As a first-time home buyer, reviewing and signing all of the loan documentation to close my property was extremely daunting and overwhelming. Admittedly, I entered Artesian Title with nervousness and hesitation. Much to my relief, Mily, my Closer, patiently and carefully walked me through each step of the way. She was terrific!!! Mily was highly personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly: "genuine". I am very glad that I had such a positive experience.
