Update... you say you are willing to make it right, however when I requested you reverse the hard inquiry from TransUnion your employees said they were not going to do anything. So you really don't care about your customers.

Worse place ever. Sales people lie to your face, told me they were not going to run a hard inquiry on my credit and did it causing my credit score to drop. When I went there to complain management blamed it on me for signing the form. The only reason I signed it was because I was told it was for a "soft inquiry" and it was NOT going to affect my credit score.
