Friendly mechanic, but this was a freelance, so not so much from atag. I received a very reasonable proposal to replace my refrigerator for a reasonable price, 125 euros. If I get the bill later, some money has been printed on it due to VAT. This was not the deal. I am not concerned with the amount, but this should be discussed. First you promise something and later you make it more expensive, no not really satisfied!
