My battery died on my brand new pre-owned A5 that I got from another dealership. I called in to the dealership on a Sunday and Tyler had helped me out even though their service center was closed. He gave me some advice and attempted to walk me through some troubleshooting. Unfortunately it didn't work, but I did end up getting a jump a few times to get me to the Service Center where I was greeted by Carlos, who was very pleasant and helpful. He was thorough in looking to see if there were any recalls that may be applicable to my car on top of checking out the battery and tires. The notifications were timely and I did get my car completed by the end of the day! Great first experience with Audi of Beverly Hills. Definitely will go see them again if the car needs servicing!
