So I called in after reading their reviews and then reading about the Real Rebate and wasn t to sure what to expect. I actually decided to sell my home without a Realtor and was super nervous. Melissa Martin was the answer to all our problems. She not only walked us through everything, she made sure we felt comfortable and was there WHENEVER we needed her. And I mean we called her at 9 pm on Sunday, 7 am on a Tuesday. I can honestly say we probably would still be living in Celebration Florida if it wasn t for her. An AMAZING experience!!!

My last real estate deal became really complicated when the title company . discovered my new house was
built partly on the neighbor's property. I only discovered this because their lawyer Robert Patterson
personally called me well before the closing for a "check in" to talk about things such as surveys which I
knew nothing about, which now I am really thankful they did. I figured all houses had to be cleared by
the government before people are allowed to close. Apparently not. Suffice it to say, I did pay for a survey
but when it came back the surveyor and attorney both called me to tell me the house was not all on the
land. This enabled me to get my earnest money back and avoid a closing disaster. We just closed on a
different property and this is a shout out and thank you to Artesian Title for a job well done! You will see
me again!
We just closed yesterday on a condo in Miami yesterday and will also be represented by then when we sell our house. My son also used them for his house closing. Everything with them was great: information came in on time, and more to the point was not written in lawyerse so a human could understand it. They were responsive to our every question by email and phone very quickly. And the closing actually was a lot of fun, and the advice thoughtful. The Celebration was the best thing I ve ever seen. I would use them again in a heart beat, although I don't hope to do this again after we sell the house anytime soon!

Alex Grivas and her team (Robert, Daniel, Manessa and Bob) were amazing. They were helpful and so many hands on deck during the entire process. Even at the end when it looked like things might not be ready for the closing date, everyone pulled it together to finish on time. This closed in early April, right in the middle of all the craziness. No one knew what to expect, but these guys drove this to the finish line.
Sicilia made sure communication throughout our process was above and beyond. Something that was mandatory during our current situation. They made sure we closed and more importantly made sure the closing was safe and clean for our family. Alexa is an AWESOME part of my team!! I was one of the agent's on the Shervin A. transaction, and I can tell you that Alexa and her team went above and beyond to get a very difficult transaction closed. My regular title person retired right after the crash of 2007/2008 and I bounced around to different companies because I couldn't find someone who provided old fashioned customer service to myself and my clients until I met Alexa at Artesian Title. Many of my Sellers are elderly and are not adept at using technology. Many Title people cannot cope with this and get frustrated. Alexa and her amazing team go above and beyond to make every one of my clients feel special and do whatever it takes to make them comfortable even if that means signing documents the old fashioned way with a pen and paper. I find that a lot of people in the real estate industry are annoyed by phone calls ---- not Alexa, everyone is given her direct line and she usually answers the phone if she is in the office. One can hear the smile in her voice even when the going gets tough. I would strongly recommend Alexa to anyone needing the services of a Title company in Orlando.

We were executing a 1031 exchange for property in Orlando with properties in Miami. Since we were going out of town for the holiday seasons, the sellers would like to have escrows closed in 3 weeks. We were looking for a reliable escrow company in Florida that would help us to complete the escrow procedures and title work. Artesian Title was referred to us. Robert and his assistant, Erica were on top of things. We LOVED that they actually had a CPA, on staff that was able to answer all the questions we had about a 1031 exchange. They provided us with up to date information on the progress almost every day. Escrow was closed with a 3 days' delay, due to some sort of computer mishap with the Exchange Accommodator, nothing to do with them. Erica was on top to have the problem resolved.
We highly recommend Robert and his staffs at Artesian Title for all your Title and escrow needs in Florida!!!
