Rick s a great resource for agents, giving great marketing ideas, and tips to gain success in the business. My buyers/sellers/co-workers all rave about how professional, attentive and detail oriented they are. And they all LOVE the actual closing. They just do it differently than anyone else. Its funny because you would think doing something as simple as CELEBRATING the purchase or sale would be the norm in the industry but I ve never seen another title company do it like these guys do.
