We were selling our home in Dr. Phillips by ourselves, something that we honestly didn t know too much about. After reading their reviews on here, I ended up calling and talking to Melissa Martin who was able to guide me though the basics of what I would expect and how to do it. I shopped around with a few other title companies, First American and Fidelity. Both the other companies were nice but didn t really have much to say or guide me with. Both basically told me to call back when I had a contract. Melissa was willing to help me even if I didn t end up using them. Which in the end was the difference maker for me. I ended up taking advantage of their rebate program and saved myself some money. They were communicative throughout and helped me with whatever I needed. Erica was my main contact throughout and she had what I would describe as a Get it Done attitude. Robert, the in-house attorney, quelled whatever fears we had and overall all their whole team made a process that we feared, seamless. Oh and their office is BEAUTIFUL!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home in Orlando Florida.
