Artesian Title is without a doubt the BEST in the business. Robert Patterson and Alexa Grivas are outstanding in their communication and customer service. I could go anywhere. I choose to go to the best, and that's Artesian Title.

I had a great experience working with Artesian Title. The customer service was outstanding. They kept me informed with what was happening from day one to the day of closing. I will be more than happy to do business again with Artesian Title.

Artesian Title located in Orlando, Florida is the way to go. Vicky is an amazing person and with all her experience in the title industry, she made the process of closing my home a fast and easy process. Moving is never easy but no one could have done a better job than Vicky. She not only helped me through this rough process but she made sure that there were no leans, foreclosures, or anything that would hinder me in the future. My last real estate deal became really complicated when the title co.(Artesian Title) discovered my new house was built partly on the neighbor's property. I only discovered this because the lawyer(Robert Patterson) personally called me well before the closing for a "check in" to talk about things such as surveys which I knew nothing about, which now I am really thankful they did. I figured all houses had to be cleared by the government before people are allowed to close. Apparently not. Suffice it to say, I did pay for a survey but when it came back the surveyor and attorney both called me to tell me the house was not all on the land. This enabled me to get my earnest money back and avoid a closing disaster. We just closed on a different property and this is a shout out and thank you to Artesian Title for a job well done! You will see me again!

Bob Bankers did the closing when we bought our house in Dr.Phillips in 2014. Alexa assistance was memorable and we went back for help this year when we wanted to sell. So this all started with me getting a welcome basket from them when I put my home on the market for sale. I honestly didn't know what a title company did or how they were involved in the sale of my home. So I talked to Melissa and I didn't realize I even got to pick it and that it made a difference. Either way she offered me $500 off as part of a program they have and I went with it. Its my first home sale so I can't compare it to anything but I will tell you they communicated with me every week by both phone and email. Libby was amazing...I loved that they came to my office to close . I thought that was very convenient...Bob was the person that came to my office...he actually dressed in a suit. He went through every page and answered every question we had. Like I said this was my first closing so I'm not sure what you're supposed to get but I would recommend them to anyone looking for a title company!!!!

Rick Nayar at Artesian Title is quite possibly the best title owner in town. I originally started working with him about 3 years ago when he and his team miraculously had two of my closings at the same time. Both were complicated transactions, one being a short sale with two lien holders and the other had some last minute surprises including a last minute loan signing that had to be set up in New York to accommodate a buyer attending a funeral. Because of these circumstances, there was constant turbulence and I had to call him with requests, changes, and questions quite often. Rick always seemed to answer his phone! And if he didn't he would call me back within a matter of minutes. For those who work in residential real estate in any capacity know this can be rare of a title company. When we spoke, he was always calm, helped me problem solve, and he somehow always knew the answer to every one of my questions. Since June of 2014, I haven't wanted to use anyone else for my escrows. I've done about 20 transactions with Rick since that time because of his knowledge, speed, attention to detail, execution, and flexibility to get the job done. When Rick is on a transaction, I know I can focus on what I need to without having to really be involved in the title process, I know it will get done. And I've given him some very challenging files in these last few years. Most people can't appreciate the intensity of a title companies job, they mediate between agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers, receiving constant phone calls and email correspondence with immediate action items, all while having to prioritize and process loan docs and funding s with zero margin for error. It's a tougher job than people realize. Still, I can never tell how busy Rick is. Although his business has probably increased dramatically over the last few years because of his aptitude, he still takes the time to answer my calls, help me with my outside the box scenarios and often complex files, and has never made a mistake in the last three years we've been working together. I am constantly blown away by how good of a closer he is. Thank you Rick for all that you do!! If you are in need of a Florida Title Company I highly recommend giving him and his team a call!

My wife and I recently closed on a home with Artesian Title, and they were great! Every time I called someone answered the phone right away. I never got put on hold or had to go through a machine. We were selling our home in Dr. Phillips by ourselves, something that we honestly didn t know too much about. After reading their reviews on here, I ended up calling and talking to Melissa Martin who was able to guide me though the basics of what I would expect and how to do it. I shopped around with a few other title companies, First American and Fidelity. Both the other companies were nice but didn t really have much to say or guide me with. Both basically told me to call back when I had a contract. Melissa was willing to help me even if I didn t end up using them. Which in the end was the difference maker for me. I ended up taking advantage of their rebate program and saved myself some money. They were communicative throughout and helped me with whatever I needed. Erica was my main contact throughout and she had what I would describe as a Get it Done attitude. Robert, the in-house attorney, quelled whatever fears we had and overall all their whole team made a process that we feared, seamless. Oh and their office is BEAUTIFUL!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home in Orlando Florida.
