A few weeks ago I took my 2015 Dodge Charger SRT in for some AC work and also routine servicing. My service adviser was Anthony Duva which I have dealt multiple times. As soon as I arrive he is always very attentive and makes sure that I am 100% satisfied before I leave. He is one of the very few advisers that I feel comfortable with when I take my car in for anything. He is very customer oriented and I recommend him to my friends that also take their cars there for service.

Going through the most ridiculous and embarrassing situation. Came in here with my tire and wheel hazard warranty and they told me the company is going to cover it but that they cant wait for payment that will take 3 days. They told me i cant take my vehicle until its paid for. My partner works for a dealership and has for the past decade. She said there is no reason unless it was the weekend if they had to wait for verification but it s Wednesday and Arrigo Service department has already received confirmation but are being unprofessional about this. I have bought warranty when it comes to alot of things in life and never once in my entire existence has something this stupid and embarrassing ever happened to me. I am a small business owner and i would never ever put my clients through something like this!!! EVER!!! To top it off when the service employee came to tell me they weren t going to hand over my vehicle until they receive payment it still hadn t evem been worked on!!! Like why the hell!!! Its just a tire! I had my spare on. I i just wanted to get my blown out tire replaced! They could ve just held on to their tire until the warranrt paid them for it and then I would ve came to pick it up. But instead a ridiculous experience happened that ill never ever go through again with Arrigo. Ive always bought Ram and always will. But you better believe ill never tell any of my clients or friends to come here to purchase any vehicles from Arrigo. Thank you for easily one of my most unpleasant experiences EVER!!! I plan on buying a Promaster every other year amd you better believe it wont be from yall.

I am very disgusted and beyond upset. I came in on 7/30/19 to purchase a vehicle. Started the paperwork on the vehicle to find out that it was sold. This is absolutely unacceptable. To my opinion just because I had my own financing doesn t mean I should ve been treated any different which I was. It s not like the dealership still wouldn t have made any money off of the deal, I was going to purchase an extended warranty. I don t understand how I signed all this paperwork for a vehicle to come to find out it was sold. Horrible communication and insidiousness. They were supposed to be fixing a problem with the breaks while my son closed on the sale of his Jeep. When we were ready to drive away we asked if the problem was fixed. We were told that they couldn't find anything wrong. If the problem returned to bring the Jeep back and they would take care of it. When my son had time off at work to go back they treated him with total disregard. Refused to fix the problem that would have only cost them around $150. So they lost a customer over $150 and treated them rude. T would not recommend this dealership. Carmax is where we buy our cars and we have never had an issue with quality or service. My son has learned a valuable lesson. I think he will go with a more reputable dealer next time.

I spent months researching the car I wanted to get...
I spent months researching the car I wanted to get. I knew exactly what i wanted and it just so happened to be across the street from me at arrigo dodge. I was getting a used ford f150 from them. After a few days of back and forth negotiating, i was able to get the price down to what i think is the best deal i could get on this type of a car, anywhere. Although, the original price was actually pretty damn good itself, i must say. So I dont necessarily have a problem with their pricing of the vehicles. I have a problem with the fees they try and stick on you. Including a $799 dealer fee (pure profit for them), and almost $200 worth of other fees like electronic filing fee. I told them i wasnt going to pay for the fees. And of course, they wouldnt budge on them (seriously, they dont seem to budge on this). So my goal was to remove the fees from the price of the car. And i was able to for the most part. But then came the financing, which was kind of a nightmare. I was basically forced to use one of their banks to finance because they conveniently forgot to tell me they didnt actually have the title on hand, and they wouldnt have it for another few weeks! So long story short, i felt uncomfortable in this because not only was i not able to get the best rate, I felt they were screwing me over on the registration fee as well, which also conveniently doubled from their original estimate.
Summary:
Arrigo dodge has some well priced vehicles. Some staff are friendly. They will stick you with large fees no matter what, but this is kind of standard in florida. They do negotiate the price of the car, just walk out a few times and you ll get a good deal. Be prepared for surprises in financing, they will try and screw you over somehow.

