having a special on oil changes for $99. Angel not only ignored my oil change request he never even offered that, the normal price is $179 - still not even close to what he tried charging me. I got an email asking how my experience was and I responded with what happened. No one replied or called or acknowledged in any way what happened or how dissatisfied I was. I will never go back to this dealer for anything.
Worked with Paul Klesic who was great. We knew what we wanted and scheduled an appointment with Paul. We were able to come in and drive home with the car later the same day. Paul was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Overall a great experience.
I'm a big Audi fan, but this is by far the worst the dealership I've encountered. The sales/customer service people are rude and they don't offer the most basic of amenities like oil top-offs that every other dealership provides. If you are in the market for a purchase or service, as a longtime Audi owner, I recommend taking your business to another dealership.
Overall I liked dealing with Santa Monica Audi, where I bought a non-Audi trade in... My salesperson, Devin, was courteous, organized and straightforward, which made the buying experience relatively painless.
Audi Santa Monica is the best dealership I've encountered in a LONG time. Ash, who is the sales manager of internet inquiries, is amazing. He is willing to work with you and get you in the car you want. Other sales personnel and employees of Audi are welcoming, kind, engaging, and...wait for it...they actually smile. They look like they enjoy their job and want to be there. The nature of my job entails tons of communication with Mercedes, bmw, Range Rover. Yes, it depends on the dealership not the brand, as I've had wonderful experiences with Mercedes Santa Monica-service department- Tim Siegel. You can find your diamond in the rough with a service advisor or sales personnel at a dealership, or you can find a diamond dealership. Santa Monica Audi is a diamond dealership. Shine baby shine!
I just got an Etron from SM Audi yesterday. Got great service from the salesperson Kyle Lally and sales manager Marie Goodrow. The negotiations went fast and they were looking out for me to save as much as problem (not giving me free money, but looking for discounts through organizations, etc. that I belong to that have some $ savings). The only issue I had was the car took forever to prep and give to me but that was because they were busy with other preps. Not enough of a hassle to write them down to 4 star and I suspect it is on a per car basis.
Leased a Q7 here from Ryan Laurence. Service was great. He actually made the experience of haggling over a lease, and getting to the finish line enjoyable, without burning half a day in the dealership. We leased our previous Q5 from Audi in Calabasas, and the haggling process took hours and was just painful. Ryan moved quickly and got to a number I felt good about and got me on my way quickly. I was in and out the door in around 2 hours from start to finish.
My search come end here at Santa Monica Audi , Last month I brought Audi from Santa Monica Audi , I got excellent Purchased experience at Santa monica Audi therefore I decided to write review , there staff as well as sale person Behavior is super because I personally feel that they treated me like a king ,there politeness , softness and main is presentation was supper and in last but main they have professional who tells us advantage and disadvantage of that . Beware of this unscrupulous dealer! Their inventory is low, so they try aggressively to lure you in buying something they do have but you do not want. Yesterday I went in looking for a new Q5 with a nav system. The salesperson, Amir, said they had only a couple of base models in stock, and one 2013 used Q5 (a loaner) with 9069 miles. We drove the loaner to get a feel for the Q5 with nav; we liked the car but not the fact that it was used. Amir strong-armed me into making an offer on the used Q5, which had an original sticker price of a little less than $49k. I said I might be interested at $42k; he said they would list it at $46,900 because demand was so high and there were no new Q5s with nav to be had in all of southern California. He sat me down and showed me a computer screen supposedly of all inventory in California and said they were all sold (every single car) or that I'd have to wait 3 months for a car to come from Germany. He said "any dealer that tells you they have one in stock is lying; they are just trying to get you there to shop". I ended up walking away and called Audi of Beverly Hills. They had over 30 new Q5s in stock. I drove over there and left with a new Q5 with nav, which they sold me at $2.5k below sticker. Audi BH alsoi gave me a good price on my trade in.
Bottom line: I have never seen a worse den of thieves than Santa Monica Audi. Shop there at your own peril.
They deserve below one star for working with and referring me to Eli s Collision Repair which is a criminal enterprise a scam,a shop that rips off insurances and holds your car for 2 and half months and still have not produced my vehicle!
I just want to give my personal thanks to Kevin and Will for all of their help acquiring a brand new Audi. I had a very bad experience at a different Audi dealership getting a very inventory constrained car. I located the car about a week later at Santa Monica. Kevin and Will did everything they could to help me purchase exactly what I wanted, with as little trouble as possible. Chandler in finance was also very pleasant to work with on the back end. After searching for a car to use in Wyoming I found the one I wanted at Santa Monica Audi. I contacted Sacha on several occasions to discuss the terms and time frame for the deal. He assured me that he had details of the matter with ARI and that all would be fine, just be sure that he (sacha) was there so everything would go "smoothly"...
I drove a one way rental 950 miles to Santa Monica met Sacha and drove the car...Everything was good we went over all the details and started the paperwork at which time Ari now decides he will not do the deal as we agreed and wants to charge me 10% more for sales tax..THIS ISSUE WAS DISCUSSED SEVERAL TIMES AND CONFIRMED THERE WOULD BE NO SALES TAX IF I TOOK IT OUT OF STATE. Sacha even said to me this is crazy I dont know what is going on I told him (ari) everything. He went to go talk to him and after waiting quite awhile I had to find him and he said he would not do the deal as agreed...I wasn't going to pay thousands just to drive out of state so i left. I quickly received a text from Sacha saying he was sorry.
These people live up to the car dealership stigma in every way and then wonder why they have such a bad rap.

