The staff are all extremely helpful, kind, and willing to do anything and everything to make sure that what you're purchasing is right for you, your budget, and your music. I never caught the guy's name (or, maybe I did, but I've just totally forgotten), but I had just purchased some studio monitors...and damn, these boxes were huge to carry. I didn't have a car with me at the time.
The extent he went to to make sure my monitors were safe and sound and wouldn't cause me any hassle was amazing. Really made my day even better. Like I said, this guy deserves a raise for his efforts. He was at the counter in the same section with a guy named Spencer, who was also a stand-out employee who really helped me out.
Anyways, the guy who served me, offered to give me a lift after they had shut, so I didn't have to carry the studio monitors all the way from Osborne Park to Cannington. And that's just what he did. Not only this, but he stopped by his place to see if he had any spare cables to give me, as we forgot to get them sorted back at the store. Give this guy a raise. I don't think I've ever experienced such willing and amazing customer service from a person in my life. He also gave me absolutely every bit of info I needed to know about my monitors...to the point where it was much more than any standard person would give you. I know these things almost in and out, now.