I bought a 2020 dodge rebel here....I don't even want these guys changing my oil now. Everything from the buying experience to the service is horrific. I even asked these guys about the unlimited Mopar warranty. They said there wasn't one available, sold me theirs . Now I get emails about Mopar unlimited warranties that "didn't exist". but the real kicker is when i bought my rebel it was missing a grommet in the tailgate that now my tailgate suffers paint loss from. They had it twice. I told them what was missing from prints I had researched over the issues, the first time. Napelton has been way better IMO. I drive out of my way to go there. Wish I would have bought my truck there. There's way more then what I've stated. I'm not trying to write a book. Good luck!!!

I drove to the service department, I walked in one of the cubicles. Asked a gentleman who works there. Showed him that they do not answer, he said. I Don't know. Go to talk to the guy doing the oil changes.
I went to the main building and they all said, I don't know, it is not our department.

Craig our service advisor from Arrigo Jeep was our weekend hero! Coming down from Jacksonville for a travel soccer game in Miami was delayed in West Palm beach due to mechanical issues. Our Jeep Wrangler limped its way from the turnpike straight to the dealership. It was getting late. Craig got us in and sent us with a rental to not interrupt our plans while they worked on our jeep the following morning. By 10am the analysis was complete with a plan to bring our jeep back to life. As we started our first soccer game, I got a call and the Jeep was fixed already at 1pm. Making it back before they closed, our stress and anxiety was put to rest. The test drive back to Miami proved all was fixed and we were ready for tomorrow s next game. Big thanks to Craig and the mechanics involved in saving the day!

Took the Durango in for a new battery. Was also getting 'Service Electronic Brake System' message. I suspected that a battery change would solve that but to be safe, took it to Arrigo. After keeping it for a day, they imformed me that for almost $900 I could get the battery replaced (est around $375) and the brake system repaired. Yea. No. So, I went to Tire Kingdom, where, for $285 I had a new battery installed. The battery they sold me has a 5-year-warranty. Furthermore, with the new battery, no more 'service brake system' light. Moral of the story: Jimmy and Johnny have a yacht and a jet...and those things arent cheap. And I saved almost $500 by going to T.K. People used to tell me "dont ever go to the dealer...they rip you off."

Everyone was busy at service department and I was told someone would call me back . That did not happen . So today , Saturday , I called and explained the problem. They said I could bring in my Giulia , but no one would look at it till Monday and they don t have a loaner on Saturday , the rental department is closed ( I would imagine Saturday s are the busiest day for service and they have the loaners closed ) . Before 60 days and after refinancing the car I decided to cancel the insurance. Formalize the cancellation and I was told to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the check. After 8 weeks of not receiving the check, call the dealer and after a long wait they apologized that the check was ready and that they would send it to me by mail, that I should receive it within a week
After two weeks of not receiving the check, I approached the dealer and after heated conversations, the woman who attends to the issue told me that the papers had never been sent to her from finance and that at that moment she sent the request to the insurance company and you should receive the check in 4-6 weeks.
I hope this time it is true and take care of everyone with the promises of this dealer

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! ARRIGO SUCKS! I was on the market to lease a Chrysler Pacifica for my daughter and contacted the Arrigo Dealership on the Sawgrass. I had the misfortune of being connected with a salesperson named Trevor. I had told him that I had researched the vehicle and told him exactly what I was interested in. His 1st questions were so stereotypical of a car salesman...... "what time did I wanted to set up an appointment and "how could he earn my business?". I answered that I had a quote from another dealer in Palm Beach County and I wanted to know if he could match it since I live in Broward. I told him that I didn't want to waste his time or mine and that I wasn't interested in playing games. I told him the quote that I got from the dealer in Delray and he said that he would check with his Manager and get back to me. He called me back and said that he could match the deal at that I should come on over. So I made an appointment to see him with my daughter. It took him over 2 hours to locate the vehicle that we were looking for. We walked the inventory of cars on the roof and he even drove us over to City Furniture where Arrigo stores it's overstock cars to see if there was anything there. Doesn't Arrigo have computers to locate their inventory? After my daughter took a short test drive and gave me her nod of approval, I told Trevor to go ahead and write up the deal. He called over his Sales Manager Jose and Trevor and I told him the vehicle and the price that we had agreed upon. Jose wen't back to see his manager and came back to tell me that he couldn't do the deal at that price..... Well.... I was furious. I asked to speak with the General Manager and Jose & Trevor escorted me over to see him. I told him what had transpired and I called Trevor a "LIAR" for telling me that he could do the a deal at an agreed upon price just to get me into the door. The Manager didn't even bother to apologize. How dare they lie and waste my precious time. I immediately left Arrigo , called the salesperson at Schumacher Chrysler in Delray Beach and told him that I was on my way over and to get the Pacifica ready. We wrote up the deal on the spot at the agreed upon price and we were in and out of there in a half an hour. Arrigo may be the "Biggest" Dealer but they are certainly far from the "Best. I hope that it is not Arrigo's general policy to lie to a customer just to get them into the door.