They were very helpful by phone and in person fixing my problem. I needed to remove the passenger seat headrest to make it flat enough for a surfboard to go inside the car. Removing the headrest is a secretive and difficult process which is different than with most cars. These guys texted me photos and instructions, then did it for me in person as soon as I arrived, and helped me repeat the process myself so I can do it next time.
I had the easiest transaction I've ever had at a dealership with Chris Pruitt. He was clear and direct and worked with me to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted. They also helped me out by driving my *now former* car to my house so I could drive the new whip home.
I highly recommend doing business with SM Audi, they will get you the best deal around and in the most painless way possible. They have an expert explain all the features and tech before you go so you know why you just paid all that money. I highly recommend doing business with SM Audi - especially with Chris Pruitt.
Helen was awesome. I got a great deal and the lease was so easy. I took caree of most of the process over the phone then showed up at dealership and i was literally done with the paperwork in 2 minutes. The demo of the infotainment system took longer. Great to work with Helen. I would highly recommend her.

There is good coffee for people who are getting their car serviced. Everyone there is very nice and friendly.
I'm very happy with my new 2017 Audi A-3. The interior is fantastic, great leather, nicely appointed, all around a great comfort inside. Driving the A3 has a solid feel, handles very well.
Had to call 7 times before I could get someone on the phone. Was quoted an astronomical price for an inspection on my car & told to bring the car in the next day and that they would need it all day.
Followed by a quick phone convo with downtown audi who answered immediately, scheduled promptly for that day, the inspection would only take two hours, and was quoted half the price for my inspection.
I have no doubt that by driving ten miles to downtown you can save thousands of dollars by working with another dealership. Go with downtown audi.
Had a service check at 5,000 miles. Service was nice and everyone was friendly. Unfortunately the car experienced electrical problems with the rear lights stopped working while the top of my sun visor on the driver's side seat was unattached when I picked up the car. I'm being charged to have these issues fixed outside of my service charge due to me waiting 1000 miles to have these issues addressed. (So that was my fault to be clear not to immediately come in).
We had a really fantastic experience working with Ash to lease our car. He was helpful, thorough, honest and friendly. It turned what could be a difficult process into an enjoyable one! We would definitely recommend him and Jeff the General Manager to ANYONE needing a car!

Ended up getting the best deal from these guys. They even sourced the car from San Diego just to meet my specifications. I got a great deal and it was a smooth transaction. I trusted one of the attendants to check my tire pressures and adjust as needed. He assured me he will take care of it. A few weeks later, my low tire pressure indication flashed and I check my tire pressures and they were all 2/3 value of what they should have been. Silly me I also gave him 5 bucks for a tip

I have purchased two Audi's from Santa Monica Audi since November of last year. I worked with Chris Haugen on both purchases and he made the experiences excellent. He was up front with pricing and gave me a very good deal both times. He made sure to have the cars and paperwork ready so when I arrived, I was in and out within no time. Everything that was promised was delivered. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and these two have been the easiest and most flawless. Customer service is huge to me which is why I have passed many other Audi dealers to drive two hours to work with Santa Monica.

If I could give zero I would. Tried to sell me a car they said was 1 owner, Like New no collisions... car had been wrecked, needed new brakes, had oil leaks & wouldn t pass an emissions test. They flat lied to me. No morals, dishonest, deceitful dealership. BUYER BEWARE! The manager emailed asking what she could do to help; Then she never replied to me after I asked for her help. I love Audi s and bought a very nice Prestige from a reputable dealer a few days later. Would NOT recommend SMA at all!!!
I heard a lot about Audi dealers in Santa Monica, CA. I am completely amazed with the type of service I am showered with at Santa Monica Audi, which I least expected as I had been to other car dealers in the vicinity. I took a test drive of the all new A8 which was spell bounding. Due to my budget constrains, I was little reluctant for the car. I was afraid that the sales adviser would get annoyed after spending so much time for me. However, the sales person was amazing and he understood my position without me uttering a word. He accompanied me through the used Audi car section which are certified by Audi and was with me until I cut through a deal along with all the paper works. Surprisingly, the after sales service also had been at par with the quality standards. In my opinion Just drive to Santa Monica Audi and experience the stupendously fantastic service.
Let me start by saying that I never have pleasant experiences at car dealerships, but this was the first time I ever felt like I can talk to the Sales Rep and they care, spend time, and they want to make sure I get the BEST DEAL(She found me a better deal on a better car). I was in for specific car in my mind and luckily I was introduced to Alina by their amazing manager, which she did her best to make the miracle happen. after test driving the car we sat down and in few min she was able to find me an amazing deal on a better version of the same car. then the team gave me a detailed demo on how to use the car. the whole team was extremely nice and they would work with you and make sure you are happy and satisfy with the deal. Not too many sales agent can be as calm and cool as Alina when it comes to dealing with me.

Wife and I just picked up our 2018 Audi Q7 from Santa Monica Audi. Selena was an amazing pleasure to work with. We've been going back and forth for months. We initially were looking for a specific 2017 model, but Selena came through and tracked down the perfect 2018 "upgraded" version.
