Most amazing salesman ever. Karsten Tschaepe was professional, kind, very helpful and most of all, gracious with his time and knowledge.
He went Above and beyond and I would highly recommend him or any other salesman at Audi Beverly Hills.
I have done business with Audi Santa Monica and I was not impressed. Yet when I went to Audi Beverly Hills I was taken back by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff. From the front office, to service and sales, everyone is amazing. A pleasure to do business with.
