Rick Nayar, and Robert Patterson and their team are absolutely AMAZING!! I have been working with them for over one year now and I can say they have NEVER disappointed. Robert goes above and beyond for not just the buyers and sellers of a transaction, but for the Realtors as well. I am a Realtor & every time my clients close with them, they go on and on about how awesome he is, how much fun they make the signing, and how accommodating they are. I LOVE the fact that they actually celebrate the client. The whole confetti and drink toast just makes the clients feel like they did something important. Something that gets lost with all the paperwork if you ask me. Most title companies you come in and sign and your done, it feels like a legal transaction. These guys make it feel like you just Bought a home. Oh and they really go above and beyond. Just recently they met my clients at 6 AM at a Starbucks in Lake Mary to accommodate their work schedule.