First off the salesman Dean Engelhard was absolutely fantastic. Arrigo is lucky to have him. Absolutely no pressure just showed us what we ask to see took a test drive and did his best to get us where we needed to be in payments. It would have been a five-star had it only been for Dean then we moved on to the finance department where the first finance manager rolled his eyes at us questioned us pretty much from a customer standpoint mocked us. I do not understand why a customer needs to haggle to get the best price that they can get. Eventually we got our price even though we were told numerous times this is the best we can do this is the best we can do. Buying a car is never fun my suggestion would be to buy a car online next time and save yourself from the finance department and all the quote-unquote managers who are there only to make money for the dealership not do what's best for the customer.

I Recently bought a car from Arrigo with Adrian Martinez. It has a been a total of 90 days since I have purchased the car. I am absolutely happy with the car but I am more elated about the service I received. I originally came in with my eye on a different car but it was just sold the day before I walked in. I was going to leave, but Adrian Swooped in and saved the day! I felt like I could really trust Adrian and that does not happen too often with salesman. I know he really cared and even followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was running fine. I would recommend his expertise to anyone. I really can't say anything negative about him. Although, being in the finance office took a little while but by the time I was out, the car was ready for me to take home and Adrian delivered me the keys!

I just bought my car at Arrigo in west palm on labor day and can honestly say it was the best expirience I've had at any dealer. Me. Arrigo (the owner) was there making sure his customers left happy and gave us a good deal. Jose Reyes was the sales person and I can honestly say he is the best! Not your typical lying sales guy. He was straight forward with us since the beginning and made sure we got what we wanted. Regardless the countless hours we were there due to them having to go pick up our vehicle from another location I have no complaints of my visit. I would recommend this dealer and Jose Reyes.

Scum! If you want to be ripped off this is the place for you. I looked at a used BMW on Saturday and first the car has a major ECU issue that will require an expensive visit to BMW, and they just blew it off as a non issue. The rip off part was in what they offered for my trade. The sales women came back after looking at my car and said "your car is worth $10,000 what would you like to do?". It was the most insulting offer because even rough condition KBB Trade is $14,000 for my Porsche with the low 47k miles I have. Was told by the pre owned manager they pay market value for cars, I would love to know how 10K is market value for a Porsche that is being sold for 65% more just down the street from this dealer? These people were shooting for a home run on the price because of the size of operation they have. Go to a much smaller dealer and don't subject your self to be treated like scum from these super scummy people. Completely bad experience from very unprofessional people who give insulting offers on cars that are clearly worth much more. I don't know why anyone would give these people their hard-earned money.

4 star review for great customer service today! I pulled right into the quick lane and requested an oil change. Anthony greeted me and checked me In quickly and stated most likely an hour and a half wait. The lounge was comfortable, clean and had free WiFi and had adequate coffee bar and snacks. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to having to wait 2 hours for the oil change. I do understand that service takes time so no I did not complain. However I was told probably 1-1.5 hours. Anthony came to get me, updated me on future needs and informed me that I would probably receive a survey that would allow a free tire rotation and thanked me for my visit. He was very nice and I did not feel harassed or pushy by anyone. Fair pricing and a coupon was used which they honored. I will definetly return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you!
