Very bad service, have been waiting for three week...

Very bad service, have been waiting for three weeks to make an adjustment to a brand new gas stove. A technician came by last Monday between 10am and 1pm. Called at 2 pm because nobody was seen or heard. The mechanic turned out to be sick, atag went to contact us for a new appointment. After two days of waiting, I called back myself, yes we will call you today. Guess ... again nothing. Yesterday it suddenly appeared that the necessary parts had disappeared, but we will call you back .... Called yourself again today, it now appears that the parts have not yet been ordered because approval must first be received from the Netherlands and this has only arrived today. Does anyone understand anything about this soap. ?, ???? We no longer, just try cooking for three weeks without a stove
