Our microwave Pelgrim MAG624RVS thinks it is a steam oven instead of a single microwave because its display says "Place water reservoir" and all keys no longer respond. And he is not even out of warranty. Software error? A little googling teaches me that this error occurs frequently. So production error ... And the technician shrugged, "I can't do anything about it, can't fix it. Is either a software problem, or the power supply insufficiently flattened, or other hardware problem." Cool ! And now ?

I would like to highlight the great service Rob (technician 34) has provided. Not only he was nice as a person but also showed great knowledge and effort to solve the issue with my oven. It was not an easy fix and he stayed for the right amount of time ensuring the oven was working properly in the end. He was also clear from the beginning about the cost and gave me all alternatives for me to chose. I am really glad with his support and I wish all technical service in NL would be as would as him. One big dull misery with all equipment of atag. Ha...

One big dull misery with all equipment of atag. Half a year ago new kitchen with combi oven, combi steam oven, fridge, xxl dishwasher and gas hob. Ovens do not get hot enough, the refrigerator makes a lot of noise and now the dishwasher is broken for the second time within six months (apart from the extra repair that had to be made due to a manufacturing fault) Really cry! Stand alone again in a sink in my brand new kitchen. Save yourself a lot of misery and NEVER buy anything from Atag !!!
And webcare team, do not bother to respond to this. Have enough lines with you, but want to save others from an atag-badkoop!

Worthless equipment, combi oven that does not work properly as a microwave (nothing to do about it is the technician says because of the design), gas hob plate where the front (where the knobs are) becomes glowing hot, the knobs ensure 90% for full throttle only then , in the last 10%, something can be tempered, the dishwasher door is likely to break out of the machine because the hinges are fully rusting, a very bad experience for a lot of money

The products are good only the service department is not good. Reported a problem with two different devices and both times the service technician says I can do nothing about it and there is nothing wrong with the device and leaves again. In addition, with the extended warranty you still have to pay a 75 euro call-out charge each time.

We recently had a new gas appliance to cook on, but our finding is that the pips are close to each other, for example two frying pans next to or behind each other no longer work. If we cook for four or more people, we are forced to an electric cooking plate to use it, previously it was not necessary then the buttons were on the front and now they are on top.
So we are not satisfied with this purchase.

What worthless equipment! Atag, Etna, Pilgrim etc ... Something is going wrong. Power failure, grumbling dishwashers, defective salt vessels in dishwashers, grumbling fridges, non-working hoods. No idea where to start. My landlord has unfortunately chosen the Etna budget brand for all kitchen appliances. What a blunder. I would say go for Miele, Siemens or Bosch.

Bought a new kitchen in May 2020. The extractor hood remote control has stopped working since December 2020. Called the kitchen farmer, they forwarded the problem to ATAG. We received a new remote control, unfortunately the problem was not solved.
Meanwhile a number of phone calls further, where you are on hold for a long time, a number of emails further, a number of Facebook messages further. The same answer every time: problem forwarded to technician, he calls to make an appointment. We have been waiting for 8 weeks for a phone call from the technician to make an appointment! Not normal ... Hope our problem will be solved soon. See no other option but to post a bad review. Unfortunately...

Very bad experience with Atag, not only the products but also the service, this is not an A brand! Brand new extractor hood is not working properly and was eventually replaced by another brand and problems solved. Now the dishwasher is broken, bought 6 weeks ago, placed 11 days ago and immediately broken. I had to wait 11 days (!) For the technician, it was done today and according to the technician solved the problem, but immediately afterwards F56 again and the dishwasher really doesn't work. Calling again 5 (!) Days waiting for a mechanic .... this is bizarre bad. My advice, do not buy Atag, it costs a lot of money and pretend to be a top brand which it really is not.

Super bad service. Have all the appliances in our kitchen from Atag. The dishwasher is broken, may not involve an external technician due to expiration of warranty, but Atag can only arrive after a week and a half. The lady on the phone is also far from helpful and friendly. No more Atag with the next kitchen. Good service is half the battle, but the Atag staff doesn't understand that.

What a huge bad after-service! Glass plate of old stove broken but almost new machine cost to replace, so new ordered. Atag cooker had to be converted from natural gas to butagas and where I had to wait 5 days at home because 4 x mechanic did not have the right things with him. Called several times to ensure that it did not go wrong again after appointment 2.
Triple A prices but a service that you would not get from a market vendor. Also very unfriendly customer service that takes a smart attitude instead of accepting a good complaint. Even then unable to indicate an exact time but only one day in advance. Lady of customer service dared to claim that it was also very annoying for them! Never ever do business with this company !!! No compensation proposal or nothing. Bah what a feeling I have of this. Really worthless company. Also a Etna dealer and other brands.

Friendly help in Duiven (Atag Experience Center), definitely worth the effort to delve into the equipment, do not go blindly on the advice of a kitchen farmer. I bought everything from Atag Magna line, it is all slightly more upscale and user-friendly. Top stuff!
