Robert Patterson is a extremely professional Escrow Officer, always available over email, phone and always answers your questions - no matter how many. Moreover, even after the transaction, Robert and Alexa have kept the professional relationship going and always helps us out with property & title related questions.. They have a good team that can quickly perform title search so they do not leave it for the last minute and avoid surprises before closing (unlike some other companies that search 1-2 days before closing then ask you for bunch of document proofs or releases to chase down). Even when it comes to complicated questions or scenarios - they check with their underwriters or internal legal team(Robert s an attorney too) within a day and get the correct response, instead of stock or no responses from some other companies. They have a wonderful office and closing processes are always fast and efficient. And their closing celebration is absolutely the AMAZING. It always makes everyone feel special!! We have not see any mistakes in our forms or documents. Artesian title really prioritizes you as a customer and ensures that the transaction is as important to them as it is to you. We will be coming back to them for ALL of our teams future title needs.

Amazing Experience! Made the purchase of my first house a breeze.

We were serviced by Robert Patterson, Director of Operations for Artesian Title and needless to say we were very impressed. We purchased our home and due to my husband leaving town unexpectedly for business, we had to sign our closing documents earlier. Our mortgage agents basically contacted Robert at 4:45 pm on a Friday night. By the time we arrived at their office(after 5pm), we were greeted with warm smiles and waters by Erica Stephens who also followed up with us throughout the process. During the signing the staff stayed late and never once rushed us. Robert made sure he walked us through all the documents until we felt comfortable. We give these guys 2 thumbs up! Alexa was my main point and she was on it! The upmost professional and authentic person to work with in every respect. Her attention to detail and nuisances when dealing with my frequent questions was so much appreciated. I found Artesian Title s info through Google and was impressed to see all the positive reviews at first. I hadn't dealt with any real estate attorneys or Title Companies in the Orlando area so was a bit skeptical to just work with anyone. I'm glad I picked Robert Patterson and Artesian Title to handle my closings (now for two transactions). Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market/transactions and makes the process seem extremely smooth. He is always on top of everything. He is very easy to work with and I would highly encourage him/his team.

Don't buy a home without them. They actually found two mistakes made by the previous title company, Fidelity Tite, and if it wasn't for Robert Patterson insisting on protecting his clients we may have never know about it. Fidelity forgot to record a satisfaction of a loan, the person that owned the home had died. So it was a whole mess, either way Robert got it done. We literally only refer them to all our friends and family now!!! Artesian TItle is by far the best title company in Orlando, Florida.

Their website calculator is superb and extremely useful. Closing documents were both ahead of schedule and accurately done. Pleasure to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone needing a title company. Bob the closer really made sure we were comfortable.
He wore a mask and gloves and made sure it was as comfortable as possible. Love these guys!

I am a mortgage loan processor and Artesian Title is my preferred title company. Regardless of our situation they are ALWAYS willing to step in and assist. Robert Patterson is my condo doc go to guy, and he's awesome. Most title companies we deal with will not do condo docs or subordinations, but Robert and Daniel are always happy to help. They make my job so much easier, and their customer service/attitude is second to none.

I bought a house through them, terrible experience. The sellers chose these people. To start, they required I come in person to sign a paper that stated I paid the initial escrow. I drove across Orlando 5pm traffic just to do it, and they didn't have the courtesy to talk to me in person, but sent the front desk assistant and a medium. When it came time to close, I wanted to read some of the documents I was essentially signing most of my money away to, and the representative said there wasn't time for me to read and she had other things to do. I'm making a huge financial decision and signing my name to paper that binds my hands, yeah you can bet I'm going to read those papers. She kept pushing and sighing. If this is how they do business, I hope they get closed down.

We closed on our first house recently and having worked for a closing attorney before, I kind of knew my way around the closing process but was still daunted by the amount of things we were signing. Robert Patterson was our Closer and he gave us the assurance we needed to believe he was looking out for our best interests, explaining what we needed to know and was great at answering all of our questions big and small. I had a follow up question a few days after closing and he got right back to me a thorough answer and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll definitely be going back to him and this practice for all my legal needs and would highly recommend them to others.

We did not have to wait long in the office, we arrived early but Bob Bankers(Our Closer) was ready with the paperwork within 5 minutes. We've used other title companies to handle closings on other houses, and none were anywhere near as good as these guys. My experience of the others is that in general they pay attention and are responsive at the beginning, when they're trying to land you as a customer and then for a brief period after that, but then their attention starts to wander and their responsiveness goes way down. You end up having to manage a lot of the process yourself. Not so with Robert and the Artesian Team -- they take full charge of everything and are equally responsive on Day 60 as Day 1 -- usually a return email would come within ten or fifteen minutes, if we asked a question! And Robert s acumen is excellent: he knew how to build into the signing documents the kinds of protections we thought were important, quickly and succinctly. I only give Google reviews if I get service I really like or really hate; in this case (our closing just took place today), Robert Patterson and Artesian Title were absolutely terrific. Ten out of ten.
