After having my steam oven for a year I think I can write a review. My combi microwave was broken so reason for something new. I was interested in a steam oven because you can also cook sous-vide. After reading on the internet and visiting the showroom in Duiven. Opted for the CS4692D.
The normal oven functions work as usual. Cooking and baking with steam took some getting used to, but I don't want anything else now. Just warming up a bit is different with a steam oven than with a microwave. Heating up with steam is so much tastier.
Sous-vide is great. Always a perfect steak, Aspergers perfectly cooked and the salmon butter soft.
The oven has programmed different cooking menus. these work well and are very easy. After a month 4, the Steam Oven software crashed. Switching on and off did not help. The customer service advised to disconnect the power for 30 minutes. I had my reservations about this solution. But we are now 8 months further and the problem has not returned.
In the showroom I received good help and I attended a "work shop" for the use of the steam oven. They explain how to cook with steam and they prepare a few small dishes that I could also taste. A workshop is not the correct name but a lot of information received and tasted.

I am very satisfied with the oven. The contacts with ATAG were good and professional. Just had a strange problem with the software but that could easily be remedied.
