Poor aftersales and unfriendly customer service.
Pilgrim dishwasher broken after just 3 years. We get no further guarantee (which they offer for up to 5 years), because when purchasing a total Bruynzeel kitchen, the Pelgrim dishwasher was not registered with ATAG. That we have to pay travel costs and hourly wage is acceptable, but that did not apply to us, because we had not registered it. 300 euros lighter. Thank you Atag!
