Chanel Rossi with Artesian Title is EXTRAORDINARY! There are many reasons she is the go-to Title person for our team but here are just a few:

1.) Sense of urgency. She has incredible responsiveness, even outside of business hours.
2.) Knowledge and expertise. She makes a highly complex process seem simple. Even when things get really messy, she finds solutions.
3.) Organization and accuracy. She's so good at her job she must be in high demand, but somehow, she stays totally on top of all the moving parts of every transaction. I feel complete trust in her ability to handle every detail correctly.
4.) Professionalism. She is great at diffusing drama and getting things done.
5.) Caring about agents and clients. She understands that our work is much more than "transactions." Buying or selling a home is a huge event in people's lives and there is a lot of money at stake - as well as intense emotion -- for everyone involved. She makes time for people and puts them at ease.
