We just successfully closed on our new home. Rick Nayar and the staff at Artesian Title. were consummate professionals. Communication is an important aspect of any legal transaction. Artesian Title kept us apprised at every step of closing our home purchase. Their tracking website was very useful and allowed us to see where we were during the process. Catie went above and beyond her duties when she let us know on closing day that the seller had turned off the water at the house. Thanks to Catie's heads-up, the water was turned back on and we were able to confidently sign off on the closing day walk through. We appreciated how well-prepared Catie was at the closing table. The final signatures on many, many forms went quickly and smoothly. It was truly a pleasure working with Artesian Title.
