I happened to come across Artesian title company when I was recently looking to buy my first home. I was super nervous but Vicky made me feel comfortable in assuring me everything would be taken care of. All outstanding issues were resolved before my closing and I was free to relax and enjoy the fact that I was buying my first home. Their customer service and genuine care for their clients is above and beyond. I would highly recommend visiting Rick and Vicky at the Orlando, FL office if you are buying a home.
